• YEN LING (9/5): 知道此地已經營多年。又在這麼熱鬧的地方。本來沒抱什期待的。沒想到還不錯。只是要注意。若有人體質特殊一定要謹慎選擇。旁邊有一個很大的公墓。但是因為角度等關係。不刻意繞過去是看不到的。 - 地點非常方便。地鐵出口旁邊就是inn。附近有多家百貨商場。 冷氣控制有點狀況。開冷氣沒反應。開送風跟冷氣一樣。

• 千秋 (10/5): リピート確定 - 2回目の利用です。 広くて清潔感があり、とても快適です。 地下鉄出口からほんとすぐ、スーパー・コンビニ徒歩圏内、駐車場は西に3分ほど歩いたところに24時間で千円有り○洗濯乾燥機には、洗剤も置いてくれてあり、5キロほどの衣類で洗濯乾燥4時間でした。 卓上ホットプレートやIHコンロの持ち込みが不可なのが残念だと思いました。 それが備え付けや持ち込み可能なら、たこ焼き・鍋パなど、楽しめる幅が広がるな、と思いました。 今回は、備え付けのフライパンを使いキッチンでアヒージョを作りました‼︎ 電話をするとすぐ出てくださり、「換気しながら匂いが残らないようになら可能」と回答頂きました。 直接電話で確認できるのも安心できるポイントだと思いました。
• NAKANISHI (9/5): とても良い思い出となり、最高でした！ - 子供連れだったので和室と布団が使用でき、マンションタイプで目が行き届くこと、そして洗面とトイレが複数あったことが大変助かりました。今回は使用しておりませんが洗濯機があるのも有り難いです。近くにスーパー等もあり困りませんでした。 ソファーの周りにクッションやカーペットなどあれば机を囲んで子供達も床に座りやすかったかなと思いました。

• Riru (6/5): 二家族でも広々とくつろげてよかった - 内装が素敵でとてもくつろげた 駅の出口からとても近くて便利だった 一部の利用客のせいだと思うが、罰金の文字が目に入ることが多すぎて、何をするにもこれは大丈夫か等念入りに確認するのが、旅行の楽しさをちょっと減らした ベビーカーを使えたのは有難かったけど、出入口にスロープがなく使うのが大変だった 上階の人が遅い時間にドタドタ歩いていてちょっと気になった 赤ちゃんの手に届かないところに置いてくださいという注意書きがあったものが、入室の時点で赤ちゃんの手に届くところにあって赤ちゃんが遊んでいたため、そういう注意書きをするのであれば置き場所を変えてほしかった

• Tanch13 (10/5): It was very comfortable and accessible for a party with seniors and babies. - The location was great since it was close to two conbinis and right outside a train station. A catholic church was walking-distance too, about a 10-minute walk and mostly flat. The flat was very spacious and accommodated our family of 7 adults and 2 children below 3. Having two bathrooms was great too! Our biggest issue was that the fridge was a little too small for a stay of 4 days and that number of people. My family couldn't figure out the entrance codes for a bit so maybe the instructions could have been better/clearer/less complicated.

• Evelyn (7/5): Great value. If you're a light sleeper I would advice not to book this apartment due to road noise. - The accommodation was spacious, perfect for our family. The roadnoise from the highway just outside was very loud, even with the earbuds provided. Some of us still had issues sleeping with emergency vehicles’ sirens full blast waking us up every night.

• XIAO-FENG (8/5): Japanese hotels rarely have room sizes so big, but the place can do with a little more warm and welc - Compared to the three other places we stayed in our trip, this place is massive in size, with three bedrooms and two toilets, a sure win feature for travelling families. Other than a check-in, check-out tablet, there was no staff visible. The kitchen amenities were sparse, with few cooking pans, no cooking oil or salt, and only disposable eating cutlery. The house rules booklet sounds guarded and penalising, all but warning messages. While the apartment is spacious, it came across as unwelcoming.

• Ogisu (9/5): 大阪万博に行く時に利用させていただきました♪ - 駅近で大人数で泊まれました。 隣が高速が走っていてそちら側の部屋に泊まった家族があまり眠れなかったと言っていたので−1としました。

• Aavishkar (9/5): Superb - 1. Cleanliness and safety 2. Being an unmanned apartment, the instructions were clear for entry and communication clear for both entrance and exit 3. Rooms were large by Japanese standards with very comfortable futon beds and 2 sleeper couches in the lounge 4. Nicely designed so that the bathroom area is away from the living area with a large bathtub and shower, another smaller shower, 2 private toilets and one urinal. Enough privacy for a medium sized family of 4-5 adults and 2 kids. 5. Washing machine, fridge, kitchen with ample utensils, etc 6. A drinks machine at the entrance and 7/11s nearby. 7. Very, very close to the Abeno station but you barely hear the trains. 1. The noise from the road at night between 11pm and 5am. Ambulance sirens, opportunist drag racing every now and then. Its not constant but it is a bother. If you can live with this, its ok. If you can't, get earplugs. 2. Nothing much else, was a really good stay and close enough to all attractions via trains and Ubers are plentiful in the area.

• Rudy (10/5): One of the best place to stay if you are travelling in groups - The location is just behind the train station entrance. Many convenience stores and budgets eatery places nearby. Walking distance to shopping malls and food courts. The place is huge even for groups. A bathroom with shower and huge bathtub and another separate shower room. 2 toilets, washing machine with dryer is in the premise. Very clean and comfortable to stay. Daily multiple times sirens warning can be heard and quite annoying especially if you are getting to sleep.

• Shanice (8/5): Very good - There was an AC unit in each of the bedrooms and living room. Two bathrooms were also a plus. Washer came in clutch. No keys needed, just codes. Close to Abeno station and Kansai Supermarket. Wifi worked perfectly. It is extremely noisy when trying to sleep at night. Can hear everything. Earplugs were provided but did not work for me. There are several notices to not be loud posted all around the apartment. We were afraid to even laugh for fear of being kicked out. Hair, dust, and debris under the mattresses.
