• VASILIKI (10/5): Πολύ ευχάριστη εμπειρία!! - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο! Η φιλοξενία ήταν καταπληκτική όπως και η εξυπηρέτηση. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εξοπλισμένο με τα απαραίτητα, είχε πολύ καλό πιστολάκι και εμείς που ζητήσαμε και σίδερο κατευθείαν μας το πρόσφεραν. Γενικά πολύ καλή εμπειρία. Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι εμείς μείναμε στο δωμάτιο 106 και είχε φασαρία από τα αμάξια, καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρόμο.

• Papazoglou (8/5): - Φτάνοντας στο κατάλυμα επικοινωνησα με την οικοδεσποτρια και μου ειπε να μιλησω με το προσωπικο του απεναντι μπαρ. Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ ευγαινικο και η κοπελα που μας πηγε στο δωματιο ηταν καλη. Το δωματιο ηταν καθαρο, ευρυχωρο και ειχε χωρο να τοποθετησεις ανετα τις αποσκευες σου. Το κρεβατι πολυ αναπαυτικο . Καθημερινα στο hall ηταν μια πολυ ευγαινικη κυρια που μας ρωτουσε αν θελουμενα μας καθαρισει το δωματιο , και το εκανε αν επιθυμουσες. Το νερο ηταν ζεστο παντα και τα σχολια που ελεγαν οτι το ζεστο νερο δεν ερχεται δεν ισχυουν με τιποτα. Η τοποθεσια του θελει αρκετο περπατημα για να φτασεις στα κεντρικα μνημεια καθως το κολοσσαιο το οποιο βρισκεται 22-25 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το δωματιο, δεν ειναι και αρκετα κοντα με τα υπολοιπα μνημεια της πολης , ωστοσο η συγκεκριμενη περιοχη ειναι πολυ ομορφη αν σου αρεσει ενα πιο χαλαρο μερος στο κεντρο , καθως επισης μπορεις να χρησιμοποιησεις και το μετρο στην σταση του san giovanni οπου βρισκεται περιπου 13 λεπτα με τα ποδια απο το δωματιο. Ηταν γενικοτερα μια πολυ ευχαριστη εμπειρια ενος αναπαυτικου και ησυχου δωματιου σε μια πολυ ωραια περιοχη της Ρωμης μακρια απο το χαος που επικρατει στις γυρω γειτονιες. Το δωματιο που ειχα κλεισει αν και ελεγε πως υπαρχει μπαλκονι με θεα , η θεα δυστυχως ηταν στον ακαλυπτο . Επισης το δωματιο δεν ειχε καποιο ψυγειο ετσι ωστε να κρατησεις κατι κρυο αν θελεις . Ειναι λιγακι μακρια απο το κεντρο αλλα αν εχεις διαθεση για περπατημα ειναι οκ και η τοποθεσια αξιζει τον κοπο.

• Ashlee (9/5): Cozy, quite, simple, but perfect! - It was extremely quite. And a great place to relax away from the main crowds in Rome. My only complaints was staff at Danny’s Bar, where you pick up the keys, were a tad rude to us. One gentleman in particular told my husband to “stop speaking Italian because it was terrible”, sure we’re not the greatest speakers but we’ve lived in Italy a little over a year now so I wouldn’t say we’re terrible. Other than that the water warming up took us about 20 minutes because I just had the sprayer on and not the over head part. So some clarity there would be helpful to future guests.

• Sina (1/5): Keine Empfehlung. - Sehr enttäuschend – unhygienische Zustände und respektloser Umgang mit Beschwerden Wir haben in diesem Hotel übernachtet und waren extrem unzufrieden mit dem Zustand des Zimmers. Leider entsprach nichts den grundlegenden Sauberkeits- und Hygienestandards, die man selbst von einer günstigen Unterkunft erwarten darf. Unsere Erfahrungen im Detail: • Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und machte einen ungepflegten, feuchten Eindruck. • In der Dusche war deutlich sichtbarer Schimmel, und der gesamte Raum roch stark modrig und muffig. • Die Luftqualität war schlecht, wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sich Schimmelsporen in der Luft befanden – das war gesundheitlich bedenklich. • Das Wasser war nicht warm, sodass Duschen kaum möglich war. • Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen feucht und fühlten sich klamm an. Wir haben das Hotel sofort kontaktiert und eine sachliche Beschwerde mit der Bitte um eine Lösung (neues Zimmer oder Rückerstattung) geschickt. Die Antwort des Hotels war jedoch enttäuschend und unprofessionell: Statt sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten zu entschuldigen oder die Probleme ernst zu nehmen, wurde uns sinngemäß mitgeteilt, dass „andere Gäste ja auch zufrieden seien“ und dass es „wohl an unserer Stimmung oder Erwartung“ liegen müsse. Ein solches Verhalten ist respektlos gegenüber zahlenden Gästen und zeigt leider, dass Kritik nicht ernst genommen wird. Wir können dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen – weder in Bezug auf Sauberkeit noch auf Kundenservice. Wer Wert auf Hygiene, gesunde Luft und respektvollen Umgang legt, sollte eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

• Nicola (10/5): Amazing room - Very comfortable, with an extremely cozy bed and quiet rooms. The room was spotless and well organized. Excellent bathroom. The check-out time is too early considering that check-in is at 3 PM. But nothing else to mention, it was an excellent stay.

• Tyson (4/5): Don’t be fooled by the modern look. Everything’s broken & dark. - Large Modern room. Multiple things. Firstly starting with the rude check in host online when trying to check in saying it’s not going smoothly because I hadn’t done the check in online the day prior (Nowhere on the text does it say it needs to be completed to day prior to arrival) The shower looked so nice. Until you turned it on - the sky shower was full broken and the hose one would just fall off the wall. Everything screamed cheap and poorly put together. The lighting / lights in the room didn’t work well or would randomly flicker really bright and turn off. It was way too dark in the room. The curtains were broken so you could not There was no check in - had to go to a bar across the street to “check in” which was a restaurant were you had to pay 5 euros cash per bag - The people at Danny’s bar were lovely tho.

• Nancy (10/5): A great place to stay within a short walk from bus routes right to the colloseum - The staff were so lovely at Danny’s and check in and out was smooth. The aircon worked wonderfully The water tended to leak out of the shower ever so slightly

On the not-so-positive side, the hot water took quite a while to start running, and communication with the hotel staff was somewhat difficult. It’s about an 8-minute walk to the metro – perhaps a slightly shorter distance would have been better.

• Maksims (7/5): Ok but pictures don't show true quality - Good bed, nice interior, balcony A little rude staff, small kitchen at the entrance but no kettle, no plates, air conditioning doesn't work as it should, too soft pillows, city tax can ONLY be paid in cash even tho on booking it says also possible with card, bad view, dirty balcony and stains on the walls, etc.

• Kam (7/5): Nice location, comfy stay. Check was confusing. - The location and area were very good. Walking distance to the metro and shops. Area felt safe and local restaurants were pleasent. Check in was a bit confussing. No reception. This is multiple dwelling with shared kitchen. THe daily management was completed by a local bar.
• Ben (8/5): Very good - The rooms are beautifully decorated in an industrial style creating a modern and stylish atmosphere. The common areas are well-maintained and provide ample opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment. Getting hot water was quite challenging, as you need to leave the water running for an extended period before it reaches the desired temperature.
• Vanesa (8/5): Location is good - The location was just a 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum. It was easily accessible to train station, 12 minutes walk, and to buses, 5-7 minutes walk. The room was slightly small but it was expected as we saw from the pictures. The amenities were good. The area was quiet. We had no communication from anyone and upon arrival we were ringing the bell( its on an apartment building) and noone was answering. We did call the number advertised on the booking confirmation and noone answered the phone either. We did reach someone after some attempts who told us to go check in at the bar opposite. The room did not have an iron.

• Filipe (7/5): Terrible hosts, great facilities - Modern facilities - Peaceful location - Apartment/Room had good sound isolation Appart from bus, a bit far away form most public transport that go to the center - Stained sheets when we first go there, but we asked for those to be replaced and they were, after a couple of hours - Non-communitative host, it was hard to get a clear response from them and they sometimes didn't replied to booking messages so we had to call them - Check in/check out is a bit of a mess since they don't have anyone to do a proper recepetion (that seems to be handled by the owner of another establishment) - Issues with the city tax, booking mentioned a value but when we got there, on the behalf of the host, the guy who gave us the keys to the room was asking for more then 4 times - We stayed for 5 nights and no one came to clean or change the towels
• Maria (7/5): Good - Location: convenient, close to bus stop 20-30 minutes from the central station, depending on the time of the day. Room: nice and clean Breakfast: poor, only 1 coffee & croissant Shower: we had to wait quite long for hot water. We ended up leaving the water running for 10 minutes until we get hot water. The air in the room was kind of heavy, we left the windows open all day long.
