• Bozhidar (5/5): Good for short stays. - close by to airport , walking took us 20 min. communicative and supportive host. the room had a strong aromatizing smell and it became a little of an issue due to allergies. Too much noise from the bathroom. The elderly ladies from downstairs were on their entrance door and were giving me looks when we were moving in.

Не понравилась ванная, очень узко внутри, когда закрывается кабина. Напор воды каждый раз меняется, и вода , то горячая , то холодная. Не комфортно. Цена должна быть ниже за такие аппартаменты ( около 25-30€ за ночь), никак не 45€.

• Denis (7/5): Great for one night before or after airport - Excellent location with free parking. A lovely café nearby is perfect for breakfast, and there are plenty of shops to meet all your needs. The airport is also just a short drive away. Great communication of host. We were coming after midnight, and there was no any problems. Somewhat lacking in cleanliness, with a tired interior and a few broken items. Hot water was intermittent at times.

• Magdalena (8/5): Il soggiorno è andato molto bene, nel complesso sono molto soddisfatta. - Personale cortese e disponibile. Ci sono tre camere. La mia era spaziosa, comoda e arieggiata, (ci sono tre letti singoli) l'ho adorata. La cucina e il bagno sono abbastanza spaziosi e in comune. Ci si arriva comodamente con un taxi in circa 20 o 30 minuti, dipende se c'è traffico) oppure in autobus. Io personalmente ho dovuto prendere il taxi, perché non sono riuscita a trovare un autobus la domenica pomeriggio quando sono arrivata. Inoltre c'è la possibilità di concordare con i padroni della struttura di chiamare un loro amico che fa il tassista per andare in aeroporto a un buon prezzo (nel mio caso conveniva di più rispetto a un autobus, al mattino, causa traffico a Bergamo). E' possibile pagare la tassa di soggiorno tramite Paypal. Le uniche pecche sono che non ci sono dei fornelli in cucina, ma c'è soltanto il microonde (a me andava bene, in quanto dovevo fermarmi solo una notte) e la porta del bagno non si riesce a chiuderla con la chiave (forse non riuscivo a chiuderla bene io).

• Nusrul (2/5): Room was too hot, fan didn’t work, and staff were rude and unhelpful. - Not a Comfortable Stay The room was too hot, the fan didn’t work properly, and the staff were rude and not helpful at all.
• Arkhipov (3/5): Poor - The place is half an hour wank from the airport, that's true. You have to walk via some wastelands between towns. All this can be seen fro the map. However what cannot be seen, the check in procedure was as bad as one could imagine. I needed 20 iterations with the staff to get late check in instructions. This included desperate angry calls from my wife to their whatsapp right before my flight to obtain the information.

• Canzuk (8/5): Practical and all you need for a few nights. - This is a really good place if you are looking for somewhere near the airport. It has all the basics and there is a kitchen with all the necessary tools you can use. The owner was very nice too. Shower temp is a bit temperamental (no pun intended). It took awhile to set the temp... a little too much one way and it was too hot/cold. There is no airco and the fan wasn't very effective (too small for room) and quite noisy. But these are minor issues.

We checked in late at 9pm and checked out at 9am next morning. So we never met the owner / manager. Although on phone, he did answer our queries. Small room with one queen bed and one twin bed. So there was no space to move around.

• Mendoza (1/5): DO NOT BOOK. Almost missed our flight - Nothing DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! This place should not be allowed to operate on this platform. We waited outside the apartment for an hour, trying to contact the owner. We were only able to get in because another guest opened the door for us. (Bell does not work, and owner does not leave any instructions on how to enter). Someone finally came by to give us keys to our bedroom 2 hours later. And she wasn't even expecting us... We asked for an airport transfer at 3.30 AM. And the taxi never showed up. Despite it being an "elderly neighborthat lives downstairs" We had to pay 40 euros for an emergency taxi. Almost missed our flight. We would not have made it if the flight hadn't been delayed. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE... SHAMBLES

• Teng (1/5): The staff is evil-hearted. Do not book this property! - Nothing According to the information about the property on bookings it is possible to check in at around 1:00am. And I also made the special request to check in between 12:00 am-1:00 am. I arrived at 12:17 am but there was no reception. I called the property many times until 2:30 am but there was no response. Later I was noticed and taken away to another hotel by someone else. I failed to check in the property because I was cheated by the information about the property on bookings and the staff didn't show up during the reserved time. But the staff of the property canceled the booking with a full cancellation fee as a no-show fee. After a few days the customer service requested the property to waive the cancellation fee, because I failed to check in due to the false information about the property. But the staff of the property shirk responsibilities and don't response to the request. The staff is so dark in heart. He is too greedy for money and took a lot of ill-gotten money from customers.

(Written bellow) After the booking (which was non-refundable) it turned out that in order to check in late in the evening - you need to make a separate agreement AND PAY EXTRA. If you want to check in late you will pay an additional 15 euros. However, the fact that you agree to pay 15eur does not guarantee that you will get the room. Hotel owner simply refused to let us enter because we arrived late. So if your flight is delayed, you may be left without a place to stay. The money was paid, and we had to stay overnight at the airport. They don't even plan to return the money. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

• Maria (1/5): Bad - Nothing!!!! Host of the B&B told me the he was fully booked. However I found out later that I booked in the same place a few minutes later on the website booking.com as that showed a room available. To tell the truth I thought it was a different place as the tel. number was different. The Host phoned me back telling me to cancel the booking and that he would validate my cancellation. I tried several times to cancel without success. In the end I had to concentrate on booking another place for the night. The next morning in the following messages from the host of the B&B, no such thing was mentioned. I will contact my lawyer and see what he advise me.
