Check-in takes place at BarcelonaForRent Apartments’ main office, located at Calle Bailen 120, 08009 Barcelona and opens from 11:00 until 23:00, 7 days a week.
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform BarcelonaForRent Urban Town Suites in advance. A surcharge of EUR 30 applies for check-in from 22:30 until 01:00. Check-in after 01:00 costs EUR 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 02:00.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included.
It works with a system that opens both the entrance door to the building and the apartment through a mobile application. - Sara (10/5): Very Good apartment with good location - The apartment is spacious, comfortable beds, 2 balconies, proper toilets, and a decent kitchen. Location is close to a metro station that takes you to the center in about 20 minutes. The apartment had a smoky smell, you can notice when you enter, but after that not anymore. Shower gets a bit cold for some seconds, then warm water comes back
- Luísa (8/5): Vale a pena, mas tem que ter atenção pra saber o que realmente terá no seu apartamento. - A cama era bem confortável, a comunicação foi boa, tinha bastante utensílio de cozinha, o espaço tem um tamanho bom e é bem suficiente pra uma família. É fácil de entrar, a calefação funciona. Em alguns lugares estava bem empoeirado, o banheiro do meio tinha um cheiro terrível, a pia da cozinha é bem mal planejada, não tem area úmida, então molha tudo. As fotos são de vários apartamentos diferentes, então não condiz a foto com o que foi alugado.
- Marise Israel (7/5): Barcelona é maravilhosa, mas não é fácil, como a rapadura é doce mas não é mole! - Alugamos a hospedaria como se fosse 2 apartamentos independentes e na Verdade é 1 apartamento com 2 quartos. Outra coisa, eles não colocam nenhuma roupa de cama de reserva, nada está disponível, somente, o que está posto nas camas mais um kit de toalha por pessoa. Ficamos 6 noites, e tivemos que lavar as roupas, pois quando pedi a reserva, ou troca, disseram que cobrariam extra. Outra observação na cozinha não colocam nenhuma paninho, nem de pratos nem de pia. Se quiser enxugar algo no apartamento espere pelo tempo. E quando fala com eles, somente por email, são educados mas muito rígidos. Não repetiria...

The host are pleasant and gave us welcome drink,white sparkling wine and soap for bathroom and detergents for washing machine. The apartment in Ronda del General Mitre had no balcony but it didnt bother us at all. If you will ask for the apartment, indicate that you wanted with balcony.The pictures in the booking.com is conflicting. The premises are accessible to everything. quiet when you close your window. pictures for this properties are conflicting for people who wanted to book. check out, they are not flexible.We asked for later check out. We were not given an extended time,only for 20 minutes. Check out is 11am and the cleaner knocking on the door.

- Fredrik (9/5): Lovely apartment - would visit again - It’s a lovely, first floor, two bedroom apartment, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, both with tubs, no shower enclosures, with a French window facing the front and a glass sliding door facing the back with a patio. I failed to access the apartment for a several hours as the link to open the electronic door lock didn’t work - until the link was copied into a new browser. The provided links via booking.com chat do not work.

- Roman (7/5): quite good apartment, but some maintenance is required - the location is close to the city center, quite spacious living room almost impossible to find a parking space; the terrace is not usable since it’s coming to the internal yard, so you share the breakfast with the neighbors; even though it’s only 1 apartment per floor, the building construction is quite old, so you can hear the neighbors from all the directions; the entrance door is not in good condition, so every time there is a small air pressure on the stairs (i.e. someone opens/close the door), it feels like someone enters the apartment; coffee machine is broken; majority of internal doors (even toilet) do not have latches

- Zuzana (10/5): - Ubytování bylo naprosto suprové, nad naše očekávání. Byli jsme moc spokojení a pobyt jsme si užili. Všechno čisté, postele pohodlně, soukromí, skvělá lokalita. Jediné negativum byl příjezd a ne úplně hladká domluva s personálem, kdy oni měli mezi sebou problém se shodnout a dohledat informace. Další zádrhel bych viděla v tom, jak drahý je úklid.
