La camera era abbastanza spaziosa e l’hotel offriva tutto quello di cui potessimo aver bisogno. Mio marito ha dimenticato il suo apparecchio Invisalign in un fazzoletto e durante le pulizie erroneamente è stato cestinato. Abbiamo chiesto aiuto in reception e lo staff si è prestato immediatamente per risolvere il problema. Nonostante ci fossimo proposti di guardare noi stessi nella spazzatura dato che l’errore è stato nostro, non ce l’hanno permesso e si sono prestati in prima persona. Vista l’efficienza della gestione totale della struttura, l’hanno trovato immediatamente. Sapevano dove guardare persino nella spazzatura, sono rimasta davvero sorpresa da tutto questo. Auguro ai ragazzi che lavorano nella struttura di essere sempre riconosciuti per la loro bravura e che possano lavorare sempre nella serenità che fanno sentire a noi clienti. La colazione era un po ridotta rispetto a quello a cui siamo abituati noi europei, nonostante ciò era comunque disponibile sia dolce che salato e caffè/latte.

Surprisingly, they did not have anything vegetarian on the menu for us. We were requested to have sliced baguette bread with butter and black coffee.

• Maya (10/5): חדר ענקי והליכה כ-10 דקות מהמרכז - הצוו היה נחמד ממש. החדר ענק!!! הארוחת בוקר קצת קטנה אבל היא בחינם חחחחח אז אען מה להתלונן. אין כל כך גמישות באתי 10 דקותצ לפני שנפתחת ארוחת הבוקר כי נסעתי ליוניברסל. העובד לא נתן לי וכשנכנסתי ושאלתי את העובדת החמודה שעמדה ליד המגשים היא הגישה לי, אבל התגובה הראשונית שלו הייתה לא לתת לי, מזל שהיא הייתה שמה.
