As a guest, I expect the property to manage its room and bed availability properly. Overbooking should not result in confirmed reservations being cancelled at the last minute. The handling of this situation was disappointing, and I did not receive timely support or a clear solution when I needed it most. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

Lauri (7/5): - Mooie kamer We konden niet meteen terecht om 17 u bij inchecken o dat ze nog bezig waren met de schoonmaak. Wel drankjes van het huis gekregen ter compensatie. Het enige wat echt een groot minpunt was, was de geur van riool in de badkamer. Dat was heel overheersend. Voor de prijs die je betaald vind ik eigenlijk dat je deze kamer zo niet kan aanbieden met deze geur.

Alexandra (8/5): Schöne, zentrale Location mit kleinen Abstrichen - Zentrale Lage, super freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen, Frühstück sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet Abends/ Nachts war es leider sehr laut, obwohl in der Beschreibung ganz klar gesagt wird, dass ab 22 Uhr Nachtruhe herrscht hatten wir an beiden Nächten Menschen direkt vor der Türe sitzen die lauthals lachten oder sich lautstark unterhielten. Schade! Im Zimmer wenig Aufhängungsmöglichkeiten, alles recht klein und eng für vier Personen und für unseren Geschmack zu teuer für ein Hostel.

Andrea (9/5): - Obsluha byla úžasná, vše nám ukázali. Hostel nabízí kavárnu, společnou místnost s hrami a kuchyňku. Každý pokoj má vlastní sprchy a záchody. Celý prostor je moc krásný, čistý a přátelský. Oceňuji vlastní grafický design a kreativní nápady, které za tím vším stojí. I když jde o dražší hostel, ubytování se nám moc líbilo. K dokonalosti chyběly už jen záclony u postelí, aby bylo zajištěno soukromí během spánku.

Aude (10/5): Je reviendrai avec plaisir pour l’atmosphère vraiment sympa et le rapport qualité/prix - Les espaces communs et les chambres sont vraiment très sympas, décorés avec goût. Les lits sont confortables et les hôtes respectent les horaires de calme dans l’établissement. L’ensemble du personnel est vraiment serviable et amical. Vraiment bonne ambiance : sympa et respectueux. Rien.
S (8/5): - Lekker in het centrum. Gezellige sfeer. Lekkere louncheruimtes. Alle correspondentie in het Engels. In de keuken was geen kookgelegenheid. Die bleek er later toch te zijn, maar wordt geregeld 'opgeruimd'. Dus als je zelf wil koken; dat kan. Koelkast is er en ook een deel kast. Maar de kookplaat, daar moet je even naar vragen bij de bar/receptie. We hadden geen last in de kamer en daarmee geen ruimte om je spullen te organiseren.

Sheira (9/5): Me ha encantado! - La ubicación estaba bastante bien (como a 17 minutos de la estación caminando). La cama era súper cómoda y el personal muy amable y simpático! Eché en falta un cartel grande en la puerta con normas básicas de convivencia o que las coloquen en las camas al hacer el check-in. Hubo gente secándose el pelo a las 12 de la noche, abriendo puertas sin cerrarlas, abriendo cortinas por la mañana o encendiendo luces cuando había personas durmiendo, e incluso orinando con la puerta abierta… Creo que estaría bien dar algunas pautas de convivencia al llegar, ya que no todo el mundo parece tener el sentido común necesario. Más que una crítica al alojamiento, es una petición para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.

It is a hostel, not an hotel. There lies the good and the bad, depending on who you are. We two agers loved it. Guests were of all ages, not just young. It was fun and pleasurable. Depends on who you are and your expectations.

PATRICIA (10/5): Perfect stay and really good experience - Very cozy, clean, quiet, good location. It was great we could order something to eat until late in the reception/cafe/restaurant area. Available kitchen with fridge and places to storage and prepare our own food. Majority of staff was really nice and helpful (except a girl and a boy not very friendly)

Qiao (9/5): 非常好的入住体验 - 荷兰郁金香季订不到其他民宿，无奈订了这个青旅，没想到出乎意料地好👍当天是Kaj 接待的，他帮我换到了女生更多的房间。耐心地为我介绍并更换了床位。房间很干净，两个浴室两个卫生间，当天14人间只住了六个人，不打挤，楼下公区可以喝水聊天💬唯一不好的地方就是对面的晚上一直放屁💨，很大声，被他的屁蹦醒了几次。他不仅很大声地放屁，还要掀开被子放，好让大家都听到他的屁😅 如果床位能装上帘子就好了！

Ehsan (2/5): Terrible - Someone gained unauthorized access to my booking information and contacted me via WhatsApp, attempting to scam me by requesting confirmation and payment of a booking fee. They appeared to have detailed knowledge of my reservation, which is highly concerning. I have never experienced anything like this before. In addition, much of the information provided was inaccurate or misleading. Overall, I would not recommend this at all.

Franco (10/5): - Tudo muito bom, boa localização um pouco longe do centro mas é perto do metrô que chega rápido lá , bairro mais calmo e tranquilo. Vale a pena conhecer. Bem frequentado e bons funcionários. Só um detalhe que não tem cortina nos beliches e não tem cadeado você precisa levar

Marlies (9/5): Gute Übernachtungswahl mit der Familie, um Haarlem zu besuchen - Kleines, schönes Zimmer mitten im Zentrum, mit einem komfortablen Bett. Das Zimmer selbst ist nicht groß, aber man kann den zentralen Aufenthaltsraum bzw. die Kaffeebar mitbenutzen Ich selbst fand es nicht schlimm, aber manche Menschen müssen sich vielleicht erst daran gewöhnen, dass das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss zur Straße hin liegt und Leute direkt an der Tür vorbeigehen. Das gehört jedoch zur typischen Erfahrung einer niederländischen Innenstadt

joanne (8/5): Hele prettige locatie - De locatie is erg prettig in de binnenstad. Het was een zeer prettig verblijf, schoon, goed verzorgd, maar het matras was erg ingezakt, waardoor het slapen minder comfortabel was.

Fia (8/5): - De sfeer Geknibbel op de centen: hoge toeristen belasting ( kunnen ze niks aan doen, maar wordt niet vermeld bij de prijs), een snippertjes van een stroopwafel bij de thee, mager ontbijt
Marloes (10/5): We komen zeker terug! - Teyler room geboekt, fantastisch! De ontvangst was hartelijk en zeer persoonlijk. Ambiance was heerlijk. Je moet rekening houden met dat het gehorig is. Je zit in een oud pand aan de straatkant maar ook geluiden van de verdieping boven je appartement van de herberg hoor je dus een tip: oordopjes mee.
