- Eddie (9/5): Nice sized apartment to spend a few days relaxing. - The size of the apartment was very good. I could easily live there. The room service was fast, hot, delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were absolutely some of the nicest staff I have had the pleasure of meeting and spoke good English. Full sized bath in apartment Easy ,hassle free parking Apartment very close to reception (same building) Very quiet place. Gym looked very good - had an elliptical trainer, perfect for me. Lovely pool. Slightly dated apartment. Shower pressure could be a little stronger.

- Waqar (2/5): Over charging in name of Upgrade from smelly room and washroom to same size and facilities room - Upon checkin the rooms (2) were extremely smelly, the bidet spray in both washrooms sprayed 360 degree making me take an unwanted shower and wetting my clothes. Upon informing reception and asking them to change it, the solution provided was to upgrade the room and it would cost 720 baht. The upgraded room were exactly the same, all facilities of room and washroom ever same but I was charged 720 in name of upgrade. The new room washroom sink and bidet(again) sprayed 360 but this time since the room was not smelly the maintenance guy fixed it to the extract that it didn’t sprayed 360 only 180 degree splashes. I have lived here before but this time the people at reception just took money in name of upgrade.

- Abdulraman (9/5): It fulfilled my expectations. Enjoyable stay. Management clearly is on their toes doing the best. - The hotel is spacious and very green. The staff very efficient and helpful, the rooms okay but i think need a interior designer to improve them. Its a quiet hotel in good location. Breakfast gets a B rating, not A. Improve the room interior design. Maybe expand the gym with free weights and smith machine rack section for us heavy lifters.

Staff was helpful I didn't like having to get a different WiFi password wherever I went in the hotel. Going from my room downstairs to the lobby required different password, or going to the restaurant required different password. It's the only place I've ever stayed where I had to go ask for a password to use the WiFi away from my room in the hotel.
