Petra (10/5): Absolut empfehlenswert - bestes Service und Lage - Wir waren bei unserer Ruanda Reise in insgesamt 3 verschiedenen Unterkünften in Kigali und das Romalo Hotel war mit Abstand das Beste, sowohl von der Lage (zu Fuß in Kürze im Konvention Center) als auch vom Service überdurchschnittlich gut. Die Rezeptionistin und die Betreiberin des Hotels haben uns bestens unterstützt und waren immer für uns erreichbar - vielen herzlichen Dank!! Das Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer gebracht und unsere Frühstücks-Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist bestens und sollten wir wieder mal in Kigali eine Unterkunft brauchen, werden wir wieder im Romalo Hotel ein Zimmer nehmen. Alles war perfekt!

Matti (7/5): My stay at Romalo was good. - Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fruit and ginger tea. Also the staff were on time to bring breakfast to the room. The location of the facility is also good since one call walk in town and the convention centre Somehow I realised that my hair clippers went missing after some days there. It must have been removed from the room and am not sure who would do that, given that the staff appeared to be friendly.
