Had to kick the door in my daughter got locked in the room as the handle came off and they had no care, she’s only 4.5yrs old!! Food wouldn’t feed to a dog, no fridge or safe or kettle in room! No television as no plugs and phones off the hook! Swimming pool unsafe and never go back if paid me
- Sunshine44798983977 (2/5): Stay away - DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! This is not even a 1 star hotel and certainly not all inclusive as you have to pay for alcohol. We only spent 5hrs of a day before having to pay for another hotel. Filthy rooms no light shades toilet seat pool was disgusting with stagnant water puddles and cigarette butt's didn't even try to eat as looked disgusting soup kitchen would serve better!

All rooms and communial areas dangerous and dirty. Food is absolutely diabolical even the breakfast is spicy as hell where there's any available ( 5 hours between meals with no snacks available anywhere. Nothing for the kids to do or eat. Don't get me started on the locals holidaying here we are stared at all day like we've just arrived from another planet. Oh and be prepared when you go outside to look for anything edible you will pay twice the price that eveyone else is paying.. and the best part? There is a local disco bar above the pool in the picture you see that goes on 12-4am at 1000 decibels EVERY NIGHT totally impossible to sleep! please please please avoid this dump!

- 680olen (6/5): Not so Bad as it seems - We booked Our Trip spontaniously and went to Tunisia. Before we left Hamburg we read other reviews and thought about to Cancel the Trip, but we did not and it was right. I have to say, that is a 3 Stars Hotel in the country category, very cheap and low budget, so that you cannot expect a wonder. All together we have to say, it is not so bad. Like many Hotels in the region, this hotel is in his age and old, but clean and that is a Main fact. There is many staff that speaks many languages, even some do not speak english. Those who want a hotel holiday are not right here, These who just need a place to sleep are right here. The loud Music and the tree house were very nice and the beach direct at the hotel was great. In the result, regarding the price it was ok.

L’adresse mail de l’hôtel ne fonctionne pas. Je vais faire une réclamation.

The food wasn't that great but there are places to go out of the hotel to eat and drink and it's not expensive! There isn't enough sunbeds around the small pool and most of them are damaged! Staff are very friendly
- sav2011-87 (4/5): Full and thorough review !! - After seeing the reviews I feel I really need to write one myself after just getting home from a weeks holiday with my family of 4 adults and 13 year old from Sousee city and beach hotel . This is a bit of a long one but I feel it’s needed after my husband booked our holiday as a last minute trip I then read the reviews and was riddled in anxiety and really panicking , but I decided to go with an open mind and im normally pretty laid back person and as I know most people who write reviews are doing it as they are unhappy with their outcome and want to shout about it, We got dropped off the coach and was last drop off the hotel was on a main road but wasn’t too bothered as has everything around you that you could need, supermarket a few yards up the street ,Shops and food outlets etc . So we arrived and at check in had to fill in some forms and copy passports etc took about 30 mins - then given our room keys. We paid for an all inclusive holiday to be told they don’t include alcohol in all inclusive at this hotel it’s only all inclusive soft drinks and breakfast/dinner & everning meal . There was no snacks available . And if we wanted alcohol we had to pay extra . We went to the rooms and they was very clean and as seen in some reviews it could do with a bit of modernising but it was clean and somewhere to sleep and a 3 star hotel - not the ritz !! Cleaners was always around the hotel cleaning constantly . Our cleaner on the floor we stayed (room 451) was absolutely amazing such a beautiful welcoming lady and always going out of her way for anything we needed . The pool was monitored a couple of times a day and checked for levels of chlorine etc . We mainly used the top pool with the slides which was really fun adults and children really enjoyed it . And the 2 lifeguards at that pool was brilliant , got involved and made some sort of entertainment with everyone and made an effort to keep everyone happy whilst doing their jobs . The top pool with the slides had only 10 sun loungers and a couple of chairs no sun parasols . They had 2 small pergolas . Was not enough for everyone that used that pool . And no music around the pool until the last day !! The bottom pool we only used a couple of times and was ok more sun loungers and parasols but not enough for everyone by any means . The meals were very hit and miss and not much of a choice but occasionally enjoyed something to eat there, I only ate at the restaurant 4 times in total over a week as wasn’t much choice and sometimes very repetitive, so was very hit and miss , I’m not a fussy eater but still struggled ,but plenty of places close by to go and eat out -defeats the object of all inclusive but never mind ! The water at the hotel well that’s not acceptable as it kept cutting out everyday so could not shower when needed and could be off for hours at a time very frustrating- at one point it was off for over 24 hours in total and then the odd dribble here and there for days . Was furious at this point as had been out quad biking and couldn’t get a shower when we got back and we was all covered in sand and dust!! Everyone at the hotel was furious and lots complaining! Most days there seemed to be people at the front desk complaining about something or another . There was no entertainment at the hotel at all, even though it states on their website that entertainment is every day during the summer ! So became very boring and was in bed early every night . And as for the other reviews regarding the very loud music during the night until all hours well this is correct, more noisy weekend nights. I even went prepared with ear plugs and still Was woken up several times every night it came from the bar at the back of hotel the treehouse on beachfront which joins onto hotel - starts at 10pm but seems to get louder and louder as the night goes on - but to be honest I could live with that would of been better if we could of had a drink (since we paid all inclusive and didn’t receive that) and got involved with the atmosphere as there was absolutely zero atmosphere of an evening it was boring which is a shame as if they provided entertainment or music day/night and around pools etc then I think it would of made it a bit more enjoyable and bearable. The beach is directly on the back of hotel which is lovely it gets very busy but all beaches do ! You can rent sun loungers and beds cheap on the hut at the beach . The water dispenser drinks available at the inside bar I was weary of drinking as when coming back into hotel from the beach there was a few members of staff filling the exact same bottles up with water out of the tap so wasn’t sure if they was being replaced with tap water for everyone to drink . So we asked for bottled water behind the bar which was sometimes difficult as they didn’t like to hand out much ! The staff at the hotel all was mainly lovely and friendly . I noticed on our last day they was having some sort of inspection so they was going above and beyond that day making everything perfect which they should be doing regardless . I have been to Tunisia before 10 years ago and really enjoyed it . I would come back again but not to this hotel for above reasons . We still very much so enjoyed our holiday as we made our own fun. And eat out several times, visited aqua splash water park which is around 5-10 Mins in a taxi and very good day out . Went quad biking which can be arranged through the hotel and they can help with other excursions. And Tunisia is very cheap for most things thankfully or we would have been in a dilemma ! Also please don’t be afraid to haggle prices in shops and taxis as we got 2 taxis as there was 5 of us and one taxi charged 10dinar and other 6dinar so always check price before you get into taxi . The hotel has plenty of security at the front and the back of hotel so feels very safe and they are very friendly. We really did enjoy ourselves . And made the most of what we were presented with , I would not stay here again only due to the lack of entertainment and the water constantly going off. Also buying all inclusive and not receiving it. Other than the above 3 listed it was ok and manageable and constantly being cleaned .

- 741nuhs (2/5): Non-stop earrape. You will not be able to sleep at all! - WORST HOTEL! WARNING DONT BOOK! Every single day from 22:00-04:00 there is a bar BLASTING music. It is unbearable. We can’t sleep. The bass is moving things in our room and we live on the 5th floor! The management says “we can’t do anything, go talk to them yourself” THEY DONT WANNA DEAL WITH THIS AND DOESNT CARE AT ALL! Over 50 people have complained in the same night and nothing is done. This keeps going on EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! Yes the stay is cheap, but you will NOT be having any sleep whatsoever until 4:00. This has ruined our holiday and experience with Sousse. Stay away PLEASE!

Firstly the check in was great the entrance is nice, the outside garden is beautiful leads you straight to the beach, the balconies do have nice view of the beach and the staff are lovely but that’s the only thing nice about this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are old to the point where everything is rusty. The bath is old where paint is coming off looks like dirt, the floor tiles are disgusting rust everywhere the water from the taps will just randomly stop and then will randomly come back. There’s no AC in the rooms, the light bulbs will randomly flicker and stop and then come back on don’t bother getting breakfast they don’t have much they only have boiled eggs, croissant, bread and dips and coffee machine THATS IT in a huge dinning hall that’s all they have. MOST IMPORTANTLY this hotel is next to clubs and also has a lounge/club attached to it downstairs where THEY WILL BLAST SONGS AND I MEAN BLAST LOUD UPBEAT SONGS FROM 11:00pm ALL THROUGH THE NIGHT which is very inconsiderate and absolutely disgusting because there’s no AC we had to sleep with the balcony door open for some air therefore YOU WILL NOT SLEEP TRUST ME. IF I CAN UPLOAD VIDEOS HERE I WILL. I was staying on the 5th floor and honestly the music sounds as if it was next door. Very disappointed as this hotel has so much potential& lovely staf

Bedroom door had been repaired so many times you didn’t need a key to open it a little push would have been enough. Mattresses stains unfortunately we didn’t notice this till last day. Bathroom repairs shocking, curtains hanging off the rails. Bare wires hanging out of sockets. Wardrobe broken. Room walls so thin and an adjoining door to next room. No water in the pool,torn furniture again stinks off pee. No chairs to sit out. Management wasn’t interested at all. Broken bottle fridge in the pool area. Filthy and dangerous walking around.

Be very cautious… - Visited here on a 3 day trip.. arrived in shock to what was presented, reception ignored our presence and carried on a conversation with a staff member and then went on to make a call before checking us in, didn’t speak any English so took nearly an hour just to find our booking on their computer..elevator glass was completely smashed and pitch black inside as light had broke.. cigarette ash everywhere, room was disgusting, bugs everywhere, had bites- human hair everywhere, bathroom was filthy.. feces still left in the toilet. could see where door had been kicked in previously and filled in with filler, balcony door wouldn’t lock so maintenance had to come and repair it, just screwed a pull bolt onto the door and left.. stray cats and dogs surrounding the hotel, lacks hygiene..very unclean rooms, reception and bar appear to look very up to scratch until you go to the rooms.. was kept us each night due to loud music and other guests slamming doors. Felt unsafe outside the hotel, people would follow us and wouldn’t leave us alone.. don’t visit here unless you are firm.. people would claim to work in our hotel to try and gain trust, you are left not knowing what their intentions are. they will not leave you alone all they want is your money, on one occasion a man was walking by us and wouldn’t leave us alone, we got offered drugs, trafficked women, any drug.. all sorts, we was appalled and told the man we was leaving to go back to hotel, he then insisted we get in a taxi and he proceeded to try and get in the taxi to follow us to hotel.. we finally got rid of the man, we felt very unsafe in the area, especially in the main town by the Madina market, very concerning behaviours and dodgy people.. police don’t take notice of the tourists being harassed and followed.. they beg for your custom but get angry when it drives people out of the market, you feel that annoyed you just leave and then they insult you. young children as young as 4 walking around by themselves… surprised this place was advertised on a holiday website as a package holiday, do not visit this place you will feel very unsettled with a target on your back.. they treated us like vermin and constantly being stared, pointed at and harassed.. we expected certain things and the fact we were near the area of the 2015 attack and that a lot of derelict buildings were there and that it was a poor area but we never expected the treatment and experience we received , we are very laid back and rarely complain but it wasn’t fit for an animal to live in, we are glad we experienced Tunisia, lovely views and history but will never return.
- 38beccah (2/5): WONNA DIE? Book this place. DON’T - DO NOT BOOK. This place should be clothes down. Not one good thing to say about this hotel. Absolutely disgusting, rooms dirty! Had to move rooms 3 times. Music BLASTING till 4/5am. Food is awful, didn’t want to eat anything from here as I didn’t want to get sick. WORST HOLIDAY OF MY LIFE. Pool was disgusting&over ran with local kids. It was green. If you want to enjoy your holiday book a 5 star in Tunisia not this place. So dangerous I’m surprised no one has died. Me and my partner were counting down the days to get home and even looked at earlier flights. So many things wrong with the place, too many that it would take me hours

Rapport qualité-prix =0 et le prix payé pour les services et prestations obtenues, n’en vaux même pas la moitié.

Le directeur des réservations quand t’a lui est un escro , le buffet est horrible il font du recyclage avec la nourriture pas manger la veille il vous la mélangerons avec celle du lendemain des fuites d’eau , les bar à coté qui ne vous laisse pas dormir , votre chambre n’est pas nettoyer tout les jours , il n’y a même pas de draps house . Les toboggan et la piscine ont des horaire 8h/10h et 14h/17h nul avec des coupure d’eau tout les soirs bref je déconseille fortement prenez un autre hotel il ne mérite 0 étoile CATASTROPHE

- Jeremy (4/5): I would not go back - The hotel was kinda run down and not very clean. It took more than one hour to check in. The swimming pool water was not clear and it closed really early during the day.
- STEVEN (2/5): - I checked in twice. The first time it took me over an hour to check in. Then they said that there was only one reservation in order to try to get more money. They did it again the second time as well. Then the first day there was no water pressure. I had to use a water bottle that I had to get shampoo out of my hair. I had no towels. I asked for an iron, they said I would need to ask in the morning. They asked for money for the tax, then did not give me the change. They said they did not have change, for me to get it later. They did this because I am American. Then one of the receptionists kept hitting on my fiance, and he asked me where we were going that night. I said some place. He said your fiance is very beautiful call me so I can meet you guys and see if she has a sister as beautiful as her. Then he told me he is the handsomest man at the hotel and not me, so I should be jealous. The massage facility was not open. The food was not meant for a dog to eat. I only came here because everything else was booked and there is no way I will ever come to this place again. You could not pay me to stay again. They are crooks and thieves here.

- Sharon (6/5): - This is a hotel that was one on the list for mandatory quarantine by the government. Honestly, if I had a choice, I would not select this hotel. The price was very low and they provided meals since you could not leave the hotel room, but the condition of the room was pretty bad and I would not choose to stay there.

- Vera (8/5): Zima - Personál ochotný, ale příšerná zima na pokoji a hluk. První noc jsem měla v koupelně švába a alergickou reakci na lůžkoviny. Nemohli jsme spát kvůli hluku jak z ulice, tak od sousedů. Změna pokoje proběhla bez problémů, ale hluk byl až do půlnoci z diskotéky a v pokoji asi 12 stupňů. Bylo mi sděleno, že topení spíná večer. Neseplo.

- Verified traveler (4/5): So much potential - The young guys at the door, receptionist and some of the kitchen members are the rudest ive ever come across in my travels. Horrible.... cleaning staff were great. Food options not that great. Otherwise a good location, good facilities nice rooms with English channels. Would stay again at $15 a night.
