• Nihar (10/5): - Nice hotel, no issues with accomodation. Very limited eating joins around the location though. But thats just the way snowmass is. Be ready to visit Aspen frequently as it has lots of options.

• Michelle (8/5): - This property was very nice. Our room was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and had such a wonderful variety. It was an easy drive to the things we wanted to do. The staff was very knowledgeable on other things to do in the area. We loved the hot tub and the small heated pool. Getting into the parking garage is a little challenging and you need to make sure you rice safely. It’s a bit tight. Do pay attention that it is $45/night to park. The only thing I did not appreciate were the extra fees that I never saw listed being taken out. It wasn’t much, but it still wasn’t anticipated as I didn’t read anything about it. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly, from Parker who drove us from the airport, to Shane and the lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name but she has glasses), and the concierge Tom Rice, everyone was stellar. The room was comfortable. The hot tub was fun. The location was close enough to Aspen and the airport.

The only thing that i didn’t really like was that I did not book my trip during season because everything was closed for the season. And had to drive 20-25 min to find a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. But other than that i definitely recommend this hotel 100%

• STEPHEN (10/5): Limelight is The Real Deal!! - Location is absolutely perfect! Steps from the Gondola, great bars and restaurants all around in easy walking distance. The service is top notch! Brenda the front office manager is a gem, and truly cares about making your stay perfect, as is Robyn at the front desk. Tom the concierge knows what he's talking about. Use him, listen to him, trust him...seriously! The rooms are perfectly laid out for a ski vacation, closet space, breakfast nook and great view as long as you are not on the construction side...yes there is construction across the street on one side...do your best to avoid this side, but dont let it deter you from staying here. We stay at all the best spots in all the best places and this ranks as a new fave! Thanks Limelight for a wonderful stay, and thanks for the wonderful customer service.
• Brent (9/5): Best Location for Skiing in Snowmass - Best location in Snowmass, right next to the Gondola and short walk to the Village Express chair for skiing. The ice rink is right outside the front door and you can walk to multiple restaurants in the base village. Ski rental is also located next door and there is a ski valet inside the hotel. There is no pool, just two large hot tubs with no views. The breakfast buffet is good but could use more variety each morning (same thing every morning other than one or two items)

• Elena (2/5): I hope you will improve.You can do better! - The Limelight hotel has a super nice location! The junior staff were exceptionally nice and helpful unlike managers. I was quite surprised after reading numerous reviews praising the exceptional breakfasts at Limelight Hotel, as my experience was quite the opposite. The offerings felt more like cheap fast food, with a rubbery, unappetizing omelette, dry half-cut donuts, and even grilled cauliflower that seemed out of place. It was far from the delicious and nutritious meal I had anticipated. The hotel walls are paper-thin, allowing every word from the neighboring rooms to filter through, making it difficult to relax or sleep. Additionally, the room service was disappointing. Despite staying for over a week, our bed sheets were only changed upon request. Personal belongings left unattended during room service risked being misplaced or taken. Basic amenities such as toothbrushes, shower caps, sewing kits, and sanitary bags were not readily available in the room. Instead, guests had to repeatedly contact the front desk, even during the early hours, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, the bathroom had significant issues. The shower curtains did a poor job of containing water, leading to frequent spills on the floor, creating a slipping hazard. The shower itself had mold, and the bathroom fan was non-functional. To top it off, the towels provided had holes, which was unexpected given that we paid $15k for the week. While the staff was nice and tried to accommodate us, the management was unhelpful and even attempted to remove us from our room when we raised concerns. Overall, I found the service to be unsatisfactory, falling short of the standards one would expect for the cost. I sincerely hope improvements are made, but for now, I’ll be considering other hotels in the area.
