Service quality & facilities poor. TV did not work at all. No wifi for more than 24 hrs. Bed linen torn, bathroom hand shower broken. Room curtains dirty & had stains. No electric kettle & hair dryer provided. Room service only available from 2-6 pm (odd hours). Soap dispenser near wash basin empty. Staff response poor.

- Dina0601 (2/5): Disappointing Stay – Far Below Expectations - I recently stayed at Resort V for two nights, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The conditions and services were far below what one would expect from a property listed on Booking.com.. Here are just a few of the issues we encountered: ❌ No WiFi in the room, despite it being advertised. 🔊 Excessive noise from neighboring rooms and upstairs guests continued until 5 a.m., making restful sleep impossible. 🚪 Tiny room with what could barely be called a closet. 🧺 Dirty items piled outside our room, creating an unpleasant and unsanitary environment. ⚡ Electrical sockets were non-functional, and we even experienced mild electric shocks. 🚽 Washroom and toilet had a strong, unpleasant odor throughout our stay. 🔐 Room safe didn’t work, and the door didn’t lock properly—raising serious safety concerns. 🏊 Pool area was dirty and clearly unmaintained. Given the number of issues, I strongly feel that Resort V does not meet the standards expected of a reputable accommodation. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a comfortable or safe stay. It’s unfortunate that such subpar conditions are being offered at premium prices.

- Ye (10/5): Best Hotel - After booking this hotel, I saw a lot of bad reviews about it being dirty, rude, dirty bed sheets, and many more. So I was worried about my booking that I would have to face the comments of other guests when I arrived. But it was completely wrong. The lady and the guy at the front desk were polite and clean. The pool (I saw this guy cleaning the pool floor every morning) The room had a great AC, the fridge and the shower were great. This hotel is 3 stars as shown on google map. 1 room for 5 person for 1 room book. When we arrived, one of the maids saw blood stains and went to the front desk to tell them and they gave us 4 new ones. The bathroom was big enough for 1 person to sleep in the bathroom and it was only a 1 minute walk to a 7/11 store. So everything was perfect for my first time in BKK and staying there. Also, I got my deposit back of 1000 baht. Also, please be warned, don't expect a 5-star experience in a 3-star hotel.

Rooms are clean to some average standard,but walls have stain marks,so there are marks on bedding sheets, bathroom are basics. I had to different rooms and both beds were not comfortable at all. Very hard bed. Didn't use pool but looks bit dated. 5 out of 10 is right rating. One good thing was that property let me store my rucksack for 4 days for free while I was going to Chiang Mai and then returning to accommodation for 1 more night..

- thomasww2025 (2/5): Don't book, you will regret it! - The room was very smelly. Walking into the bathroom, it made my final decision. I will not stay here. The grounds are also not well kept. I do not recommend to book this hotel and stay here. 7-11 just across the road and 10 minutes walk to MRT. Few local restaurants around.

- Kassandra (4/5): Disappointing - It’s affordable. The springs on the mattresses are already peeking out and are dangerous to guests. There were stains on the beddings when we arrived. They should also consider repainting the rooms. It’s like there’s no maintenance. The room is not soundproof since we can hear the other guests

- Ej (10/5): I enjoyed our stay and will definitely back. - Request are being addressed as soon as possible. Need to improve their bathrooms, it would be advisable to choose better floor tiles to prevent any potential accidents.
- Lee (1/5): Avoid - Nothing we stayed 1 night and left They had the cheek to ask for a deposit and for it to be clean when we left with no breakages the place was a mess holes in the wall shower didn’t work and the bed bugs omg even the tv didn’t work never again beds didn’t even look like they had been washed from the people before we couldn’t leave our kids there another night

- Luke (10/5): comfortable, cool place - Friendly staff, old motel feel, great pool for swimming a few laps, not far from MRT, 711 right across the road, comfortable it's quiet in most ways but you can hear other guests (thin walls) and you can hear motorbikes occasionally ... it didn't bother me but fyi in case some are sensitive

- Emanuele (4/5): Disappointing - Staff is very nice and kind, the place could be very nice if they would, but... Sheets were dirty, there was traces of sperm!!! on the bed wall and everywhere was dirty, everywhere! Sockets were just partially working and in all of them I had hard times charging the phone. There was not even soap to wash hands in the toilet. It was disgusting just to sit in that room.
