singh (5/5): Overall, my stay was just okay. The property has a lot of potential, but they need improvement - Location was good it was nearby the railway station and room was spacious The room service was disappointing, but my biggest concern was the complete lack of hotel transportation. They do not have any cabs or taxis available for guests. We had a midnight train to catch and were essentially left to fend for ourselves. Thankfully, a very helpful staff member went out to the local market and arranged an auto-rickshaw for us. However, traveling like this late at night is a major safety concern, especially when traveling with female family members. A 4-star property should absolutely maintain at least one or two dedicated cars for their guests.

Shweta jain (7/5): Falls Short of Expectations! - The property is good with good approach. Rooms are comfortable as well. The hygiene and cleanliness is also upto the mark. The reception staff is good. The breakfast. The breakfast does not befit a 4 star property. It is quite limited. The staff is not in tandem with each other. They enjoy talking to each other a Lott! There lacks a proper supervisor to check the serving staff. There is no good cup of coffee and bakery section is bad. Other food options are also not great.

Shourie (9/5): An amazing hotel in a great city - I stayed at Nataraj Sarovar Portico for one night, with my wife. The location was central and it didn't take us long to find the place. The check in was seamless. The bar had 2+1 option on beer and was availed dutifully. A special mention for the buffet dinner. It was an elaborate spread of gastronomic delight and the taste was pure bliss. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom. The shower in the bathroom could have been better- water flow was at times, just a trickle. A party was going on in the floor above us- the blaring woofers kept us awake. Deducted 1 point in my rating.
Malvika (8/5): It was a comfortable stay except that hotel staff could not arrange transport when needed. - The ambience and cleanliness of the place A cab was required to attend an official function which was not provided on time leading to a lot of travel inconvenience and stress when support was required.

Some of the staff at restaurant are really good and customer centric. The hotel needs serious maintenance all over. The breakfast and lunch/dinner menu needs additional dishes and overall review. The cooking needs to be significantly improved.

Although they have provided all the amenities in the room, they need to work on upkeeping them. For example: In the room I found the Mirror Light and Ceiling light not working, the Exhaust worked periodically, TV Remote held together by tape, the top of the kettle was broken and the door lock was too hard to open

Aditya (10/5): Excellent Property for the price range - Staff Behaviour is very courteous (especially reception executive Shiva was very polite and helpful). Also full marks for Cleanliness. During Breakfast the dishes (Especially Bakery section) weren't marked with the Red and Green symbol symbolising Non Veg & Veg. Proper marking is a must as this property is close to some very significant religious places and many people are visiting as a pilgrim.

That's surprising for a star property. Also during check out I was asked at the reception if I used any of the things sticked in the fridge. However, the fridge in my room 326 was not stocked at all. Quite a big blunder.

Satendra (9/5): Comfortable stay - We stayed in this hotel for a day . It was a lovely experience . The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable . The staff of the restaurant were very friendly and helpful specially Miss Anamika she took care of our dining needs. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful. Overall all I would recommend the hotel to my friends too . There were no lifeguard in the swimming pool and it was not that clean it was not fully operational, and there was less variety in the buffet. The above mentioned things if improvised then it would be more better for the future guests.

Goswami (8/5): Comfortable stay and great food at Sarovar Portico - Jhansi - The staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is awesome. The in house bar is absolutely cool with very helpful staff who help in getting the best value on the choice of snacks and food. On day 1 the rooms allotted to us were not inspected well. There were basic things like the toilet kits towels etc missing and it took them very long to get them done. The soap dispenser needed to be fixed as it was missing from the wall mounting. Simple things like tissue papers are not provided in the room. Daily replenishment of towels is partial even for a double occupancy room, bathroom slippers had to be demanded before they were provided. The staff is very cooperative but I guess their training and checklists for room supplies needs to be upgraded.
Akash (7/5): Decent hotel but one of the rooms allocated to us was not cleaned although we checked in around 4 PM - Decent sized rooms We were allocated two rooms but one of them was not cleaned and we had to wait another 30 mins till around 4:30 PM for the room to be cleaned. Also, one of the washrooms did not have the shower gel and shampoo in the shower area.
