Michael (1/5): COCKROACHES - Nothing COCKROACHES! Do not stay here! Do not waste your money! This apartment is a scam from start to finish I had nothing but problems with them. Tiles falling off the shower and cockroaches in the bathroom!!! I couldn’t check in because they demanded a 200€ deposit and it was on their side it wasn’t working so they wouldn’t allow me access even though I had already paid the 335€ fee for the night! Charged me an extra 30€ for a cot for our baby, I have never know there to be a fee for a cot! Got to the apartment around 8pm, put our things away and the baby went to sleep at around 10pm my wife went to the toilet only to find cockroaches in there! Messaged the property they said we could abandon the apartment and get a refund, with our baby asleep at past 10pm this wasn’t an option for us and to try find another hotel/apartment that late with a baby just wasn’t going to happen! They said they would reimburse us if we stayed! Left early the next day it has been over 10 days since we stayed and no refund because we didn’t leave that night apparently! They are claiming we just want a free nights stay which shows the incompetency of this business! Please don’t stay here and waste your money there are so many better and nicer places to stay in Barcelona. Where we usually stay were fully booked so we thought we’d try somewhere new, never again! I hope this review helps other families stay clear of this sorry excuse of an apartment!

Galit (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect, the apartment is comfortable and nice. Good response time from team. Full body mirror is missing. The apartment is clean, however some parts needs painting and therefore looks as not clean. Beside I enjoyed the stay there.
