Friederike (1/5): Eine Enttäuschung - Leider hat uns an dieser Unterkunft eigentlich gar nichts gefallen. Es gibt keinen Wohnbereich, nur Küche, Schlafzimmer und Bad. Es war Tag und Nacht extrem laut durch die benachbarten Restaurants; wegen der Klimaanlage bot man uns vorsorglich Ohrstöpsel an; der Geschirrspüler war kaputt ( laut Aufkleber), auf unsere Bitte nach einem Stöpsel für das kleine Spülbecken mit Hinweis auf den defekten Geschirrspüler ( das Geschirr war nämlich von vorneherein teilweise fettig und verschmutzt) schickten sie jemanden vorbei. Allerdings offensichtlich keinen Techniker, denn wir bekamen anschließend nur ein Foto von besagtem Aufkleber und die Nachricht, es sei alles in Ordnung, der Geschirrspüler sei nicht Teil der angegebenen Ausstattung und es stünde doch drauf, daß er kaputt sei; sie hätten alle sehr gelacht. Auf meine Antwort mit einem Foto der Anzeige, wo der Geschirrspüler aufgeführt ist, wurde nicht mehr reagiert. Wir sind nach der zweiten Nacht ausgezogen und haben uns etwas anderes gesucht. Schade! Und Booking.com unterstützt uns hier leider auch nicht. Das Geld ist weg und wir hatten unnötigen Ärger. Besser nicht buchen!
Lucas (5/5): Passable - The location was quite central and had most of the necessary amenities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It was quite loud, you could hear everything from the street. While AC was possible, it was also extremely loud and barely made the apartment cooler (from 27° down to 26°). The amenities were in poor condition (knives were bent, the hot iron leaked water, the dish washer didn’t work.
Hoda (9/5): Superb - Clean and close to main attractions It is noisy in the evening and early morning 6am.
Subrina (7/5): A pleasant stay - Convenient location close to the SMN train station and major attractions No aircon inside bedroom
Jacopo (10/5): Exceptional - The flat is In a central street full of restaurants at 5 minutes to the central station and to the main squares. It is all the amenities and it is at first floor There is few noise in the evening till 1 am due to the pubs and in the morning at 6 am you can hear the shops start to work. It could be annoying but it is the price to stay in the real city center
