- Kuscevic (7/5): Dobra lokacija, čista dobro opremljena soba s neispravnim prozorom i nejasnim oglasom na web-u - Svidjela mi se lokacija, čistoća, opremljenost, te uglavnom i komunikacija s osobom koja nas je dočekala i ispratila Iz web oglasa nije bilo razvidno da soba ima samo krovni prozor; odnosno nije bilo jasno koju smještajnu jedinicu biram!! Sjenilo (roleta) krovnog prozora nije funkcioniralo (što nije bio veći problem), da bi od drugog dana bilo nemoguće uopće i otvoriti prozor. Potrošile su se baterije daljinskih upravljača (2 kom) za obje funkcije. Domaćin nije mogao zamijeniti baterije, pa je ponudio da zamijenimo sobu. Tada-prvi dan nije radio samo daljinski od sjenila, pa smo zahvalili. Ali od sutra nije radio ni drugi daljinski ....

- Cristina (10/5): Rovigno antica, perla dell'Adriatico - Posizione centralissima in zona pedonale, parcheggio a ca.1 km in area privata dell'agenzia (presso reception) e navetta gratuita (al check-in e check-out) dal parcheggio alla struttura e viceversa. Diversi ristoranti, bar e supermercati a pochi passi dalla struttura. Camera pulita ed accogliente, illuminazione artificiale abbondante e kettle per farsi caffè (americano) e the (frutti di bosco o the verde). Presenza di phon comodo e funzionale. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il wi-fi inizialmente non funzionante e lo staff è intervenuto prontamente per risolverlo. Soggiorno più che consigliato

- Francisco (9/5): Bonito alojamiento en el centro - Una opción estupenda para alojarse en pleno centro de Rovinj, en una calle muy tranquila, a un paso de todo. Reservamos una habitación con cuatro camas, en dos alturas con escalera y con dos cuartos de aseo. Los chicos de la agencia que gestiona estas habitaciones son agradables y ofrecen parking fuera del centro (15€ al día en temporada alta), dejas allí el coche y te llevan al alojamiento en vehículo eléctrico. El WiFi funcionaba bastante mal, algunos móviles no conseguían encontrar la red y otros apenas cogían señal. La ducha es muy pequeña y con una de esas cortinas que quieren pegarse al cuerpo todo el rato. Se agradecerían instrucciones para el uso del termo eléctrico, no nos dimos cuenta de que estaba apagado y a la mañana siguiente no había agua caliente para las duchas (hay un interruptor junto a los de las luces del aseo inferior).

- Fabio (6/5): Stanze piccole e buie - La posizione è perfetta, proprio nel centro del centro storico. La stanza quadrupla su due piani è abbastanza piccola e buia, essendo posizionata al piano rialzato. I due bagni sono molto piccoli (uno dei due non ha la doccia) e ciechi. La struttura dispone di un parcheggio gratuito fuori dal centro con trasporto fino all' appartamento ma , dovendo partire al mattino presto ci hanno consigliato di parcheggiare nel parcheggio pubblico della città assicurandoci che non sarebbe costato più di 5€ per una sola notte. L'informazione era errata perché il parcheggio costa 2€ /ora inclusa la notte, quindi abbiamo pagato 34€!

- mmv0703 (8/5): Great location but not what we expected. - The site is in a great location, close to everything, right in the center of Rovinj. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. We found the bed to be very uncomfortable. The mattress was much too soft and the pillows were very thin. In addition there is very little privacy since there is no sound insulation. We could hear people talking in the room next door and hear them using the bathroom.

Improving the bed and pillows would make a world of difference. The person at check in/ out literally didn't say more than 2 words at checkout and not much more at check-in. It made it awkward.

Apartment is in a great for strolling the narrow cobblestone streets. - Management company was very efficient in transporting us to our room by electric cart in the pedestrian only city. Great location in the middle of the old town, easy to walk around. (Very quiet except for seagulls early in the morning!) No one was at the management office when we arrived in spite of my calling ahead as I was requested to do. They did come right away when I called again. Room was a bit small and no window, except sky light that opened.

A saját autó addig zárt helyen, a recepció udvarán parkolt Az egyik apartman tetőtéri volt, 40 magas lépcsőfokkal. Első éjszaka hideg volt, később a klíma és az elektromos hősugárzó felfűtött.
- Zuzanna (10/5): We had a lovely few days at Noemi’s rooms. Rovinj is beautiful, perfect getaway. - Lovely and very clean, in a perfect location. We stayed in a duplex apartment. We loved the Beautiful features of the building, like wooden beams, stone walls etc. Maybe the shower/ upstairs bathroom could do with slight updating, it is vey small but aside from that the apartment was just perfect for us, a family of 4. We fell in love with Rovinj and plan to come back.

Rovinj is a lovely town and one of the best thru our entire trip. Parking was provided and that was a boon. Loved the town and loved the location and facilities.

Great location, close to everything and the staff is phenomenal from helping me when my hands were full with dogs and a baby to picking us up from the room and taking us back to reception so we wouldn't have to walk with all of our bags Couldn't ask for more Not a dislike more for awareness the stairs are very steep so anyone who this might be a problem for i would stay at one or their different locations

The room was small, but all you need when everything you want is outside your door. Would have been great to have a shower door and not just a curtain as it didn’t stop pooling water on the floor under the toilet (pet hate of mine). Would have been great to have a little milk and coffee too.

- ROSA (8/5): Buena relación calidad-precio - Lo mejor, la situación del apartamento y que tuviese un aseo también en la planta de abajo, con inodoro y lavabo. Al ser una habitación en cada planta, así no había que subir o bajar escaleras para ir al baño y no molestabas a los que dormían en la otra habitación. El personal muy atento y pendiente de nuestra llegada y traslado al apartamento (en zona peatonal), aunque, como llegamos después de la hora límite del check-in, nosotros fuimos caminando desde el aparcamiento del alojamiento (12-15 minutos aprox). Utilizamos el transfer al regreso, un paseo muy agradable y con bonitas vistas de Rovinj. La ducha era un poco incómoda. Tenía cortina y no había mucho espacio para moverse. Tenías que estar pendiente de que no saliese el agua por fuera continuamente y no mojar todo.

Le logement est bien équipé, le personnel est très serviable et nous avons adoré le service de golf cart pour nous emmener du parking au logement (indispensable pour ne se soucier de rien). Le canapé lit est peu confortable et la mezzanine basse. Cela convient pour des enfants ou ados.
