• Julia (8/5): - Die Lage ist super. Wir hatten das Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Alles war vorhanden und das Bett war bequem. Es war wirklich sehr warm und stickig im Zimmer, obwohl es tagsüber ca 20 Grad hatte. Im Sommer würde ich es auf keinen Fall empfehlen. Man sollte beachten, dass das Deluxe Zimmer im 3. Stock ohne Aufzug liegt und die Treppen wirklich sehr eng sind.

• Melissa (9/5): Great room in borough - Great location for London Bridge and Borough market. Well decorated, comfy bed and pillows and felt clean. As people mentioned it is very noisy with the thin walls so bring ear plugs and it was rather warm in the room even though the radiator wasn't on.

• Charity (8/5): Excellent location, helpful staff. A good economic option for short stay close to Borough market. - Very convenient and extremely helpful team who were communicative and present. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Essentially everything I needed for this short stay. My room had not been thoroughly cleaned, so the bin was still full and smelled a bit musty and a smoke so I had to open the window overall it was a comfortable stay

Abbiamo viaggiato con una bambina di 4 anni ed è stato tutto perfetto: letto matrimoniale ampio, letto singolo per lei, molti cuscini e diverse lampade a disposizione. Eravamo al secondo piano, scale assolutamente fattibili anche per lei. Camera spaziosa, finestre con oscuranti, riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante, bagno con doccia grande, fornito di tutti i prodotti necessari, biancheria ottima e in abbondanza, phon. Check in e check out self, entrata in camera direttamente col telefono che apre la porta. Rapporto qualità prezzo unico. Wi-Fi ben funzionante. Mi è piaciuto tutto, e’ stato il soggiorno perfetto per la nostra settimana londinese perché le nostre priorità erano dormire bene ed essere comodi ai trasporti e alla cena serale. Alcuni aspetti però possono essere migliorati per avere un soggiorno ancora più performante, come l’insonorizzazione (i rumori che si sentivano erano attutiti e non disturbanti), mettere a disposizione una sedia in più o la moquette che nel corridoio potrebbe essere sostituita. Piccolezze.

• Kate (9/5): Great value for money - Great value for money, good location, cosy, has pretty much everything you need, shower is excellent! Would return No soundproofing at all - you hear things from the building as if they’re happening right there in your room. Bed is a bit lumpy at some places and the pillows are hard, but I think it’s a UK thing. We do appreciate that we got 2 pillows each! And we still managed to sleep well regardless.

• Sally (8/5): Good value for money in a central location and staff helpful. - Very comfortable, clean, modern room in a good location, short walk from London Bridge station and next door to Borough tube station. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Overall very good value for money. My only complaint was that the TV wouldn't work as it wasn't connected to the internet. After nearly an hour of the night manager trying to fix it, he said they had changed the broadband set up the day before and maintenance hadn't checked that the tv was connected and working so nothing could be done. Very aggravating! He did say the issue would be passed to his supervisor who would contact me with a possible discount but no one followed up. Other than that visitors should be aware that there is no lift. It wasn't a problem for me but it might be for some.

• Mrs Paula (1/5): Appalling for the money i paid for and would definitely not be recommending or going back. - Nothing?? The cleanliness of the building, the room and the dark dirty patch painting on the walls and in the hallways making an uncomfortable atmosphere in the building. The carpet in the room was full of stains and definitely not fit to walk on bare footed. The bus stop outside the window was was in touching reach and I could have spoken to the passengers on the bus upstairs quite easily and the invasion for privacy was horrible unless we shut the curtains making the room darker than it was already. The room was not big enough for two single beds which we had and the size of the room was like a broom cupboard without even a chair to put a suitcase on? I said to my son this is horrible and I'm not staying here, we then went onto Booking.com and found a guest house 15 minutes away being clean, comfortable, pleasant and the staff made us feel settled and respectful as paying customers.

The room are nothing like what is shown on the website. the pictures on the website are from a completely different establishment.

• Mike (5/5): - The thing to bear in mind with this hotel is that it is incredibly basic. And that's perfectly fine - nothing wrong with that, because it's reflected in the price. It's clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable night's stay. Don't expect a concierge, or a fitness center, or indeed anything other than a clean room, a shower, and a warm bed. No real critiques

Teníamos 4 días y en ningún día cambiaron las sábanas o pusieron toallas nuevas, así como también papel higiénico. Pese a que pusimos el cartel para limpieza, no hubo tal.

Wat weinig bewegingsruimte in de kamer, af en toe herrie van de afzuiging(?), kitnaad voor de douche staat open waardoor er vuil in ophoopt, versleten vloerbedekking.

• Chloé (8/5): Would definitely come back! - The service was great, the reception was available through WhatsApp and they responded quickly whenever we had questions. The room was very neat, lovely bed and pillows. Nice and clean bathroom with hairdryer and shampoo and soap. Location was great, next to the Underground. We could even use the luggage storage after checking out. Definitely recommend this for friends. Thin walls so you could sometimes hear other guests, but other than that everything was great

• Laura (7/5): Good location. Nice and comfortable room. - Good location. The room was very warm and the bed was super comfortable. I had some issue with the check-in as the link that I was sent with the codes to get to the hotel and room did not work. I could speak to the staff straightway and they were very helpful, but I still had to wait for more than 10 minutes before being able to get the codes again.
