• Shasta (10/5): - Loved everything. The ONLY complaint was that the water heater storage is small. We had a few lukewarm and chilly showers (it is solar powere and wasn't extremely hot outside)
• Marlene (6/5): "No Rest No TV" - There was absolutely no communication after the booking this property. For 3 days we called, Whatsapp, and Messaged with no communication. So did Hotels.com...1 hour after check-in after 4pm we received a call letting us know they were busy with other check-ins and we can go directly to the property as instructions were left at the gate. When we got to the gate, they said no instructions were left. We called the manager and waited 20 minutes for her to call us back. Finally after getting through the gate we received wrong directions and drovr around aimlessly until the manager called us back and gave us the correct directions. The property was clean, however the TV did not work at all. The manager said she has no idea why it doesn't work. So we went to our function and arrived back to the property. When we tried to go to bed, the pillows hard as a rock. We told the manager and explained that we have had no sleep for 2 nights. With No Rest we bearly made it back to Kingston.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Fantastic experience and Jackie is a good host... - Jackie was so warm and inviting. She made our two kids feel at home. We stayed in the front villa. It is clear Jackie enjoy what she is doing and is doing it well. We will definitely stay here again!
