• Katherine (1/5): Me robaron?? O simplemente fueron vivos?? - Solo que está cercano a la plaza principal. Se quedaron con mis cosas, olvidé una bolsa con productos Gourmet con un valor de más de 70 euros (ya encontré todos los recibos) y la dejé dentro del frigobar dentro de una bolsa térmica de Esselunga, todos los productos venían sellados al vacío o en su envase original, unas 3 horas después de salir del hospedaje llamé a Patricio a decirle lo que dejé olvidado dentro del Frigobar y después de cambiar 3 veces la versión de si lo encontraron o no, me dijo que los botó! Sinceramente me sentí robada!!! Además es una habitación que como entrada tiene la puerta de un garaje, no como se ve en las fotos y no hay nadie que cuide!! Y así les dice a los clientes que pueden dejar sus pertenencias en medio del pasillo de los cuartos, no se hacen responsables de nada! Qué tal si olvidas la laptop, qué tal si olvidas algo de valor para ti y no siquiera te avisan!

Gazda a fost foarte prietenos, ne-a ajutat cu gasirea locatiei si cazarea. Parcare cu plata in fata casei (daca esti norocos si gasesti loc) -
• Jacqueline (10/5): - Our stay in the centre of Verona was a 10 out of 10. The location is excellent, perfect for exploring the city on foot and enjoying everything nearby. The apartment was spotless, very clean, and great attention had been given to the details, such as the daily replenishment of coffee, tea and pastries for breakfast – something that really makes a difference and makes you feel at home from the very first moment. Patrizio was very attentive and friendly throughout. What’s more, check-in was a breeze: they got in touch with us a few days beforehand and, as we were arriving late, they sent us all the instructions for getting into the flat in a very simple and clear way. Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience. We give it a 10!

• Agneta69 (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage an der Altstadt. Freundlicher Gastgeber und telefonisch verfügbar. Betten sehr bequem. Lage sehr ruhig zu einem Hof. Bad sehr gut und neu. Kaffee-pads, Tee, Wasser, Kleine Kuchen waren inkludiert. Toll! Der Balkon war nicht wirklich nutzbar zum Aufenthalt, da mit Vorhang verhangen, aber wir waren auch nur 1 Nacht dort. Man konnte aber die Tür öffnen, das war gut.

Host disponibile e gentile, che ha rifornito la stanza con acqua, caffè, tisane e succhi di frutta in frigo a disposizione dei clienti, gratuitamente. Piccolo terrazzo privato, ideale per chi viaggia con bambini e/o con animali domestici. L'host, tra l'altro, è un grande amante degli animali, persona molto sensibile. Consigliatissimo.
• Alex (10/5): You won’t be sorry if you choose to stay here for your trip to Verona. - First off the communication before arrival, during our stay and after was exceptional, Patricio is very friendly and helpful. The property / room is finished to a high standard, including a balcony with all amenities you require for a short stay. Coffee machine, fridge and complimentary snacks also included. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Arena with an Aldi around the corner for any supplies. Additionally, we were allowed to store our bags before and after checkout which was very handy. All was great

Beautiful terrace where you can enjoy and relax. Clean and nicely decorated room with everything you need, even the coffee machine, tea and biscuits. Cleaning of the room was done every day.

• Paul Isaacson (5/5): Not impressed - The accommodation was so close to the centre of Verona. We were allowed to leave our baggage on the day of departure for later. We arrived early the room was not prepared. We sat on the balcony whilst the cleaners/chamber staff spent such a short time preparing the room. They used a pillowcase to wipe the inside of the window, only the inside. The mats were not moved when the floor was mopped. The inside of the wardrobe was not touched and appeared not to have been touched for a long while. Mould was on the wall to the left of the balcony window. Balcony was not swept. The curtain pole fell from the wall during our stay as it was not fixed to the wall properly with just paper/cardboard. I don't remember any cleaning fluid being used. The toiletries provided had been watered down.

Spazio esterno carino e vivacizzato da vari quadri. Wi-Fi veloce, bagno funzionale. Il proprietario Patrizio è simpatico, alla mano e sempre disponibile. Un piacere parlare con lui e scambiare idee su viaggi e vita. Tutto perfetto.

Letto abbastanza comodo, provvista di cose per la colazione ecc Nonostante la bella esperienza con il personale e che la stanza fosse bella, una puzza di fogna dal bagno ci ha accompagnato per tutta la nostra permanenza, il proprietario si è reso molto disponibile a cercare di risolvere il problema, dandoci almeno un profumatore. Credo però che il problema, a detta sua, fosse solo della nostra stanza (la 3).

It’s a fantastic location that makes exploring the city incredibly easy. ​The Best Host: Our host was truly amazing—an incredibly pleasant person who went above and beyond. As soon as we arrived, he gave us expert advice on what to do and where to go. He even recommended the best local restaurants and helped us put together a complete sightseeing itinerary. ​Exceptional Service: We were pleasantly surprised by the level of care. The room was cleaned every single day. Furthermore, the fridge was constantly restocked with fresh mineral water, juices, cookies, and coffee capsules for the machine. ​If I ever return to Verona I wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else. • CINZIA (7/5): Ottimo per un paio di notti. - La posizione centrale , la camera accogliente, acqua e succhi, caffè e tisane e snack gratuiti ripristinati ogni giorno con il rifacimento della camera, bagno con doccia grande e finestra, kit bagno con saponi e bagno schiuma, phon non da viaggio a disposizione. Ambiente caldo , balconcino con tavolo e sedie , tendaggi per la privacy. Purtroppo agli angoli della porta finestra e sotto il tavolo attaccato al muro c’era la muffa , molto evidente . Il tavolo aveva macchie di caffè sui bordi Inoltre sul soffitto erano presenti ragnatele, i tappeti presentavano briciole già all’arrivo.

Non ho visto il titolare e nessuno mi ha chiesto documento ma i 3,50€ della tassa di soggiorno si. Mi avranno registrato ?!

Si era formato lo starti di polvere da non riuscire più a capire di che colore fossero le prese elettriche!

• Thalia (6/5): The location was great. I wish it was clean. - Great location. It very close to the arena and the general touristic part of the city. Still it was quiet and safe. Everything is at walking distance and there’s a mini market nearby. The room wasn’t very clean. Clearly it wasn’t mopped. There a few “little” issues here and there (the shower door was faulty for example). Additionally there weren’t any surfaces to leave our stuff. There was a table but oddly it was setup for dinner(?). It had a full set of plates, glasses etc. This is very inconvenient and odd considering the room did not have a kitchen. Obviously there weren’t any sponges or detergents to clean the dishes. This was obviously not an issue but I’m mentioning it as I think it reflects the philosophy of the room. Dysfunctional in order to make it look “pretty” (it was actually kitsch).

Самий центр міста. Я особисто не чула інших мешканців (там квартира на 4 кімнати). Треба лишати туристичний податок готівкою без решти (3.5 євро за ніч з людини). Це було би зручніше зробити онлайн.
