• Filipa (3/5): Dececionante - A simpatia da Marta e disponibilidade para responder as solicitações. A proximidade do metro A zona é muito má, suja e o prédio até mesmo no átrio cheira mal. O quarto tem vista para uma rua traseira suja. A casa de banho tem chuveiro cheio de ferrugem. Isto não é uma guest House, é um apartamento degradado em que alugam quartos. Não há sala comum e a zona de pequeno almoço não é mais que um corredor com uma máquina de café, uma chaleira e um micro-ondas; não é possível sequer sentar porque não há bancos. Não há isolamento de som, pelo que as entradas e saídas de todos levam a ruído constante; prova disso é o frasco de tampões para os ouvidos que disponibilizam aos hóspedes no referido balcão cozinha (que nem lavatório tem).
• Beatriz (7/5): Good locations, room 201 has a boiler that makes noise whenever anyone from the other rooms would use hot water. - Good location, near to the train terminal. Lots of foreign cuisine and stores nearby. There was the boiler in our room so every time someone in any of the other rooms used hot water (faucet or shower) a loud noise would take over our room. The room was not the one in the pictures.

Freundliche, schnelle Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Marta, von der auch gute Tipps für Lokale kamen. Etwa die Osteria Emasi ganz in der Nähe. Lage nahe Roma Termini, Metro auch an der nahen Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, mit schönem Park. Gute Ausstattung im Vorraum, vor allem die Kaffeemaschine - endlich ein Kaffee, der Italien würdig ist! Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist halt typische Bahnhofsgegend.

La ubicación a poca distancia a pie de la estación Termini es perfecta. Quizás mejorar un poco más el tipo de almohadas para que sean más cómodas pero fuera de eso todo cumple y supera las expectativas.

• Mazzi (8/5): - L'host è stata gentilissima e ci ha dato anche utilissime informazioni per come muoverci a Roma fornendoci persino una mappa che abbiamo usato fino a consumarla. La stanza è piccina ma ha tutto il necessario. C'è pure la possibilità di farsi un caffè o un tè, per la colazione. La posizione è molto pratica soprattutto se si viaggia in treno e l'host è stata tanto gentile da permetterci di lasciare in deposito i bagagli presso la struttura: questo ci ha regalato ore di visite in più. Il prezzo era più di quello che ci aspettavamo ma credo per colpa di eventi speciali che c'erano a Roma (come la maratona, il Festival del Film e la partita Roma-Inter). Quindi: cara grazia che c'era un posto anche se siamo arrivati all'ultimo minuto. Di certo torneremo!

• Carolyn (8/5): Basic, clean accommodations near the train station. - The room was basic & clean & the host was very communicative and helpful. The building felt secure & clean and included a lift. There is a large, convenient 24-hour parking garage a couple blocks away that was €20 per day. It is very close to the train station, which had a nice mercato centrale for food options as well as some other restaurants nearby. The hop on-hop off busses have a stop at the train station, so you could start and end here as you loop around the city. I stayed here to save money since it was quite a bit cheaper than other hotels that were closer to the main attractions. It is grungy in this area, but even though I walked around a little at night, I never saw anything that made me feel unsafe. It is about a 25 minute walk (flat, easy) to the Colosseum.

We were 3 single friends and needed to set up a third bed. Access to another set of spare sheets would’ve been nice to set up the third bed.

Smart TV in the room. Lots of restaurants and touristic spots within walking distance. The shower was blocked, which caused the shower to overflow. We contacted the host about this, so this should be fixed by now. The Wi-Fi worked with varying success. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night.

• Ugne (9/5): Great stay in Rome - Great location for train station, it is easy to reach any sightseeing spots from the guesthouse. It felt a safe street. Staff were lovely, trying to accommodate our needs. Coffee machine in the hall was a great extra touch. Beds were comfortable, it was perfect for us three single beds that you don’t find everywhere. An elevator in the building was good. The air conditioning was lovely when outside was plus 30. The bathroom/shower room were clean, working well, so all the boxes have been ticked for us. we stayed here for a week and it was a good experience. Nothing. Just a note for an extra special experience: leave out some more not black tea bags, milk for coffee and extra toilet paper; maybe let the guests know the rooms cleaning schedule.

Bed were comfortable if you like memory foam or harder style bedding. The area surrounding is very questionable but I guess it's just that part of town as the it's not near the main tourist attractions the room is safe

We were also allowed to leave our luggage for a few hours onsite before check-in and after check-out. The bed sheets were white and clean but confusing, it was like a layering of multiple sheets which only created a little bit of a mess.
