Alena (1/5): Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, ist das Geld keinesfalls wert. - Die Aussicht war schön. Wir wissen gar nicht wo beginnen… Bei unserer Ankunft (am Abend 19:00) war die Unterkunft nicht gereinigt und bezugsbereit, weshalb wir 1.5 Stunden warten mussten. Am nächsten Tag stellten wir fest, dass von dem Gasherd mit vier Platten nur eine funktioniert. Die Spülmaschine war ebenfalls defekt. Der Dampfabzug funktioniert wahrscheinlich schon länger nicht…. Wir meldeten die Mängel mehrmals. Erst nach persönlichem Auftauchen bei der Agentur wurde wenigstens der Gasherd halbwegs repariert und funktionsfähig gemacht. Um die Spülmaschine wurde sich gar nicht gekümmert. Bei Benutzung beider Klimaanlagen fällt der Strom aus. Der Geruch im Badezimmer ist schrecklich. Am vorletzten Tag fiel die Wasserpumpe aus. Wir waren gänzlich ohne Wasser: kein Duschen, keine Toilettenbenutzung, kein Abwaschen war möglich. Die Agentur vertröstete uns und sagte, sie würden sich so schnell wie möglich darum kümmern. Aufgetaucht ist niemand und gemeldet hat sich ebenfalls keiner. Die Whatsapp-Nachrichten an die Agentur wurden nie beantwortet und einfach ignoriert.
