• Grażyna Kołt (8/5): - We stayed at Yumoto Station Hotel MIRAHAKONE for one night during our trip to Hakone. The room was nice, clean, and overall very comfortable, although definitely quite small — but that’s pretty normal in Japan 😊 The location is very convenient, especially because it’s close to the train station, which made traveling around Hakone easy. The only downside for us was a slight humidity/musty smell in the room. Thankfully, we could open the window, so it wasn’t a huge issue for a short stay. One thing worth knowing: if you arrive late, it may be difficult to find food nearby. We arrived around 8 PM and almost all restaurants were already closed, which was a bit disappointing after a long day of traveling. Overall, still a pleasant stay for a short visit to Hakone 🇯🇵

• Camila da Silva (8/5): Agradável e conveniente - Muito próximo da estação. O quarto no terceiro andar não era grande, mas a cama ocupava bastante espaço do quarto, o que era bom. Ale disso a privada é be tecnológica e os produtos de higiene também. Além disso, no 3F tem máquina de café, chaleira, geladeira e microondas.

Las chicas que se encargaron de la limpieza muy amables nos colocaron la maleta dentro de la habitación al terminar de limpiarla. La cama no era la más cómoda del mundo, pero no estuvo mal tampoco, por el precio muy bien.

El espacio nos pareció muy adecuado porque solo hicimos uso de la habitación dos personas: para más habría resultado algo incómodo. La limpieza bajo los colchones deja mucho que desear. Había pelos, pelusas, polvo...

• Adam (8/5): Worked great for a one nighter. - Great location, easy check in and check out. No staff present. Could only store luggage in an unlocked space under the stairs. The rooms are very small but cozy.

• Sarah (8/5): Clean, easy spot to stay the night across from Hakone-Yumoto Station. - This room is directly across from the Hakone-Yumoto train station. Self check-in and out were very easy. The room itself is small, and consists of mattresses on the raised floor. The bathroom was clean and very spacious. It was just fine for our one night in Hakone.

Very small room which we knew but it was crammed even opening a suitcase. The sink was tiny and if you accidentally hit the tap up all the way it sprays on to the floor. There was a bottle of insecticide in the window which I found slightly unsettling.

• Andreas (2/5): - Optisch gelungen und geräumig - für zwei Personen. Das Bad ist eine Wucht. Den Service Raum im obersten Stock fanden wir gut. Es war laut und hat gezogen. Die ganze Nacht waren die Fahrzeuge von der Durchgangsstraße durch den Ort deutlich zu hören. Jedes einzelne. Wir mussten die ganze Nacht mit Ohrenstöpseln schlafen. Die dünnen Fenster haben nichts abgehalten und auch nicht isoliert. Daher war es kalt im Zimmer. Es gab eine Klimaanlage mit Heizung, aber das will man ja auch nicht die ganze Zeit laufen lassen. Macht auch Geräusche. So praktisch die Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist, wir würden nicht nochmal kommen.

• Keembiya Pathiranage Don (10/5): Great stay - Very close to railway station. Good coffee station for en-suite rooms. Can store luggage before check in. Staff was friendly. No elevator facilities.
• Kristina (8/5): Gute Basis für Hakone und Fuji - Günstige Lage am Bahnhof. Wir hatten die Juniorsuite, diese hatte eine gute Größe. Das Badezimmer war toll! Die Fenster wirkten wie geöffnet, dadurch war es sehr laut. Zwar gab es keine Probleme beim Zugang zum Hotel und Check-in, die dafür notwendigen Informationen wurden rechtzeitig übermittelt. Aber gleichzeitig war es etwas verwirrend, weil es in einer Mail hieß, wir würden Material im Zimmer finden und müssten den Check-in dort fertigstellen. Dann aber mussten wir uns für eine Seite registrieren, um ein- und später auch wieder auszuchecken. Wenn wir Fragen gehabt hätten, hätten wir nur eine Telefonnummer wählen können, was als Ausländer recht teuer würde. Ich hatte vorher auch in Bewertungen gelesen , dass man sein Gepäck dort lagern könnte, diese Information dann aber nirgendwo gefunden und konnte-wie gesagt- auch nicht nachfragen. Für eine Nacht war es aber eine gute Unterkunft!

Rooms are tiny - I was staying alone and if I opened my suitcase I couldn’t leave the room! Also for some reason the entire corridor and staircase smelled constantly of dashi broth - which I don’t mind - but if you object to the smell of smoked fish you might.

It was a project to figure out when to open. There is no luggage storage facility, the one provided is literally unmanned.

It was very cold in our room, it seemed that the windows were not holding the heat in. That sid it was also always very loud from outside as the window is facing the street. Not very good option for light sleepers, have your earplugs with you.

• Irina (9/5): Praktische Hotel für ein Paar Übernachtungen - Die Lage ist sehr gut wenn man mit dem Zug und dann weiter mit öffentlichen Verkehr reist. Wir konnten ohne Probleme unsere Koffer abstellen , obwohl kein Personal da war. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man für eine Übernachtung wegen kurzen Besuch von Berg Fuji braucht.
