- Antoine (8/5): Mauvais rapport qualité prix - L’esthétisme de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner et la literie. La salle de bain trop petite avec un évier lave main d’aucune utilité, obligé de faire sa toilette dans le salon qui est lui trop grand, les m2 sont mal répartis, le frigo chauffe au lieu de refroidir les aliments, pas de coffre fort dans la chambre et l’amabilité de certains membres du personnel laisse à désirer.

It also offers parking at a rate. The price is rather high for the space provided. The equipment is limited, you can basically only sleep in the rooms (and watch TV). No other shortcomings.

Strijkijzer op kamer. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren bij hotel (reserveren op voorhand + te betalen). Uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt. Op 15 min te voet naar station en van daaruit nog 10 minuten naar centrum. Parkeren tegen betaling.

The room was not the one I booked initially, even if I understood that the hotel was under renovation, I would have preferred the initial one. So, I was given room 0 which is located on the entrance and could hear all the noise from the reception lobby.

- Stephan (1/5): Eine absolute Katastrophe - leider waren wir abends zu spät, um noch etwas anderes zu buchen. - Das Hotel wurde renoviert und unser Zimmer lag in einer Baustelle im Nebenhaus des Hauptgebäudes. Es war im Vorfeld kommuniziert worden, dass es im März Renovierungen gibt, wir waren allerdings im April dort. Weder im Vorfeld, noch beim Check-In am Abend hat man uns darauf hingewiesen, dass die Bauarbeiten offenbar nicht fertig waren. Es handelte sich um eine Sanierung - unter anderem (fast) ohne Licht im Flur, offenen Kabelsträngen und Leitungen überall im Flur, jeder Menge Staub (aus der Sanierung) im Hotelzimmer. Absolut unvermietbar in diesem Zustand! Meine Beschwerde bei der Rezeption und dem Management ist seit einem Monat nicht beantwortet worden. Absolutes no go Verhalten!

- Vanessa (8/5): - Mitarbeiter sind super nett, die Location wirklich sehr schön - vor allem mit dem Innenhof und den schönen Fenstern. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer und es gab keine Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen. Es gab eine Klima im Zimmer, ist aber nachts nicht angenehm.

- BP_CH (7/5): Fine, but not worth the price - Spacious room, comfortable bed, friendly staff The location is further from town than expected, not much of interest in the area for visitors.The layout of the room is a bit strange, lots of open space that is not useable, very small bathroom. Large windows with direct sunlight meant it was very hot in the room, even though it was not especially warm weather. Positioning of the TV made it difficult to watch (not visible from the beds, a very small sofa in front of it). Rates are high.

- Janet (5/5): Just ok. - Our room looked nothing like the pictures on booking.com. The hotel was under costruction so that didn't help. We opened the window to get some air in the room and very loud outside with people and loud cars at times. I know the hotel can't help that. It was very average for what we paid and not in a great area either. The room set-up was awkward, a tiny, tiny sink in the room with the shower and a larger sink in the living room area. The mini fridge didn't work, we tried to turn it on.

- Tars (6/5): Omdat de stad op loopafstand was, was het prima, verder niet aan te raden. - De locatie was top, buiten de kamers zelf ziet het er verder netjes uit, de kamers worden netjes schoon gemaakt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk Je kunt niet om het bed heen lopen, hierdoor moet je over de ander heen kruipen als je savonds naar het toilet moet. De airco stonk en de doucheafzuiging was defect. De airco zou gerepareerd worden maar niets meer van vernomen. Geen ruimte tussen buitenraam en parkeerplaats zorgde voor 0 privacy, ik vond het persoonlijk prijzig voor wat je krijgt. Dag 2 konden we de auto niet kwijt omdat de parkeerplaats volgeboekt zou zijn, maar wanneer we er savonds en de volgende ochtend langs liepen was er meer dan genoeg plek.

- ftanti (10/5): Good location, nice breakfast - I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options to start the day right. One of the best things about the location is how close it is to Utrecht Central Station—it’s just a short and very enjoyable walk along a pedestrian-friendly road, which made getting around super easy. The area itself is nice and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay that I’d definitely recommend!

- Chen Hsin (10/5): Nice place for friends and family! - The brand design and renovation as a campus with courtyard is beautiful. We enjoyed the stay and a simple walk around the clam neighborhood. We had a small trip to Utrecht, maybe with bigger luggage would be difficult to arrive by foot
