abdullah (6/5): Good for 1 day with a car - Car barking are good feature Location is good The furniture was worn out and in poor condition, the beds were uncomfortable for sleeping, and the curtains were torn. Overall, the room seemed poorly maintained
Simon (8/5): Comfortable stay, close to the Old Town - The location is close to the Old Town, within a 10-minute wlk. The apartment itself was clean and airy, well equipped in terms of facilities, it was very quiet, the underground carparking is very convenient to use. There's not much we don't like about the apartment, we just wished the blinds at the apartment work better in filtering out the light from the outside.

Nice rooms, kitchen well appointed, staff helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel

Roberto (5/5): No volveré al laberinto - La plaza situada bien, no como el apartamento y el mando del garage con truco para abrir🤦 El acceso al apartamento es como un laberinto, que con maletas no me hizo ninguna gracia, faltan utensilios en la cocina y la ducha en mal estado. El mantenimiento descuidado.

TomaszU (7/5): "Generalnie" ok - lokalizacja i garaż najmocniejszą stroną. - 1) Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 2) garaż podziemny, 3) bardzo miła i profesjonalna obsługa na recepcji, 4) jest cicho, 5) ekspres do kawy kapsułkowej. Apartament nr 45 wymaga ewidentnie odświeżenia;/. Stan podłogi po zalaniu (ewidentnie już w odległej przeszłości) powinnien już dawno zmotywować operatora/właściciela do wymiany paneli w zalanych pomieszczeniach (kuchnia, salon, sypialnia). Panele są pogięte i postrzępione - czuć to pod nogami, że podłoga nie jest gładka więc na boso nie pochodzicie. Mega skrzypiące łóżko w sypialni - skrzypi konstrukcja nie materac. Więc gwarantowana irytacja w nocy i mało komfortowy sen (to nie hipoteza niestety). Do tego zapadnięta kanapa w salonie - nadal nadaje się do siedzenia, ale pod katem spania jej czas doskonałości już minął i jest to rozwiązanie awaryjne. Prosiłem obsługę o ewentualną zmianę pokoju - ale niestety wszystkie były już zajęte. Zdjęcia zastanych uszkodzeń w apartamencie na wszelki wypadek przesłałem obsłudze od razu. Niektóre usterki naprawdę da się usunąć zanim wyda się apartament - ale chyba nikt o to nie dba.

Сергій (3/5): Шкода що через не професійні дії персоналу, страждає імʼ апартаментів - В цілому місце розташування хороше та зручне. Я замовив номер на 4 людей та повідомив що заселення буде орієнтовно о 01:00 ночі, проте коли ми прибули у помешкання, на дивані де мали спати діти не виявилось ні подушок ні покривала. Трубку ніхто не брав. Ранком коли я запитав за цю ситуацію у менеджера на рецепції, вона просто проігнорувала питання.

SUNMI (10/5): 위치, 시설 모두 만족 - 리셉션이 있어서 체크인, 체크아웃 모두 쉬웠어요. 객실에 배정된 주차 자리가 정해져 있어서 주차도 쉬웠습니다. 역에서 이동할땐 트램이 다니는 길을 건너야하는데 구글지도에서 알려주는 경로는 계단을 이용해야해서 불편합니다. 계단길을 지나쳐서 조금 더 걸어가서 횡단보도를 이용하면 편해요. 없어요~

Dostępny parking podziemny- komfort w przypadku przyjazdu samochodem. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo słabe ręczniki, mocno zużyte, sprane - dobrym pomysłem byłaby wymiana. Dodatkowo brakowało zasłon w oknach, a rolety były popsute - mało komfortowe.

Bardzo głośne chodzenie lodówki, w nocy dla trzeciej osoby śpiącej na kanapie, było to uciążliwe. Agnieszka (10/5): Świetny apartament w centrum Krakowa - Idealna lokalizacja, piękne osiedle w zrewitalizowanym browarze nieopodal Plant. Apartament był przestronny, ładnie urządzony i wygodny. Miał dwa balkony. Bezpłatne miejsce postojowe w garażu. Wyczerpujące informacje od gospodarza. Pralka i zmywarka, a także ekspres nespresso. Wszystko na plus Brak kieliszków do wina.

Katarzyna (10/5): - Łazienka na duży plus. Wyposażenie rewelacyjne. I ten widok z okna cudowny. Łazienka i ściany w łazience plus ściana w sypialni brudna. Tak jakby ktoś na nią coś wylał.
Krzysztof (10/5): Ogólnie pobyt bardzo udany. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja bliska centrum, darmowy parking podziemny. Mieszkanie ciepłe i przytulne. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Jak dla nas zbyt miękki materac w sypialni, no i zbyt krótki pobyt :)
Ellie (8/5): Delightful self catering short stay - Check in was great. They reached out to me to ask what time I’d be arriving so they could provide self check in information. They gave me a map & clear instructions in plenty of time which made it really easy. The apartment as a whole is also great. Two good sized rooms both with double beds not singles pushed together. Nice open kitchen/diner/living room. Bathroom is good & also has a washer. Living room has a great balcony to sit out on. A few bottles of water and a nice brew station was provided. The complex it’s on is clean and quiet. Lots of families here, little park and a cafe which is nice. The location is good. It’s outside bus and tram stops. Old town is in walking distance, too. No TV in the bedrooms & some of the blinds are knackered & let light in but there are blackout curtains over them so it’s not a big issue.

FeronSr (9/5): Super ubytovanie pre každého kto chce spoznávať Krakov - ideálna poloha v tichej štvrti cca 10 min pešej chôdze do úplného centra, spoľahlivá mestská doprava Historické centrum a okolité uličky sú úžasné, historické budovy najmä kostoly krásne udržiavané. Stravovanie v reštauráciách na okolí bezproblémové, bonusom boli veľkonočné trhy Nevybrali sme si optimálny apartmán pre troch - rozkladacia pohovka bola v hale vedľa kúpelne a WC, čo dosť rušilo.
