• Régine (8/5): Bien pour visiter Gênes. - L’établissement est situé sur le port juste en face de l’aquarium, tout proche du centre historique. Le bas de la ville n’est cependant pas le quartier le plus accueillant. La guest house est situé au 9eme étage avec ascenseur. La chambre est grande et la literie confortable. La salle de bains est immense. Parking à 50n au tarif de 25 euros la journée. Peu de contact avec la tenancière. Pas de petit-déjeuner possible.

• Federica (10/5): Non potevamo trovare di meglio, grazie Simona! - Io ed il mio ragazzo ci siamo innamorati di questa struttura, camera pulitissima e ampia, zona centrale a 3 min dall'acquario ed a 7 min dal centro storico. Permettendoti di poter vedere la splendida città che è Genova. Ma il punto forte della struttura è proprio l'host Simona, gentilissima che ci ha aspettato in tarda serata e aiutati a trovare con facilità la struttura indicandoci che proprio sotto nella piazza c'è il punto taxi che ad un prezzo conveniente ti permette di arrivare dall'aereoporto in comodità. Ringraziamo ancora Simona per la sua disponibilità e simpatia, per averci indicato tutti i posti più importanti da visitare e i locali dove poter mangiare vero cibo autentico genovese. Dovrebbero essere tutti come lei! Ritorneremo presto assolutamente e riallogeremo sicuramente qui!! SUPER CONSIGLIATO! Tutto perfetto!

Parecía apenas estructurado muy bien cuidado y limpio. Y lo que se destacó fue la atención de Simona la propietaria que fue excelente .

• Cecilia (9/5): Consigliato - La proprietaria è stata gentilissima, ci ha accolto prima dell'orario e ci ha lasciato una mappa della città segnalando vari posti. La camera è molto grande, il letto è abbastanza comodo. L'appartamento è proprio di fronte all'acquario di Genova, comodo per arrivare ovunque.

• remo (7/5): Endroit très bien, gâché par une mauvaise climatisation - L'emplacement parfait. La propreté, la qualité du lit, le grand calme. La climatisation n'est pas du tout adaptée, ne refroidit pas la chambre. La climatisation d'appoint est insuffisante et également très bruyante. C'est un problème important qui empêche de passer une nuit correcte. Ça gâche le séjour.
