• mati (10/5): - Great location, uban Station, train station, old city, great restaurant all in walking distance. Easy check in/out, clean rooms full with all you need for a comfortable stay. We had a great view of the old city from our windo. Slow and old elevator, the shower a bit small. Not a deal breaker.

Das Haus ist absolut leise und zu hören ist nur der Straßenlärm bei geöffneten Fenstern. die Entfernung zur Innenstadt sehr nah und öffentliche Anbindung vor der Tür Schlafen mit gekipptem Fenster nicht möglich, da unser Appartement (Nr. 2.1.) an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße gelegen ist.

• Hiram (10/5): Great location, very comfortable bed ideal for business, and very ideal with train station right in front of you restaur - Staff was very friendly and accommodating even when I got there early they were there to greet me and hold my bags and even my room was ready. Nothing bad to Wright about everything was excellent

• Cambria (8/5): Would happily stay here again! - Amazing room for the price. So nice to have a kitchen and everything you’d need to prepare a meal. I couldn’t believe how clean it was. The only downside is the traffic outside that runs pretty constantly day and night (unless you happen to be there on a Sunday). The windows when shut block a decent amount of the noise but not all.

• Yosvany (5/5): No para familias. - La hubicación. La entrada la comparten con un supermercado , huele feo. No existe una persona que este ahi al menos por seguridad. No es un hotel para quedarte con un niño. No pusieron toallas para mi hijo las pedi y al otro dia las dieron despues de despertarnos temprano. Me dejaron un aviso que limpiarian , pues bien despues de yo dejar toda la ropa de baño en el suelo , llegamos tarde de otra ciudad y no habian echo la habitación. La entrada del hotel permanece abierta ,ya que tambien es un supermercado ,huele a pescado y se echa en falta una persona por seguridad. No es un hotel recomdado para estar tantos dias con niños. La antesala de las habitaciones parece una sala de hospital. Es la primera vez que puntuo tan mal un hotel ,pero este lo merece.

• Darius (8/5): Eine sehr gute Alternative - Die Lage ist super, aber leider auch ein wenig laut, mitten im Verkehrszentrum Nürnbergs. Zimmer groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad auch sehr sauber und für eine Person groß! Leider keine Lichtschalter am Bett und die Beleuchtung für meinen Geschmack zu hell und direkt.

• Sergio (9/5): Mein Aufenthalt war ein großartiger Ausgangspunkt, um nach Feierabend die Bars, Restaurants, Museen und das Abendvergnüg - Homeoffice-Einrichtung: Die Unterkunft bietet eine gut durchdachte Einrichtung für Homeoffice, mit einem komfortablen Schreibtisch und ausreichend Steckdosen, was das Arbeiten von dort aus sehr angenehm macht. Gutes und stabiles WLAN: Das WLAN war durchweg zuverlässig und schnell, sodass sowohl berufliche als auch private Online-Aktivitäten problemlos möglich waren. Einrichtung: Die gesamte Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und modern gestaltet. Sie schafft eine einladende Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Bequemes Bett: Das Bett war äußerst komfortabel, was für einen erholsamen Schlaf sorgt – ein wichtiger Aspekt, besonders nach einem langen Tag. Lage: Die zentrale Lage zur Altstadt und den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Zudem befinden sich U-Bahn und Busse direkt an der Unterkunft, was die Erreichbarkeit weiterer Orte im Stadtgebiet erheblich erleichtert. Ein- und Ausladen des Gepäcks: Bei der Ankunft war es etwas umständlich, das Gepäck mit dem Auto ein- und auszuladen. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist begrenzt, was das Handling in diesem Bereich etwas erschwert. Parkplatzsituation: Die Parkplätze an der Unterkunft sind ab 9.00 Uhr morgens bereits belegt. Das führte dazu, dass ich mehrmals um das Gebäude fahren musste, um einen freien Parkplatz zu finden. Dies kann besonders stressig sein, wenn man mit viel Gepäck reist oder schnell einchecken möchte.

• Alf (10/5): We attended Embedded World as exhibitors. This is an awesome homebase for it. - location is 10 steps away from the main subway station. There is a grocery store in the ground floor of the building. Ramon Ziermeier is a star. He helped us with packages and logistics like a pro. There could be more coffee tabs, creamer and sugar in the kitchen

• Maguire (5/5): - Location. Check-in was a disaster. Their damn terminal did not accept my surname not the booking number / code. They only have a chat box robot. No human intervention. Disgusting performance. We had to involve nurmberg police to get entry. Brera are not in the hospitality business, only using a chat box to rent apartments. The morning we left, the check out time was 11am. They cut off our electricity at 0930. Their bloody chat box obviously couldn't help. Never brera again.

• Raphael (1/5): Nachts hell, laut ab 06:00 Uhr. - Gar nichts Die Vorhänge sind viel zu kurz, es wird die ganze Nacht über nicht richtig dunkel im Zimmer. Hatte eigentlich 10 Stunden Zeit zu schlafen, konnte aber nur 4 Stunden Dämmerschlaf erhalten. Zudem wird am Platz vor dem Hotel ab 06:00 Uhr bei jeder Ampelschaltung von mehreren Autos gehupt, es sind Verhältnisse wie in Indien. Die Polizeiinspektion macht wiederum nichts dagegen, obwohl es ihre Pflicht ist, Gesetze durchzusetzen.
• Stavroula (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ηταν πολυ βολική! Ιδανικό σημείο για όποιον έρχεται από το αεροδρόμιο, ακριβως από κατω έχει τη στάση του μετρό. Έπειτα εξερευνεις την πόλη περπατώντας! Υπέροχη θέα και μεγάλο άνετο και ζεστο σπιτι με ολα τα απαραίτητα! Ζητήσαμε και κουνια για μωρο και είχαμε μια στο δωμάτιο με πάπλωμα και μαξιλαράκι! Μείναμε απολυτως ικανοποιημένοι!

Se for sensível ao barulho exterior, recomendo tampões! - O apartamento era óptimo, muito bem localizado, há porta do metro e com um supermercado no prédio. Super prático. Ás host era incrível, sempre atenta e respondia em segundos. O isolamento acústico é mau. Parece sempre que temos uma na janela aberta, apesar de ter ficado no 4 andar ouvia os carros e o metro como se estivesse ao pé deles.

The pictures have been editored or are not up to date !!! Only the bathroom was clean other than that there were still some finger stains everywhere ! The fridge was not clean, the stove was still oily and it was smelling the fish !!!

• Andrada Teodora (8/5): Orasul este superb, targul de Craciun minunat, locatia per total a fost buna si confortabila inafara de micile lipsuri. - Pozitionarea foarte buna, esti practic la 5 minute de Centrul Vechi al orasului, plus modul in care este conectata zona (statie de tramvai, bus, 4 intrari la metrou, metrou direct la aeroport). Modul in care s-a facut check-in-ul mi s-a parut si m-a facut sa ma simt foarte safe. Lipsa anumitor elemente din apartament, s-a simtit neospitalier: sapun de maini (!!!) numarul de prosoape -consider ca macar inca un rand de prosoape erau necesare pentru o igiena corespunzatoare (2 persoane 5 zile cu cate un prosop mic si unul mare)- numarul de capsule de cafea (doar 2, 5 zile), numarul de plicuri de ceai (2, 5 zile), iar pana si buretele de la bucatarie era taiat in doua...lipsa pungilor de gunoi extra, lipsa obiectelor de igiena personala de baza, care la alte locatii se dau din start (betisoare urechi, dischete demachiante). Mentionez de asemenea ca toate obiectele de care nu am beneficiat la cazare le-am cumparat personal, si lasat in apartament pentru urmatorii oaspeti.

Cleaning staff on hand, weren't very 'helpful', when we were having issues accessing our apartment because the signage on the glass doors was confusing, but we were able to resolve it.
