- John (10/5): - Nice, big, clean and modern apartment in the middle of Cape Town in safe area. Uncomfortable bed
- Claire Finlayson (10/5): Amazing apartment, would definitely stay again! - Great location and a lovely open plan kitchen/living room.
Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby.
The balcony was great.
The pool area was nice.

- Sotha Da Carlota Teryviany (8/5): Muito boa - Tudo
- Sonia (8/5): Foi uma experiência boa ficar alijada num apartamento - A localização O facto de não ter ar condicionado
- Anselem (9/5): -
- Amanda (10/5): Amazing stay - Everything Nothing

- Brunette (10/5): Excellent stay - Th property was very well managed, our house keeper was lovely, pleasant and good at what she does. Location was handy, close to the city centre as well as the waterfront with many amenities close by. The only thing I didn’t like was the flooring in the apartment, it was very slippery, which could be a massive health hazard. So many time we nearly ended on the floor. Did give the feedback to the house keeper which she took on board. That type of flooring is not meant to be polished. Other than that all good.
- Angelique (7/5): It was ok - The location was good Upon arrival we were told to pay R750 for non refundable breakages
- Chris (8/5): Mixed feelings - Fantastic apartment. Although the additional insurance is mentioned somewhere, it is NOT fully refundable (R750 payment or R10,000 deposit and R350 admin charge!). It came as an unpleasant surprise and leaves a bitter taste.

- Zakhele (9/5): Superb -
- Bart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Daniel (9/5): For our first time visit to Cape Town, this apartment really did make us feel welcome - The location was great, the accommodation was clean and super comfortable. The swimming pool could do with some TLC but this would not stop us from booking this apartment again. nothing, it exceeded our expectations
- Bouwer (8/5): Very good -
- Elise (10/5): We were a group of 4 ladies attending the cape town 10d. Walking distance to the arena and close to restaurants and shop - Loved the balcony area. Very relaxing. N/a
- Sarah (10/5): exceptional would definetly return - well located … beautifully decorated .. kitchen had every appliance and utensil… comfortable beds and the reception desk most helpful nothing
- Raquel (8/5): Very good - The location is fantastic No Aircon, it was very hot and the fans must be on permanently and are noisy.
- Paul (9/5): Well located modern flat - Clean, well furnished, modern Balcony overlooks busy road
- Zinhle (7/5): Good - Location The bed mattress not good quality.
- Nicki (4/5): Extremely disappointing! - The apartment was well equipped & clean. Didn’t like how it was a third party dealing with check in etc. Our flight arrived early & they were unable to accommodate early check in. When we arrived at reception the security guard was unwelcoming, even yawning when I asked him a question. Our host then came to meet us so that we could drop our luggage off. He wasn’t very friendly either.
The apartment was in need of updating in some parts - a little shabby. Extremely noisy both externally & internally. We did not feel safe here with a young family. From our balcony we witnessed an arrest & also lots of homeless people raiding bins on the street - not a nice area!
We were also unaware that the Capetown marathon was happening during our stay - runners running directly past our apartment so it was absolute mayhem for 2 days.
We hated it so much that we checked out early & booked a hotel at the V&A for the last few nights!!
- Pashi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Senzi (10/5): Exceptional good. - Beautiful modern apartment very homely had everything we needed. The whole family loved the place .
- Kavisha (10/5): I wish i could have stayed longer:) - The most beautiful property to stay at. Everything was perfect and so comfortable Wish Booking.com made more of an effort to notify me of the damage hold as this put me out of pocket
- Jozien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Erin (10/5): Short and sweet but so enjoyable - Everything in the apartment was high quality. There was ample cleaning products and tea and coffee too. The host even contacted me after I left to check if an item I left behind was mine.
- Lee (9/5): Superb -
- Jared (8/5): Very good -
- Jenet (1/5): There are other places around worth staying at than this place that double dips. - Location The staff were horrible. There’s no reception staff but only the security guys. Their practices are unethical. They will charge you a security deposit which is non-refundable whether or not you damage their property. The security guy will come and harass you in your room if you don’t complete the ID verification which asks for a security payment. They will charge you an extra cleaning fee on top. It’s all in the small print which you don’t get to read
- Ashley (9/5): Superb -
- Yvonne (8/5): Very good -
- Adriana (10/5): Home away from home - Spacious place and location close to waterfront. Wifi instability and week.
- Antony (2/5): the worst ever dealing with a robot, truly a nightmare booking and management system - location was OK the constant email and messages from the agencies working for the owners, this was an awful experience. at least an email or enquiry every other day or twice a week for 2 months was no joke at all and a very bad experience. deposits, identification. this appears to be a totally disorganized set up and never in all my years with booking.com have i experienced such treatment, almost to the point of intimidation. i think they are trying out AI or some other algorithm to execute the vetting and payment process. never ever again at this place or anyone to do with them Superhog and NOX rental?
- Liz (10/5): Excellent will be back again - Location
- Clement (7/5): The stay was good, we were hardly there during the day. - The place is centrally locationed, which makes it easy to reach the city and places like Camps Bay. Load Shedding
- Klas (9/5): Worked out great for us. Staff was so kind and Accomodation. Unit was lovely. - Fabulous staff and great value. Large and inviting. 2nd bedroom did not have a place to plug in the fan so a bit hot. Traffic noise as on Main Street but really not so bad. Beds are hard.
- Blake (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kurhula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tabinda (9/5): Superb -
- Tasneem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sebastian (9/5): Superb - The location is one of the most desirable locations, coupled with the highly attractive apartment and building. The beds were a tad on the stiff side.
- Carl (8/5): Very good -
- Penny (5/5): Disappointed - Good location We had to pay R10’000 deposit which we only got back about 15/16 days after our departure. It wasn’t a hold on our ccard, it was actually taken off. The contents of the property is really definitely not worth to pay such an excessive amount for a deposit. The main ensuit, bath is so high, definitely not suitable for anyone elderly, short people or with back problems to get in to yse the shower. Mattresses needs to be replaced and needs a complete repaint inside. Plenty of marks all over walls. No TV in the main bedroom. The unit is really very basic, not worth the money. We travel to Cape Town often, but will definitely not book there again. Many other better options available.
- Liz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sabine (7/5): Good - Great location and lovely apartment lighting in bathrooms terrible
blocked drains in bathrooms
weak Wi-Fi
- Tracey (8/5): Good apartment in great location - lovely apartment, well located. close to bars & cafes
underground safe parking en-suite shower is over the bath and the bath is very high to get into and even harder to get out of.
Wi-Fi erratic and slow when available
- Janet (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. - Great location just outside the Waterfront. The apartment was spacious and modern and the building’s security was first rate. All the loadshedding arrangements worked well so we had (rechargeable) lights and internet even when the power was off. It would have been helpful if the two bedrooms had had a mirror in them.
- Brad (8/5): 202 Warwick - Position and security. It had all we needed including lights for loadshedding. Beds are extremely hard and not comfortable. There was a smell from the cleaning/ dustbin area that Marco came and sorted out very quickly.
- Michelle (7/5): Good -
- Carlos (8/5): Very good -
- Liz (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fares (10/5): Exceptional -
- Salome (9/5): Superb - The double room which had their own bathroom. The stoop. The coffee machine . That washing machine.
Cleaning everyday The cars in the street never stop.
- Zandile (10/5): Exceptional -
- Etienne (9/5): Superb -
