The front desk was extremely kind and helpful! The floor was somewhat sandy, it wasn’t too much of a problem but I did ask the housekeeper for a broom to sweep my own room

Limpeza , não limpava os quartos todos os dias , quando passava só entregava toalhas , banheiro estava mofando , quando limpava elas simplesmente arrumava somente a cama não passava uma vassoura no quarto , banheiro não era lavado só trocava toalhas por isso mofava as paredes pois não jogava clorox nada , não era lavado . Teve um dia que tive que pegar uma vassoura para eu limpar pois estava com cabelo e areia pois ela entrava pra limpeza e mais não fazia chão aliás nada somente arruma cama e troca toalhas .

• Patricia Leonor (4/5): No vuelvo a hospedarme aquí - La ubicación es bastante buena, no ofrecen servicio de desayuno pero tienen un starbuck al lado, para la playa te ofrecen sombrillas pero la tienes que colocar vos mismo en la playa a 1 cuadra aproximadamente, a mi me resultó incómodo esto por no tener fuerza suficiente para colocar la sombrilla La limpieza es muy decepcionante, yo misma limpiaba el baño, ya que evidentemente nadie supervisa el servicio de limpieza, se escuchaba los sonidos del dormitorio contiguo, como los portazos que daban algunos huéspedes

The staff is friendly and helpful. I chose to stay bayside and had a view of Saturdays fireworks from my balcony which was a plus.

• Thomas (9/5): Wir kommen gern wieder :-) - Die Lage am Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Strand ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Liegestühle, Handtücher und Sonnenschirm gibt's kostenlos im Hotel. Auch der Pool auf dem Dach ist sehr schön und bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Die Reinigungskräfte nahmen es mit der Sauberkeit beim ersten Versuch nicht so genau. Auf Anforderung wurde das Zimmer dann gründlicher gereinigt.

• YITING (8/5): 还不错的精品酒店，客房宽敞舒适，下次去南海滩可能还会选这家。 - 地理位置很好，过马路走一下就是公共的南海滩了，这个设计酒店确实很好，我定的是一个客厅和一个房间的格局，真的无敌了，相当于两个房间，因为客厅的沙发可以放下来当沙发床，而且房间里有可以洗衣服的洗衣机，有小阳台可以晾衣服，就跟一室一厅一样，如果你要去海滩可以跟酒店要毛巾去，以及 洗衣服的洗衣珠那些都可以跟他们要，是免费的！ 要走到海滩还是有点小距离要走五分钟吧，然后就是客厅跟外面走道是没有隔音的，有点吵谁走过都能听见，但是房间里很安静。感觉服务人手不是很够，前台小哥要一直帮忙处理客房服务的东西，但是客房服务里打电话给前台是打不通的，要下去问。

• Hernan (9/5): Excelente atención, cómodo y moderno. - Nos quedamos varios días y nuestra estadía fue muy positiva, seguro volveremos. Destaco la amabilidad y excelente disposición de Josue y Nicole en el front desk, y de Antonio en el valet parking; ante cada necesidad, el equipo respondió de inmediato. La unidad 320 es una habitación en esquina con un diseño moderno y un balcón muy amplio. El confort de la habitación compensa que la vista al mar sea mínima. La ubicación es muy buena, a pasos de la playa, y el hotel facilita todo el equipo necesario (reposeras, sombrillas, toallas). Tener un Starbucks en el edificio y transporte público cerca es un plus. La mayoría del staff habla español y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar. Hay un edificio en reparación enfrente, sobre Collins Ave, que genera algo de ruido si se abren los ventanales. Como punto de mejora, se podría sumar más iluminación en la unidad, ya que por la noche se siente algo oscura.

O preço é alto pela falta de atenção ao hóspede. - O quarto é bem espaçoso, a localização eu gostei, perto da praia e disponibilizam cadeira e toalha. A potência do chuveiro é fraca. O colchão precisa ser trocado, tem um buraco nele de tanto uso. A limpeza do quarto deixa a desejar, fiquei 6 dias e nenhum dia eles limparam o chão, tive que eu mesma limpar. Pedi para melhorarem a potência do chuveiro e nada foi feito. Pedi para limparem o quarto e tbm continuou sujo. Tive que revezar o lado da cama com meu marido por causa do buraco que tinha de um lado do colchão.

• SYED HASSAN (6/5): - The property location is excellent. Its near the beach and the trolley stop. There are few restaurants around the property and an onsite starbucks. Property is clean and the cleaning staff is very efficient. The reception process is very process. We had unpleasant check in and check out. We waited over 30 mins at reception upon arrival but there was no one at the reception. At check out, we requested for an extra hour which was not only brutally denied by receptionist but also we were locked out of our rooms even an hour before the check out time.
• Phil (9/5): You won't be disappointed, a beautiful, boutique style hotel - Beautiful, boutique style hotel. Very stylish and modern compared to the one we were staying in! Great kitchen. The bathroom was luxurious with a great shower and the provided toiletries were a real bonus. We were very happy with the room. We loved visiting the supermarket and creating meals in the room, the room was so nice we wanted to make the most of it! Loved the balcony, sitting with a drink in the evening as the sun set was so relaxing. Swimming pool was great, clean and private. Location was great with trolley and bus stops on the doorstep. Would love to go back. Happy times :)) We had to sleep the opposite way to how the bed was made up so that we could watch TV in bed in the evening after a long day exploring. That was the only downside and that is a personal preference, not a negative.

• James Ryan (10/5): Incredible hotel in an undesirable location. - The room was very well designed, spacious, and luxurious with a fantastic balcony, great shower, and useful kitchen. The furniture was comfortable and stylish. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is on a very loud street, so you can't really open the balcony doors for fresh air. Enormous neighboring hotels block all ocean views. There are no restaurants or bars in the vicinity, so you have to get a ride to everything. The room in the suite can easily fit a king size bed, but they use queens.
