Independiente de que la pagina de booking daba opciones para llegar a las 23.00 hrs o mas tarde. Y posterior a ello igual se me cobro y me dijeron de forma prepotente que no regresaran el dinero. que se lo cobre a booking No fui recibido por la hostal, me cancelaron el acceso ya que ellos no recibían gente posterior a las 21.00 hrs. Independiente de que la pagina de booking daba opciones para llegar a las 23.00 hrs o mas tarde. - Guest (1/5): - Llegue a las 2 am, me dijeron que el alojamiento estaba sujeto a disposición, toque el timbre, la puerta y nadie salió a atenderme. Cómo sugerencia deberían tener un dato certero si hay disposición en los hoteles ante la poca anticipación de reserva. La poca eficacia al atender, llame y no contestaron en el hostal.

- Frederick (7/5): If I travel to Viña del Mar again, I will spend the night in this hostel again. - Tito is incredibly helpful. He does everything to make the guests feel good. Paying with a German debit credit card was not possible in the hostel.
