• DOLORES (5/5): - No ,me gusto la habitación del sótano es una pena porque esta muy bien equipada la cama y las sabanas son cómoda , pero para nosotros fue asfixiante , la ventana se podía abrir el inconveniente era que al estar al nivel del suelo de la calle no es aconsejable, solo esa habitación olía mucho a humedad , cuando llegamos había un aparato encendido para quitarla , pero era muy pequeño y no daba a vasto , fuimos dos parejas y como tenia dos habitaciones nos tuvimos que turnar una noche cada uno por lo demás todo perfecto , la habitación principal perfecta ,cocina y baño bien equipados y la la ubicación genial , a un paso de la catedral
• Argente (7/5): - La ubicación buenísima Cuando hicimos la reserva, no sabíamos que una habitación estaba en el sótano, como somos unas amigas que ya tenemos una edad, la escalera resultaba bastante incómoda para subir y bajar, a la que le tocó dormir allí, además hacia olor a humedad
• Anna (9/5): My adult daughter and I stayed for 8 days, it was wonderful! We highly recommend staying in Toledo. - The apartment is exactly as pictured in the photos. It was very clean and within walking distance to all the tourist sites Toledo has to offer. We were so happy to be able to stay in Toledo, the city has a lot of history, is very clean, the people were nice and the area was safe. There are a few grocery stores within a few minutes of walking distance from the apartment. The beds were very comfortable; we slept well! Guest should be given a little more information like which apartment door to enter upon arrival, to bring the actually physical key with you when ever leaving the apartment and the the little card approximately one inch by two inches with no wording on it (actually looks decorative) is the "card" you can use to enter the apartment. There should be more than one physical key because guest who don't have a key will have to make sure they have power on their phones to get into the apartment instead of using their power for pictures and directions which kind of stinks and lastly there should be information on where and when to place excess rubbish.

• RUTH (10/5): Preciosa experiencia en Toledo - Me encantó el apartamento con aire medieval y moderno. Pero lo que más me gustó fue su ubicación en pleno centro.

• Inma (4/5): - El alojamiento está limpio y bien equipado. El trato con la empresa que gestiona el alojamiento fué bastante desagradable. Cuando viajas un fin de semana no apetece estar discutiendo ni resolviendo los problemas de la empresa, pagas para descansar y disfrutar. En el anuncio pone que el apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones y un sofa cama. El sofá estaba destrozado los laterales estaban colocados en equilibrio, y la cama no se podía abrir. Llamé para comunicarlo y me dijeron que el sofá cama sólo se puede utilizar si reservas para 5 o más personas, y que tendrían que cobrarme más si quería utilizarlo. En el anuncio no indica ninguna limitación al uso del sofá cama. Si hubiera sabido esto, no habría alquilado este apartamento, viajamos con alguien que tiene movilidad reducida y una de las habitaciones está en el piso de abajo, bajando unas escaleras estrechas.

• FERRAN (4/5): Muchos aspectos a mejorar - La ubicación junto a la catedral es muy buena. El sofá estaba un poco destartalado. El agua de la ducha salía con una presión mínima. La habitación de abajo tiene el interruptor de la luz fuera de la habitación !! Además no dispone de enchufes cercanos a las mesitas de noche. La cortinilla del ventanuco a duras penas tapa la ventana transparente. La puerta corredera del baño no ajusta bien.

• Emma (9/5): Highly recommend - The facilities and location were fantastic. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. Having an after hours number to contact gave peace of mind. We would suggest adding a clear photo of the apartment or clearer instructions in regards to access. Ie: Apartment B on the ground floor. The first electronic pass will get you through the door on the street. The second electronic access/pass will open the electronic apartment door handle.
