Von der Lage ist es ok. War nachts etwas laut und die Straße...Wer nachts nicht raus will, gar kein Probelm - sonst Augen offen halten ;)

• Mykyta (9/5): Friendly - The staff was friendly and very helpful, the kitchen was clean and had everything you need, the bed was comfortable , although the room was small, I had a working table The street where the hostel is located could be sketchy at evening time and night, be careful.

• Doris (4/5): Alojamiento económico. - Ubicación queda cerca la plaza de viña para realizar trámites o tomar locomoción . Las habitaciones son cómodas los baños y duchas limpios y también los espacios comunes. Los locales que se encuentran afuera del alojamiento meten ruido hasta las 5 o 6 de la mañana. Para las habitaciones que dan hacia la calle es casi imposible dormir. Fines de semana viernes y sábado imposible dormir.. a no ser que tengan el sueño bien pesado o salgan también a divertirse durante la noche.

• Ricarda (7/5): Nice apartment - The accomodation is an apartment that was transformed into a hostel. The rooms are very nice and everything was clean. The location is nice and we had a nice stay. The staff is not often around, so communication is mainly via WhatsApp. We wanted to leave our bags after check out (like claimed in the ad, baggage storage shoule be possible) to stay another day in the city before leaving. No one told us that this would not be possible but on the day of check out they told us we could only leave the bags for 2 hours because the whole apartment was rented out to a big group and we have to pick up our luggage before they arrive. So luggage storage seems only possible in theory.
• Ken Jin (8/5): Well-rested after 2 nights - Looks just like the pictures, safe and secure, neat and tidy, spacious, organised, hot water and pressure, filtered water, good communications, good location near the bus terminal and main square, accessible food options, comfortable bed/bedding/pillows (memory foam!), affordable laundry service. There was a problem with pests but Luis was already aware and actively trying to mitigate it.

Solo me falto un poco de luz natural a la pieza donde yo estaba y me hubiera gustado saber de antemano que el hostal estaba ubicado en un lugar un tanto peligroso. Como chilena, se como moverme por los centros de la ciudad, pero tal vez una extranjera sola le hubiese pasado algo saliendo sola por la noche.

• Sunderland (8/5): Nice beach - This the only reasonably priced hostel in Viña del Mar for a digital nomad, and the internet and the work station were all good. The kitchen was large and well supplied. I would stay here if I return to Viña del Mar. The outside noise from the bars was really loud on Saturday night. The next night it was not so bad.

• Steve (10/5): A backpackers paradise - I loved this hostel so much that I stayed a week! This place was my backpacker heaven and felt like I was living in someone's beautiful home! My dorm bed was amazing and so comfy, the lounge was great for yoga and relaxing and the kitchen is the best hostel kitchen I've had the pleasure to cook in with so much equipment and a spotlessly clean fridge🙏 Oh how much a clean hostel means to me🙏 Luis is the best host and the hostel has the calmest atmosphere you'll find! It's in a great location in Vina and I hope to return to this luxury again someday! If you're in Vina Del mar don't miss this place🙏 Gracias por todo Luis🙏 Nothing
• Elisabeth (10/5): Perfect stay. - Thanks to Luis, who cared for everything we could have asked for! Everything is reachable by foot in Viña del mar from this place. It is close to the metro station to visit Valparaíso as well.
• Naomi (10/5): The most comfortable beds - The mattress and pillow were the most comfortable I have slept on in 2 months. The kitchen was well equipped. The place felt like a giant house share. The staff were very helpful and helped me when my phone was stolen in Valparaiso prior to arriving. The location was closed to the main street/area for food and shops. It does not have a social hostel vibe but I was aware of that before booking and loved the fact it was quiet but could speak to other guests. Not the hostels fault but it was a little noisy at night from neighbouring bars. Otherwise everything was great.

• Jessie (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable bed in the dorm with ample charging ports and storage space. Cozy living room and dining area to hang out at. The showers are very strong and temperature is easily adjustable, and the toilets are clean. A very nice space to live in! Nothing about the hostel. Unfortunately, the pub across the street was having a party till wee hours in the morning, so it was hard to get a good sleep.

• Nadine (10/5): Exceptional - This was one of the best hostel experiences in Chile for me. The common rooms are super cozy and there is everything you need in the kitchen for some cooking. The location is central, but calm. In the room was a locker and electricity plugs near the bed. The bathrooms were always clear. I can only recommend it!
• Natasha (10/5): Good value for money & stunning design - Friendly hosts! Comfortable bedroom with heaps of natural light, great design features throughout, everything very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Cool big dining table which was good for remote working from. We visited in the low season & were the only guests so luckily had the facilities all to oursleves.
• Stephen (7/5): Good - The kitchen and living room are fantastic and it was nice to chill there. The room itself while minimal in design is a little too minimal for my taste so much so I didn't want to spend time in it. It was also quite cold in the bedroom.

• Ma (5/5): Friendly staff but otherwise not great - Super friendly, helpful and flexible staff. Had put effort into the modern décor (in a pretty dilapidated building). Very small room (not aligned with what we expected from the pictures), which also smelled bad ( even after opening windows). Didn’t the shared toilets and showers set-up (not enough of them and too public!). Awfully noisy at night due to a bar just outside; we didn’t sleep on the 2nd night as it was noisy till the little hours of the morning. :(
• Romano (10/5): Very welcoming staff. Right in the middle of downtown without the noise. - Everything, location, extremely welcoming friendly staff, restaurants, markets, etc…all right there in front of you. If ever I’m in Vina del Mar in the future again I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Nothing.

The house is lovely and well maintained but... ...the building is a bit run down and the front door situation isn't ideal specially at night but I guess that is not their fault. WIFI can definitely improve, as the signal in the rooms was terrible, the mattress also needs replacing, it left me with back pain

• Martinez (8/5): Really nice spot in the middle of Viña! - It’s in a really nice and peaceful area. The facilities are top quality and the staff is really respectful and friendly! It’s in a third floor with just stairs so be mindful if you have huge luggage or something

We also didn't expect it to be so secure and clean for a hostel which was much appreciated. All the amenities were so wonderful to have from the filtered water to being able to utilize the kitchen.

Although it’s in HEART of Downtown Vina Del Mar .. it’s tucked in an alley.. and a 5 min walk to the Metro / Transit No elevator. Not a major issue, but if you have Big luggage it could be a struggle taking it up the stairs. It’s a old heritage bldg part of which is converted to a Hostel & rest are private résidences 🙂👍🏻

• Abby (10/5): Beautiful, clean hostel in heart of Viña Del Mar - The staff were friendly and very helpful with information to get around and plan for our bus return to Santiago airport. The hostel looks brand new and is well cared for. Cooking in the kitchen was such a joy. Probably the best hostel I’ve stayed in in all of Chile, can’t recommend enough!! Nothing, it was excellent
