• Birgit (7/5): Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt geeignet. Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt für das was geboten wird. - Personal freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer sind hellhörig, da das ganze Haus einen offenen Innenbereich hat, der sich vom Erdgeschoss bis zu den oberen Stockwerken durchzieht. Das Frühstück oder Abendessen wird im Kellerbereich eingenommen, die Atmosphäre dort ist jetzt nicht gerade überwältigend.
• Sukoon (10/5): The most magical stay in the pink city yet! - It is a beautiful heritage stay in the heart of the walled city. The haveli is so gorgeous, full of Rajasthani art on the walls. The rooms are spacious and the colored glass windows add so much of magic on a sunny day. Waking up early, one can capture the pink city before all the hustle of the day. The Dagla rooftop restaurant offers the most amazing food and views of the city. We loved their Laal Maans, Jaipuri chicken, creamy mushroom soup, methi matar malai and all the fresh juices they offered. The staff was super nice and friendly.

Perfectly positioned within walking distanc - It was characterful and authentic with lovely staff The location was great for walking or a short ride to the main attractions. it’s situated in a very male dominated area of the bazar with mechanics, tech and electrical stores, men’s clothes and very few women about. As a solo female traveller this was rather intimidating. The bedding was white but stained, which made it look dirty.

Also the food was delicious and the location of the hotel is ideal for a few days trip in Jaipur Both our rooms had dirty sheets and weren't exactly the cleanest in general. It was not really bad, but we've seen better ones on our trip to India. When we told the staff about the sheets, they instantly changed and brought clean sheets. The hotel was also very noisy, because there are a lot of groups staying here, and also the street noise is quite intense. But I have to say that for the price overall, it was ok

And there is a roof top restaurant that's open until 23h. Especially room 301 is nearly unliveable. So if you want to rest here: No chance! Otherwise great!

Die Lage ist super für Jaipur und trotzdem ist es im Zimmer nicht zu laut gewesen. Auch das Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse ist super. ☺️
• Deepika (1/5): UNSAFE PREMISES, MISLEADING PHOTOS, AND LOOT SERVICE - Nothing ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - Our stay at Kalwara Heritage, Jaipur through narrow crowded market area, very old built! Even 25 days later, my husband is still recovering from the injury he suffered inside the hotel due to their negligence. The approach to the hotel is chaotic and unsafe, but the real shock was the so‑called “premises.” Their parking area is a broken, uneven backyard, and while walking toward the lift, my husband stepped on a partially covered sewage pothole. The cover collapsed and his leg went inside, causing a deep, bleeding knee injury. For a property claiming “heritage luxury,” this level of safety hazard is unacceptable and frankly outrageous. The staff reacted with zero urgency, zero responsibility. I had to beg multiple times before they even brought basic first-aid. Instead of ownership of the injury that happened on their property, they mentioned - "Repair karwayenge toh ye fir se toot jayga as trucks aate hai saaman load/unload k liye" - means injury to customers is on their invitation? - We ask, which trucks, why should a guest suffer and to this extent???? We felt not safe to search for other hotel with injury during that evening, so decided to spend night there. Once we made it to the room, it became even clearer that this hotel is a complete scam. The corridors, rooms look nothing like the photos and definitely nothing like any “heritage” hotel. It feels more like a cramped chawl with broken bathroom amenities. Even the breakfast was a joke - barely 2–3 items served awkwardly on a passageway to their deluxe rooms. This is a 2-star property priced like a 5-star, fooling tourists with fake heritage branding. No Indian traveler would tolerate this quality at this cost. Between the UNSAFE PREMISES, FALSE ADVERTISING, AND TERRIBLE SERVICE, and the fact that we are still dealing with the aftermath of an injury caused at the hotel, we strongly warn others as they shall stop looting.

• Susan (7/5): good value for a short stay - We really appreciated the staff who stayed up late to check us in at 1:30am as well as had a tuk tuk waiting for us when we needed to check out for the railway station. If you have the option to include breakfast, it’s worth it. We spent two nights here and while the room was comfortable, I wouldn’t recommend it for solo female travelers, as it does feel a bit isolated. The location is tucked in off a busy bazar road and can be difficult to get a tuk tuk, let alone a car as it is hard to reach.

The rooms reflect a style similar to many of Jaipur’s historic sites, which adds to the overall charm. Considering the price, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite dirty. There was still a large clump of hair from a previous guest in the shower, and the bathroom walls had visible mold. As some guests have already noted, the shower takes some time to get hot. However, the staff explained this in advance, and it didn’t bother me too much. You need to turn on a switch and plan your shower accordingly.

Buono anche il ristorante sul rooftop con molta scelta e coperte per le serate fredde. Efficiente servizio lavanderia.

• Facundo Guillermo (9/5): Good stayed - Very comfortable room. It wasn't completely clean when we arrived, but they fixed it quickly. Very friendly staff. There is a very good restaurant on the terrace. It's not part of the hotel, but it's in the same building. The breakfast was excellent and very varied. We had some problems with the hot water, which is unfortunately very common in India. There was a lot of noise coming from the restaurant, which made it difficult to rest. It stopped at midnight, but it was annoying if you wanted to rest early.

• Karima (10/5): - A perfect stay in Jaipur! Staff were super friendly, they went above and beyond whenever we requested something. Room size was great, as was the bathroom. Breakfast dishes were varied, with fresh eggs made to order. They have a sister restaurant next door which was also fantastic. It offers great views of Jaipur, aswell as blankets, for those colder evenings, and the food was some of the best we've had in India so far. It's a traditional style Haveli hotel, given you a feel of how people lived in the olden days! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Everything was perfect

Фото соответствует действительности. На 5 этаже есть хороший ресторан, вечером не надо искать где поесть. Завтраки скромные, готовят вкусный омлет, был йогурт, хлопья, кофе в чайнике, тосты, может быть еще что то было но мы приходили к открытию. Шампуня и геля для душа не было. В номере нет шкафа.

• Vicki (8/5): Great place, but location is now very busy. - The location is good and as I have stayed here a couple of times before, the quality of room and service was great. What has changes though is the Haveli is now completely surrounded by busy streets with motor bikes. It is so unfortunate that the property has been virtually built around, therefore is not an easy place to get in and out of. A real shame.
