Хигиената в целия хотел включително и стаята! 1-запушени канали в тоалетната. 2-душа беше пълна пародия, едвам едвам течеше. 3-висях всякакви кабели от телевизора. 4 нямаше горни чаршафи за спане. 5-пердета те бяха надупчени от цигари и срязани. 6-без предупреждение влизаха да оставят тоалетна хартия докато сме вътре. 7-рецепцията си използва за склад и мирише на изпражнения. 8-като пуснеш водата в тоалетната, течеше по плочките къде вода къде е урина. 9-във стаята имаше три чаши които бяха отвратително мръсни.

I refused to stay in the property and asked the owner to give me the print out of the reservation, in case Booking charges me for ‘ no show’. She responded this is her copy and I need to print my own copy. She was very impolite and acting totally unprofessional. I did not get to see the property but based on the service I received, I would never book this place

Do przystanku z 500m, dojedziemy do Burgas lub do Sunny Beach, plaża spacerkiem, obok sklepiki, uwaga płatność kartą powyżej 10lev. Polecam! Przydałby sie ktoś na recepcji, kto będzie dostępny dla gości, przydałby się chociaż czajnik w pokoju.

Соотношение цена/качество очень радует, плюс хорошее расположение, 2 минуты от центральной улицы. Добавьте, пожалуйста, второй складной стул, чтобы можно было комфортно сидеть на балконе вдвоем)

Още при самото настаняване ни беше подчертано няколко пъти, че трябва да напуснем точно в 10:00 ч. – което ни изненада неприятно. Такова отношение не сме получавали никъде, а сме отсядали в много хотели. Вместо да се почувстваме добре дошли, още с влизането ни създадоха усещане, че бързат да ни изпратят.

- Mitoslav (4/5): - Близо до центъра В банята нямаше консумативи около 15 30,трябваше сам да ги поискам, защото нямаше никой не рецепцията и дойде готвача да ги потърси и д ами ги даде, чистотата в банята не беше на ниво , вратата на шкафа се удряше в лампата всеки път като отвори , телевизията беше на снежинки . Сутринта на следващия ден слязох да взема кафе за мен и приятелката ми понеже тя спеше и срещнах една госпожа не се представи как се казва ,но мисля че е собственичката която ми каза ако може до 10:00 да си тръгнем защото персонала не смогва събота и неделя , при положение че когато правих тук резервацията беше написано 10:30 . Не бих го посетил отново. В нормалните хотели чек аут е в 12:00 часът. Не останахме доволни.терасата беше за един човек с огромен климатик който взимаше пространството там.

- Fleksi Ex (1/5): Ужас... - Настаняване ни в 18 и 30 защото нямаше кой да управи стаята.искаха да им доплащам допълнително за кошара защото над 2 години за детето се доплащало а дъщеря ми е на 2 и половина. Отвратително отношение от управителката защото бяхме за една вечер.каза ми писна ми от тея оферти last minute. И на всичко отгоре каза че напускането е до 10 часа. Сигурно да имат време до 18 пак да изчистят стаите .......

- Anton (5/5): Location and food was good, but service and hygiene was poor - The location is not bad at about 3 minutes from the beach on foot and the food in the restaurant was good Room and balcony was tiny and we saw cockroaches in the bathroom at night, the staff never came to change our towels or sheets for our 5 nights stay

- Ioana (8/5): Good, family place - Excellent apartment, beds very comfortable, nicely placed, well sized room. Good bathroom. Has a kitchen. The kitchen was completely lacking silverware, any pots/pans or any utensils (normal when there is a kitchen in the apartment). Also there were no cleaning utensils in the apartment. Even though it is a hotel and it is supposed to be cleaned by the staff, it was not done appropriately. Thus, it would always be good to have cleaning utensils and some products (the minimum necessary) especially when there is a family with children coming from the beach. At the check-in the beds were not made, the apartment was not cleaned and the garbage from previous patrons was not taken out yet. We had to ask and wait for the service to be done.
