La décoration, la literie, la très grande propreté, le grand respect des propriétaires pour nous et leur gentillesse, le petit-déjeuner fait maison, les petites attentions ( des petits chocolats offerts, une présentation des centres d’intérêts sur une télévision), le calme du lieu. Bref, tout est fait pour le client et tout est réfléchi avec beaucoup de soin pour que le client se sente bien. Rien, tout est parfait

L'unica cosa che mi è dispiaciuto e non aver potuto assaggiare lo yogurt preparato da loro, ma per una mia intolleranza, mi è dispiaciuto molto non avere dietro con me le pastiglie, ma sarà per una prossima volta!!!!! - Giuseppe (10/5): Quando un luogo diventa poesia - Esistono luoghi che si attraversano e altri che invece ti attraversano, lasciando un'impronta delicata ma indelebile nell'anima. Villa Malvasio appartiene a questa seconda, rara categoria. Qui il tempo sembra rallentare il suo passo frenetico, sussurrando tra le fronde del giardino e danzando sulla superficie azzurra della piscina. La camera, un nido di comfort dove ogni elemento dialoga in armonia, ci ha accolto con la sua quiete rigenerante. La vasca idromassaggio è stata un rifugio di puro benessere, un momento sospeso tra il sogno e la realtà. E poi le mattine: risvegliarsi sapendo che ci attendeva una colazione che era molto più di un pasto, ma un rito di cura e attenzione, con sapori autentici che raccontavano la terra e la passione di chi li prepara. Roberto e Antonella hanno incarnato l'equilibrio perfetto tra discrezione e presenza: tempestivi nel rispondere a ogni richiesta, prodighi di suggerimenti preziosi, ma sempre rispettosi dei nostri spazi e dei nostri silenzi. Ogni pietra, ogni angolo di questa dimora racconta una storia di bellezza curata con amore, di dettagli che non sono ornamenti ma carezze silenziose per chi sa accoglierle. Ma è nell'accoglienza che Villa Malvasio rivela la sua vera essenza: non semplice ospitalità, ma dono generoso di umanità. Ci siamo sentiti avvolti da una grazia discreta, da quella gentilezza antica che non si impara sui manuali ma che nasce dal cuore. Partire da Villa Malvasio non è un congedo, ma un arrivederci scritto nel cuore. Abbiamo capito che non stavamo lasciando un luogo, ma persone che erano entrate nelle nostre vite in punta di piedi, con la grazia di chi sa rendere ogni addio una promessa di ritorno. - Roghi (10/5): - Très belle emplacement, pas loin de la ville, Très calme et très reposant. Nous y avons passé qu'une nuit mais on serait bien rester plus pour visiter un peu plus sassari . Les hôtes sont très accueillants et de très bons conseils, des qu'on demandait un renseignement, on avait toutes les réponses. La cuisine ainsi que la chambre sont d'une extrême propreté. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec beaucoup de fait maison Il y aussi un parking privé ce qui n'est pas négligeable. Je recommande vivement la villa malvasio , Pour tout vos séjours, allez y les yeux fermés.

- Birgit (9/5): Sehr schöne saubere Unterkunft, jederzeit wieder - Die Unterkunft ist außerhalb vom Ort, ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Zimmer geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist super bequem. Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns über Wurst oder Käse gefreut. Leider waren wir nur für 2 Nächte dort, würden aber jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereit. Den schönen Pool haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, bei entsprechendem Wetter ist das aber sicherlich noch ein Highlight. Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

They let you in when you arrive at the gate. After you get the code, you can enter yourself. Enough parking space for multiple cars.

- Hye (10/5): Great expeience - Located in a quite and peaceful area. Veru well managed rooms wtih prefect Jacuzzis. Impressive breakfast woth homemade cakes and yogurt. Renting an EV through this hotel is also a good option to enjoy the island cleanky and pleasantly. The pool was also fantastic. Mamy thanks to Roberto and his wife! If you are a publoc transport fan, please keep this in your mind. The bus is clean and punctual, but it comes every one hour.

The kitchen was a real bonus ! The room was spacious and had mosquito screens in every window. The owner was able to get us a table at Tenuta "Li Lioni" ristorante tipico a Porto Torres, which was one of the highlights. Ask Roberto the owner, he will tell you all about it. We had a great stay !

Gated area with private parking. This property has everything you would need for a short or long term stay. The breakfast was great with homemade yogurt. Everything about this place is well thought out and designed to help you relax and enjoy the local sites. Great recommendations from the host which led to the best meal we had during our two week trip. We stayed only one night. Would like to have stayed longer.

- Sandra (10/5): Magic place in Sassari - The surroundings of Villa Malvasio are gorgeus and the building itself is so welcoming and charming, it is like being at home, but with all the amenities of a hotel. Also, I would like to highlight the exquisite attention of Roberto, he made our stay very confortable. 100% recommendable!

- Steve (9/5): Very nice B&B with a very friendly staff. Well worth the stay! - We stayed only one night since we had a return trip via ship from Porto Torres. The owners are very nice and the B&B is great. Only 3 rooms so you feel at home. The rooms are very well maintained and very clean. Everything was great. We had to leave so early in the morning, however, that we couldn’t enjoy the full breakfast but they had everything set up for us on our table when we woke up and we were able to take some with us.
