- Jenni (10/5): - This is a very cool spot. Its funky, love the pop art everywhere and how the rooms are done. Theres tons of seating by the pool and around the grounds. Lots of shade if you need. A bar, fun game room, saunas, cold plunge........ we stopped here for 2 nights after being on the go in lisbon and the Algarve. It was a perfect and much needed break for my kids. Good places to eat within walking distance. Its a fun little resort!

- Danielle (10/5): - This place was perfect for a quick surf trip and to be able to check out Panish and surrounding beaches! The staff took time and literally walked us to the room explaining that they also have a heated swimming pool, a hot tub and ice bath a skate park a Turkish bath and Tuse saunas one indoor and one outdoor a playground And lots of places to lounge around! Couldn’t have been more perfect!

- Ashley (8/5): - Loved all the amenities that this resort offers. The green space, games room, and gym were a big perk for our crawling baby. Room was small, but clean and bed was comfortable. Mini fridge in the room was nice. We opted not to pay the 14€ for breakfast. Bought a coffee one morning and for 4€ it was terrible. Recommend walking to the grocery store instead.

Lovely warm and quiet pool, fun games room, hotel felt very safe for a pre-teen to have a bit of independence, big grassy area for playing cricket etc, wetsuit dip & drying room. Brilliant to have surf lessons including transport organised by hotel, but only private lessons for under 12s. 10 mins walk to beach. Great breakfast, lots of choice, but lunch & dinner only ok - felt expensive for what it was, but lots of other food options nearby.
- ned (8/5): An OK experience - The room cost was way high for this country and for the amenities and the room was small and bed was quite uncomfortable. My companion and I both did not sleep well. Also, breakfast was not included which was outrageous considering the cost of the room!

- Thais (10/5): Hotel excelente, restaurante mediocre - Hotel increible para ir con la familia ya que ofrece una variedad de actividades sin coste, sala de juegos, juegos de mesa, piscina, roca de escalada, etc. Pocas veces he visto un hotel tan completo. El único punto negativo para mí ha sido el restaurante WOW y su personal.Son muuuuuuuy lentos, nos han traido mal la comida una vez (no era lo que habiamos pedido) y eso que nos ha tocado varias personas diferentes y es muy caro para lo que es. Por lo demás le daría un 10.

- Timo (10/5): Great value, great location for Baleal beach - Relatively basic but great hotel, especially for sports activities - like the name implies! Most staff very friendly. I'd like to mention Vitor at the front desk specifically, who was super nice and welcoming. Heated pool a big plus, great gym for hotel standards, a small spa, with a sauna to keep you warm on winter days after surfing. Quite simple, but awesome breakfast! A slight drawback is the cheap, synthetic (head) pillow in the bed. All in all, great value for money, at a great location for Baleal beach!

- Jason (10/5): +++ Beyond any expectations - So, this stay has prompted me to HAVE TO leave a review for the first time ever for a hotel. Attention to detail: unreal. (And I’m a double virgo so this high praise really is difficult to elicit from me) Staff Attentiveness: this is where ‘personal touch’ is a vast understatement. The interaction wIth EVERYONE working here was like meeting new friends and carried a genuine authenticity unmatched in my travels (which have been extensive in the last 3 years) anywhere on the planet. Restaurant: top cuisine at better than good prices and unbeatable service. Amenities: the sauna / spa area is incredible, outside there’s a climbing wall /skate park / pool, inside theres a amazing game room with table tennis, pool table, air hockey, foosball, and 2 arcade games. I extended our stay an extra 2 days because we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave and plan to return and bring family/extended family to stay in the future. For those reading this: If you happen to find yourself in this magical gorgeous location of breathtaking coastal topography and total surf paradise, do yourself a favor, and forgo further searching; this should be your accommodation. Period. Extra Special thanks to Anita, Paris & the entire phenomenal kitchen staff.

- Sharon (10/5): Fabulous family vacation - Amazing place. Came with my husband six kids in their 20’s and one teenager. Every single one of us loved it!!!!! My only criticisms are that The top bunk beds are very hard to manuever so would not recommend them for adults or older teens even. They didnt have side bars so i think they would be unsafe for little kids as well. Also the climbing wall was unsafe. The holds were not secured well and there were no mats underneath the wall. Otherwise RIDE is an exciting fun place with great sports equipment great biking and surfing. Fabulous game room , heated pool, and the friendliest staff!!
