- Durie (5/5): Disappointing - The location The house is overpriced. Location is great but the house needs lots of work. The house was advertised as "pet friendly" with a fully enclosed yard. My dog got out 4 times within the first 24 hours. I spent my whole second day of my holidays going to Bunnings to buy material and then installing it around the whole house to ensure my dog could not get out again. Over $240 was spent at Bunnings. I left all my hard work there to ensure any other dogs from future booking would not get out. Door handles of interior doors are barely hanging on. Rear screen door does not close properly. If owners want to continue to charge the amount they are, they need to spend a lot of money updating the house. A/C and WI-FI would also be a good inclusion.
