Timo (5/5): Mixed feelings - Nice renovated apartment A noicy Renovaation work in next door. No hot water in last evening for showering.
Agustin (1/5): Bad - The location was the only good thing about it. First of all, the spaces are too small. If you are overweight or have reduced mobility, it is very difficult to move around the apartment. The rooms and bathrooms as well as the stairs and the elevator are very small. At the same time, the pillows and beds are very uncomfortable. The sofa bed did not qualify as comfortable to use on a daily basis either, as it constantly unfolded and you could not use it. But what disappointed us the most was that the terrace was completely dirty when we arrived. Although they came to clean it when we called, the neighbors continued to throw things on the terrace every day, which meant that we could not use the space (picture attached). We called this situation to our attention again and were told "sorry" and no action was taken. Lastly, another building was being built next door, so there was constant noise and we were never notified about it. If you wanted to rest after 7 am, it was not possible. I sincerely do not recommend this accommodation, we were very disappointed.
