• Alexander (10/5): - My stay here was excellent. Huge space. Basically an apartment. Large bedroom, and shower. Laundry, stove, and refrigerator. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, as well. Close proximity to the beach, and business. There’s literally a market across the street. Definitely the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in Japan. I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

• YU CHING (8/5): 位置好 - 第二次入住，這次入住5樓房間寬敞舒適雙陽台可以看到微海景，設備有洗衣機、微波爐、小流理台很方便，飯店入口處就有一家生鮮藥妝超市，附近也很多當地小餐廳，鄰近美國村開超約5分鐘就可抵達，非常便利
• AYU (8/5): - 立地が非常に良かったが 清掃が行き届いていなかった。
• ERIKA (8/5): - receptionist didn’t seem to understand English or Japanese which made it hard to communicate when we wanted to extend a night. Also, there seems to be a lot of fees that are not listed in the listing. Parking is not free, there is no housekeeping either. If you request for it, there’s an additional fee to it. Also, the rooms could use abit of an update and a thorough cleaning…
• Sebastien (6/5): Good location in Chatan - Studio in a good location in Chatan, easy to walk to main spots in the area. The apartment and the building were not really dirty, but it did not feel clean either. Sheets were smelling tabaco, maybe because they have been used in a smoking room before? Not bad overall, it is on the lower end of the price range in the area.

• Mitsuru (6/5): - 価格とロケーションを考えるとこんなところかな。ただ、できればお湯が飲めるコップくらいは追加料金なしで有ると嬉しい。
• NAOYA (4/5): - 3年前に利用した時はすごく感じが良かったので利用しました。今回は壁のひどいシミはあったし、冷蔵庫に直前の利用者が忘れていった食品類が入ったままでした。部屋の清掃状況はパッっと見は綺麗になってますが、洗濯機の横や、浴室の換気扇などほこりが積もっていたり、フィルターの要清掃ランプが点滅していたり、食器や鍋類が別途料金なのも残念でした。テレビはアンテナを差し替えればＢＳが映りましたが、分波してないので地上波かＢＳかのどちらか一方しか映りません。

• Aki (4/5): - 立地も良く全体的には良かったですが、浴室の髪の毛が気になったことと、チェックアウト日も荷物預かりしてくれるとのことだったが、何度も不在時先に電話するが、繋がらず。結局スーツケース持ったまま近隣散策したが、重くてすぐに次の場所に移動した。預かってもらえてたらもっと近隣散策出来たのにと残念でならない。

• murakami (6/5): 駐車場狭いし、部屋は手あかありました - 価格が安くて当日予約しました。 ここは2回目の宿泊ではじめの時は、部屋も綺麗でしたし、スタッフも優しかったですが、今回はスタッフは愛想もなく、乗用車の車で駐車場に停めましたが、狭すぎました。 それで1000円駐車場代って高すぎます。

• Verified traveler (10/5): 寝るだけの私には快適でした - 綺麗なマンションです。セキュリティも万全です。 洗濯洗剤と物干し竿ありませんが数枚干す分には設置されてるハンガーで大丈夫です。風呂桶なども常設では無いです キッチンも同様に鍋や皿や食器洗剤など様々な備品がないので驚くかもしれませんが受付に言えば借りれるのかな？ホテルに聞いてみて下さい

• Verified traveler (6/5): 價錢優勝，房間霉味道大 - 一入房間就有好大陣發霉嘅味道，牆身亦有好明顯的發霉痕跡，不過勝在價錢優勝，地理位置亦理想算方便，接待亦很有禮貌，地方寬敞，因為只住一晚就沒有要求換房間。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 手頃な価格で宿泊できて、周辺にはアメリカンビレッジやバー、ブランチに最適なお洒落なカフェがあることが最大の特典。ただ到着してから駐車場代が掛かるので結局は宿泊料プラス千円になることと、駐車場自体のスペースが狭くて他の車が既に止まっている場合は駐車するのに一苦労でした(*_*) それ以外は満足です！
• 佩佩 (10/5): 性價比不錯 - 飯店位置不難找，旁邊有一家大型超市營業至12點（用步行即可到達） 停車位算是很少！一個晚上1000日幣，停車位不能隨便停，他們都有安排號碼的！就算你出門要回來了也是可以保證有位可以停的！ 當天我們晚上11點多去，樓下會有像按密碼對講機的設備，上面會有寫要按什麼數字通知管家，管家會開門，旅人上二樓去Check in 同時支付停車之類的費用！ 房間內有洗衣機、冰箱、電視、陽台、浴缸、簡易廚房、沙發桌子。兩個28吋行李箱完全展開都還有辦法走，空間算是蠻寬敞的！浴室也是蠻寬敞的！ 整個房間浴室廁所整潔度也是蠻好的！如要使用熱水洗澡的話要在廁所附近尋找一個溫度控制的小控制器開關，要開了才會有熱水跑出來，還可以控制最高溫要幾度，挺好的 出入大門與房門都是同一把鑰匙！覺得很酷！要保管好唷！ 距離美國村開車5分鐘而已！相當近

• Randy (8/5): - 洗濯機があるので長期滞在には非常に嬉しく便利です。 近くにドラックストアやスーパー(100均有り)があるので洗剤や生活必需品は揃えられますので荷物が最小限で済みます。 アラハビーチには徒歩圏内でサンセットが綺麗です。 駐車場が少ないのが難点ですが、アクセスは非常に良いです！ 部屋も綺麗でシャワーの出が凄くいいです。 ユニットバスでは無いので広々使えました！ また利用したいです！

• JENCHEN (10/5): 價格實惠的旅店 - 價格實惠的旅店，櫃台位於二樓電梯旁轉角的小房間，需在一樓門口按對講機告知入住(電鈴有貼分機號碼)，房間的鑰匙同樣也是一樓大門的鑰匙喔(很神奇的鑰匙)!!!....入住時間為15:00~00:00，半夜12點過後至隔天下午是都沒有人在櫃台的，隔天早上10:00退房只要把鑰匙投到二樓的退房信箱內即完成退房，要注意的是一定要把自己的東西都檢查一次再退房，東西沒拿到就要等下午人員上班東西才拿的回來喔!!....客房清潔度佳，基本上可以睡三個人(另一個睡沙發)，加一 套枕頭及被子要另外付費，房間內有小廚房(冰箱+電磁爐+微波爐，不附餐具及鍋具)，有洗衣機及陽台可以曬衣服，也可以用浴室的乾燥功能烘少量的衣服，自駕者附近有公園免費停車場(會被開隔夜警告單但不會罰錢)也可停旅店的停車場一晚1000日元車位有限，停美國村的免費大停車場步行約10~15分鐘可到旅店，步行10分鐘可到沙灘，可由海岸旁的棒球場步行至美國村約15分鐘的步行路程，AEON超市約10~15分鐘的路程，附近有一家開到晚上十二點的藥妝超市。
• Verified traveler (8/5): - 女子2人でダブルベットの部屋に2泊しました。ベットの大きさもソファーも◎部屋はとても綺麗で冷蔵庫、洗濯機などウィークリーマンションの様で過ごしやすかったです！ただ、エレベーターが異臭でした。カビ？なんの匂いでしょうか？けっこうな、キツイ匂いでした。
• Verified traveler (10/5): ヒダ - 良い宿泊でした。 部屋も広いし、綺麗で、周辺も色々あって便利です。近くに美味しいラーメン屋があって遅くまでやってるのでとても助かりました。 受付の人が少し笑顔で対応してくれれば完璧だけどね〜笑笑 海もすぐ隣あって、朝早く起きてランニングできました。

• Chan (2/5): DO Not book Mr Kenjo apartment in Japan - 1. The location is far away from American village, about 25 minutes walk. 2. On the day of arrival, we were told to pay 1500 yen for using the car park for 1 day. This is even more expensive than Rizzan sea park resort at Motobu area. The car park lot reserve for us is very tiny even though we have a bigger car, so the price is definitely unacceptable. 3. One of our sink was jammed and the service staff couldn't solve it, we waited her a long time for about 20 minutes still can't solve. As we want to rush out for dinner, we told her to leave it. Only one word "sorry" from her and dats it. Totally no compensation at all. Very disappointed in their service. 4. The bed is very thin so for the price i paid, i felt that i have overpaid. I will never book any of Mr Kenjo apartment ever again if i go Okinawa. Be warned!!! 5. We were there abit early like 20 minutes early, the service staff just refused to let us check in or leave luggage with them. Every inflexible. Regret booking this apartment with them. Totally no benefits at all. 6. Hotel did not provide bottle drinking water,you have to buy yourself. They charge hotel rate but provide budget inn service standard. I really do not recommend this hotel. Book at your own risk!
