• Tiffany (10/5): - La chambre est vraiment très bien situé , à 1minute à pied de la gare, de quoi pouvoir circuler le plus facilement aux cinque terres. De plus, la chambre était très propre et ne manquait de rien. Je recommande fortement !!
• Jose pedro (4/5): Saquen sus propias conclusiones - No apto para personas con discapacidad motriz, NO HAY ASCENSOR NI RECEPCION LAS 24 HORAS. Una de las dueñas muy irrespetuosa e invasiva, intento introducirse a mi habitacion sin mi autorizacion. Como para denunciarla a la policia.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Location was the most exceptional we have ever encountered. You walk out the Train station & there was Alessandro Greeting is to walk us to our rooms across the street. Perfect for cleanliness, style and modern beauty. Alessandro and his sister Giulia recommended a phenomenal restaurant called La Nuova Spezia. So special we went back! They treated us like Queens and Kings.
• Anne (8/5): A gem on the Cinque Terra - The Old Station rooms in La Spezia were well located both for transport and dining/shopping and were beautifully renovated, also with air conditioning. Our only regret was the lack of an elevator as we had heavy suitcases. As there is no 24 hr reception you must have contact phone number so that the manager can be there to meet you at an arranged time.
• Caio (10/5): - Excelente localização bem próximo a estação Lá Spezia Centrale. Local limpo e aconchegante. Giulia e seu irmão Alessandro foram muito atenciosos. Voltaria com certeza.
• Helen (10/5): Perfect location to explore Cinque Terra - Perfect location. Right across the road from La Spezia train station but incredibly quiet. Did not hear any trains or street noise. Excellent base to use to explore La Spezia but also Cinque Terra - The Best way to get to Cinque Terra towns and hiking is by train - right across the road. The room was perfectly clean, looked brand new and had all amenities we needed. It’s also close to lots of shops and restaurants, even a cafe just on the nearby corner. . Giulia and her brother met us on time as arranged to checkin and were lovely and friendly to deal with. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly and would definitely stay there again.
• Karen (10/5): Italy tour - The accommodation at the Old Station rooms was excellent. Although we were only notified on arrival that there was no actual check in on site the owner arrived promptly when we called and was exceptionally helpful. The room was fantastic, newly refurbished, very clean and modern and great security. It was literally 2 mins from the station at La Spezia but with the double glazed windows it was very quiet. Thank you so much to our host Allesandro.
• Aimee (10/5): Great - Nice place to stay. Very close to the train station if you’re visiting the “Cinque Terre”. Checking in was easy, the room was nice and clean.

Everything in the room vas clean, new, with nice details and very modern... the location can’t be better, just in front of the train station! Across the street literaly! Lots Of restaurants near by and the owner Alessandro was a very calid and nice man, he recomend us very nice places in La Spezia and attend at every doubt we had... GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

• Lukas (10/5): Hübsches Apartment in Bahnhofsnähe - Um Cinque Terre zu besuchen liegt das hotel perfekt. In 2 min ist man am Bahnhof. Den Bahnhof selbst hört man nicht da die Wohnung nach hinten ausgerichtet ist. In die Innenstadt von La Spezia braucht man ca. 10 min. Bei Ankunft muss man kurz mit Giulia schreiben wann man ankommt da es keine Rezeption gibt. Eher wie ein Airbnb. Es gibt 3 Apartments in der Wohnung alle sehr geräumig mit eigenem modernem Badezimmer.
• Judy (10/5): Lovely place near train station - Giulia and her brother were very sweet. They contacted us beforehand and were prepared for our late arrival. They had a chilled bottle of prosecco for us and the rooms were comfortable and spacious. Highly recommend!
