• Salomon (9/5): Home away from home - The host was very good communicating via WhatsApp even days before our arrival. The whole apartment was available for us with a full kitchen and laundry. Very tranquil garden outside the door. Location was also very convenient. Just a small detail. When you shower, the water temperature varies as this is an older building but it is not a big deal.

Molto vicina alle fermate Università, Porto e Toledo. Via Toledo a pochi passi. Molti servizi e supermercati nei dintorni. Appartamento con una sola camera nel soppalco e divano letto. Ideale per una coppia e figli giovani per una breve vacanza ma un po’ piccola con due adolescenti al seguito. Dotazioni complete e ottima pulizia. Bene la privacy. Host puntuale e accogliente, ha risolto in pochi minuti un piccolo problema. Ha fornito indicazioni dettagliatissime sull’appartamento e i servizi. Se fosse stato disponibile uno degli altri due appartamenti più grandi, per noi 4 sarebbe stato perfetto. Dimensioni un po’ piccole con due adolescenti al seguito ma gli appartamenti con due camere non erano disponibili.
• Eileen (9/5): - Fantastic location, in the centre of town, could walk almost everywhere. The metro station was very close so used that a few times. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. Bedrooms and living areas were large. Bathrooms were also spacious and everywhere was spotlessly clean. There was a washing machine and tumble dryer. There was a small garden sitting area outside the apartment, in the courtyard. The host, Anna, was fantastic 😍 Communication was excellent and she gave lots of suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The only slight downside was there was no view from the windows due to the position of the apartment on the ground floor and the bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower ground floor. I understand this is for privacy and security but I did miss having a view.

• Sachin (10/5): Just book it, Amazing location and beautiful apartment - Excellent location in the heart of the city centre and everything is in walking distance, Lovely cozy apartment in secure building with secure codes for both main entrance and apartment itself. Lots of cafes, supermarkets nearby for amazing Italian breakfast! Host was super friendly and kept us informed on door codes and tourist attraction/restaurants etc. Event though checkout was at 10am and flight was in the late evening, they let us stay till evening which was super helpful. Highly recommended and would defintly use again in future. Nothing to dislike, it is perfect for location/food/sightseeing etc.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything was wonderful, my only suggestion is softer pillows, but that’s just a personal preference.

• simon (10/5): Toto, great apartment. - Great location, easy to get to local.sights. Hosts were amazing, helped us with taxis, dinner recommendations and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and there is a local supermarket one minute walk away to get anything else you need. The courtyard is nice to sit out and enjoy a bottle of Fiano.
• Douglas (10/5): The place is great. Beautiful as the pictures, and brilliantly designed. Great host! Recommended. - The place was beautifully laid out, the second floor taking full advantage of the two main floor windows, through open concept upstairs railings that could be closed up by black out curtains at night. This is a gorgeous, well-designed, bright home. Marble staircase. Two bedrooms are upstairs, and there are full washrooms on both floors. Entry and exit is gained through a key code and exit button, very easy to use, they automatically lock, so don't linger too long in the vestibule. Large fridge, washing machine, full working kitchen. A cute little reading area placed in front of one of the windows - low ceiling, watch your head. We didn't meet the host in person, but she was extremely responsive to texts, usually within seconds. Conad grocer is 7 minutes walk, and some of the best pizza in town is in the Spanish section, all within a 15 minute walk. Beds comfy. The location is great. A short 10 minute (or less) walk to the local port areas, and about a 20 plus minute walk to the train station (there is metro transit too, from the train to nearby the home) I felt a little worried about the electronic entry in case of a power outage. Perhaps some information about how to get out in that event would have helped. Like many places I rent, the kitchen is missing a decent chef's knife and cutting board, which would help preparing salads, etc. Also a pair of scissors is needed. They don't supply soap or shampoo for the shower, and not much toilet paper. It's no big deal, but it would be nice to have, and it doesn't have to be the expensive stuff. However, these are small quibbles.

• Matthew (10/5): Great Spot & Attentive Host - The apartment is spacious, clean and quite comfortable. The WiFi works perfectly and the AC worked very well too. The location is perfect for exploring Naples. The home also feels very safe with good security. There is a beautiful courtyard with a table as well. Super attentive hosts. L'appartamento è spazioso, pulito e molto confortevole. Il WiFi funziona perfettamente e anche l'aria condizionata funziona benissimo. La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Napoli. La casa è anche molto sicura, con un buon sistema di sicurezza. C'è anche un bellissimo cortile con un tavolo. Padroni di casa super premurosi. I needed more toilet paper, towels and dishwasher soap. Small expenses that could don't really eat into margins. One of the bed is actualiy 2 single bed pushed together. They separated while I was sleep every night. A matress topper and proper sheets would eliminate this problem. Instructions on the washer & dryer would have been helpful. Recommendation on parking would have been helpful before arrival. Servivano più carta igienica, asciugamani e detersivo per lavastoviglie. Piccole spese che non incidevano troppo sui margini.Uno dei letti è in realtà formato da due letti singoli uniti. Highly recommended! - We stayed two nights at Aristovascio Hotel in the port of Naples before catching a boat to Positano, and it was a perfect start to our trip. Our two-bedroom accommodation, with the added bonus of two separate bathrooms, was spotless, spacious, and fully air-conditioned The hotel is nestled in a peaceful garden setting, offering a quiet retreat right in the heart of the city. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the marina and ferry terminal, which made catching our boat to Positano very convenient. The location is also excellent for exploring Naples — within walking distance to Castel dell’Ovo, Piazza del Plebiscito, and the charming streets of the historic centre.

• Anna (10/5): Spacioua apartment in good location - Really good communication with the owner, who will help with any questions and make you feel welcome. Excellent location with main sights within walking distance and several nice restaurants nearby (our fave was Signora Bettola). The apartment was clean, spacious, cosy. Bed was comfy! Washing machine came in handy and the two bathrooms were convenient. We didn’t cook much but had breakfast at home sometimes - we had everything we could need! Thank you so much, we would love to visit again!

• Patricia (10/5): Top Notch! - The apartment is ideally located in the city centre, within easy walking distance of restaurants, leading shopping areas, city attractions and nightlife. It is just a short walk to multiple transport links including Metro, trains, ferries and a taxi rank. Inside, the apartment is very well equipped, spacious, clean and secure and also has Wi-Fi. Coffee and bottled water were supplied on arrival. The owner was extremely helpful and available to help us with any query during the week and also supplied us with extra towels when we ran out. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and when returning to Naples it's where we would love to stay again. All good - no complaints
• Zhu (6/5): Spacious and cozy but lacking in facilities and utilities - Unique space and layout. Comfortable beds. Large common area. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony no curtains so people can see into the street for Peppino. Washing machine had mildew smell and didnt work properly. Railings dusty. Pot handle not heat resistent, one of us got burnt while trying to cook. Toto apartment suffered two black outs during our four night stay resulting in bathing in ice cold water for one night. Only one toilet paper roll given per bathroom for Toto apartment. Peppino apartment hair dryer was found sticky.

It was well situated, close to convenience stores, restaurants and port. We could take the bus for the city tours, walk to the port for ferries to Ischia Capri and Sorrento. The neighborhood is well located because is in the downtown so it’s near to all the touristic places and is a safe zone.

Great location and the little garden is perfect as an outdoor private space. The garden is a communal space for all the apartments if you are unsure when booking, it is included. The staff are attentive and easy to contact.
• Kelvin (9/5): Great stay - communication in advance and during our visit was very clear and helpful and any questions or queries we ha - We were a group of 7 staying in two apartments in this property. Both were very well equipped and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Nothing that is the fault of the property but in one night in returning to the property the street lights were not working in the area and it felt a little unsafe. Naples isn’t a naturally welcoming city in my opinion (but as already stated that is absolutely nothing to do with the property) and this didn’t help.

Also an easy short walking distance from the port. The apartement is located in a lovely green courtyard so no noise from the streets could be heard from the property. The host was extremely helpful with all the information and making us feel welcome. It was so easy to check ourselves in and out with door codes and no hassle with keys. The apartement was modern, clean and perfect for a family of four.

Additionally, the enviroment was peaceful and quiet. Just a few suggestions for improvement: a tea towel, a dishwasher detergent, oven mittens, too little toilet paper for five people, wine glasses, an ample supply of garbage bags, and clear instructions for trash handling.

Near to metro station and the central train station for the train to Pompeii. Also a short walk to the marina for ferries to the islands. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The apartments share a lovely courtyard garden and it was like a small green oasis in the city when we walked into the apartment! Our 2 bedroom apartment was clean, well maintained and had all amenities we needed for a family holiday- including laundry facilities. Also very close to a supermarket, and many restaurants/ shops.
• Laurentiu (9/5): Excellent! - We stayed at Pepino apartment. The place is very spacious, with a beautiful living room and open kitchen. The apartment is a loft, with the bedrooms upstairs. the bedrooms are well spaced, with double beds and dressing cabinets. There are 2 bathrooms, fully fit - very helpful for family trips. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful, a true pleasure. Not much really. Worth mentioning that the bedrooms are open towards the living room. There are courtains that block the light effectively, but sound still travels 🙂

The central location in Napels inner city is a big plus. It is a souterain appartement, so little view and few windows, but a perfect base to explore Napels.

• Gk (9/5): Great location, great space, clean and private. - The location was great, easy to get a taxi or walk. System with the doorlock was good. It is a busy city, with a lot of noise, so the window open is too loud, thank god the airco worked great. One of the beds was soft and one of the beds was a hard mattress this is a personal taste.

We even managed to shower 2 people at the same time in different bathrooms. We were really impressed by that. - Not to fault Anna or the apartment itself, but at this time there was some sort of construction work on the building or just outside and it kept us from sleeping properly on the last 2 days :( it was incredibly noisy from 8 in the morning.
