• Doull (9/5): Awesome location. Would do again - Location and price Would’ve liked an extra roll of toilet paper however not a big deal!
• vanessa (3/5): Very disappointed - Location Very dated, only the bathroom was up to date. I could NOT believe when I arrived for a wedding weekend. No hot water pressure had to get a plumber. The emergency number is a message service and gets back hours later, if not the next day. Also No linen, have to pay extra . We had to go to had to go somewhere else to have showers till the plumber turned up late the next day . What place does not have linen, towels(apparently in fine print pay extra for linen), so very disappointed ruined the start of our wedding weekend
• Ian (2/5): Very poor - very spacious and close to the beach bath tub was a bit of a joke. Hot water system was too small to fill the bath. whole place very dusty, in need of a good clean poor value for money
• Lisa (8/5): Great, affordable little apartment in Fingal Bay. - Location is awesome. Key collection was easy, staff were friendly. Neat/tidy apartment. Residents down stairs were very nice. Black cockatoos visited the trees every day 🥰 Paid for linen which wasn't there on arrival, and the 24hr phone number never picked up/returned our call. As it was too late to go back to the office, we had to go the next morning. Staff were sincerely apologetic & offered late check out and refunded us the linen cost, which was greatly appreciated. People down stairs are smokers, so we got a bit of that smell upstairs.
• Helen (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good For over $300 per night, I would think there could be a sponge or cloth in kitchen, a small cake of soap or hand wash in bathroom. Non expensive items but would make a difference. Found cutlery dirty and sticky and plates dirty.

• Debra (9/5): Superb - It was in a great spot. And a great size . Loved the verandah for coffee in the morning or drinks at night The steps were a killer. The bowls and plates were grease not washed properly. And there was no hair dry .

• Sue (7/5): Good - Great location, comfortable lounge. The fans in the bedrooms only have 1 very low speed and I think the motors are burned out and may need replacing as very noisy. Unable to use and made it very hot when sleeping

• Gail (5/5): Lamp in bedroom had exposed wires. No light to get up and down step windy stairs - Very difficult to deal with reservations girl about keys.
• Beverly (5/5): Not worth value for money. - The location was within walking distance of the beach and park. All rooms had ceiling fans and there was an air con in the main living area. There was no on-site parking as the driveway was too narrow to get the car up and down comfortably. The apartment was up a very narrow flight of stairs that were not easily accessible with little kids, and would be tricky for those who found walking up steep stairs tricky. There was no linen or towels provided- apparently you need to open up all the information on the booking site. This is not reiterated in any confirmation you receive, so make sure you take towels and sheets as even though I rang to try and get emergency sets for extra money nothing turned up. With 3 children this made it really tricky. The air con leaks.
