• Ana (1/5): - It was terribly noisy, and on top of that the owner made me pay an extra €50 because instead of checking in at 9 PM, I arrived at 3 AM. I even asked if they could leave the key with someone, but they refused. The toilet was extremely dirty, the bed covers were dirty as well, and I had to give the extra €50 in cash. Nothing

Una sola asciugamano per 5 giorni,mai un cambio lenzuola e infine ti inseguono per pagare la tassa di soggiorno dato che i pagamenti con carta vengono rifiutati. Peccato perché il proprietario è una brava persona, ma l'ospitalità è un'altra cosa
• Ilja (4/5): - De andere gasten die er waren. Toiletpot zelf was schoon en de lakens en handdoek ook. Het was fijn om voor een lage prijs vlakbij Venetië te zijn. De douche was heel erg beschimmeld. Zowel de muren als het gordijn als de douchekoppen. Echt ongezond. Ook hing er een rooklucht in de kamer. Er lag heel veel stof onder het bed. Un De buurt was overdag oké, maar voelde in de avond onveilig. 's Nachts was er een grote groep buiten zeer onrustig/ruzie aan het maken, totdat de politie kwam.

• Giulio (4/5): Cheap and good position, disappointing facilities - Well connected, 2 minutes from the tram stop to Venice. The room was a bit old and dusty. Walls and doors were very thin, you could hear everything going on in the other rooms and on the other floors. Bathroom was not super clean but doable. Bed sheets were clean but I am pretty sure I got bedbugs there...

• Laura (1/5): - I made this reservation a little over a week before arrival, partly because the listing clearly mentioned self check-in. Additionally, on Booking there was a Q&A where the host had stated that arrivals after 22:00 were possible, which is why I considered it perfectly reasonable to ask if we could arrive at 22:30. On the day I made the reservation, I sent a message via Booking to inform them of our arrival time and to ask for confirmation. I received no reply. After three days, I tried again via WhatsApp, but once again, there was no response. On the day of check-in, I only received an automated message asking me to confirm whether we were still arriving, but it included absolutely no instructions on how to actually access the property, even though it is advertised as self check-in. On the day of our flight, I was called by a man from the property who had a completely inappropriate attitude. He asked what time we would arrive, and I explained that I had already communicated this in advance. He then told me, in a passive-aggressive tone, that if we did not arrive by 21:30, we would not be able to access the property, and then he hung up on me. I find this behavior unacceptable, especially considering that I had tried multiple times to communicate in advance and received no response. I followed up with additional messages and screenshots as proof, but these were completely ignored. In the end, we did manage to access the accommodation, but by that point, the experience had already been compromised. The accommodation itself is decent and matches the description, but this does not make up for the complete lack of communication and the way I was treated. Additionally, during our stay, there was another guest who was constantly making noise and appeared to be heavily intoxicated, walking around partially undressed both inside and outside the property.

• Corina (4/5): - Título: Una estancia inolvidable… por razones equivocadas Si buscas una experiencia que te haga apreciar tu propia casa como un hotel de cinco estrellas, este es tu sitio. La habitación en sí estaba aceptable, pero todo lo demás parecía sacado de una comedia de terror. El baño estaba sucio, el plato de ducha lleno de pelos y prácticamente inutilizable. Para añadir un toque exótico a la experiencia, nos recibieron varias cucarachas paseando tranquilamente por el suelo, como si fueran las verdaderas anfitrionas. Lo más sorprendente es que, cuando llegamos, no había nadie en el alojamiento, así que uno imaginaría que al menos habría estado limpio… pero no. El dueño, por desgracia, no pareció demasiado interesado. Las llaves no se recogen en el lugar: hay que llamar y esperar a que venga en persona, lo que añade un toque de suspense a la llegada. Una experiencia poco práctica y mal gestionada. En resumen, la habitación podría haber estado bien, pero la falta de limpieza y de atención por parte del propietario lo arruinó todo. Ideal para quienes disfrutan del humor involuntario… y viajan con un fuerte sentido de la ironía.

• Fabijan (1/5): - I have never been to a worse accommodation. Everything is dirty, cobwebs everywhere, I didn't even use the toilet because I was disgusted. There is a kitchen but you are not allowed to use it, of course you wouldn't because it was all greasy. Heating at minimum in the middle of winter, the staff doesn't allow you to turn up the heating, I was freezing all night. Also, the same staff, at 7am in the morning, entered the apartment and moved things from other rooms, banging, where I woke up from my sleep scared as if a bomb had gone off. Unfortunately, I arrived late at that accommodation, I was forced to stay overnight until morning and in the morning I left the accommodation and looked for another one. Think carefully about whether you want to rent it and have a bad experience like me.

Hint asıllı bir patron var yine hintli bir çalışan. Tuvaleti temizdi , mutfakta olanak yok denecek kadar az. Carsaflar temizdi , odada bir yatak bir gardrop bir masa var. Klima yok vantilatör var. Sıcak aylarda zorlanirsiniz. 100 metre yakinindan 6L otobüs geçiyor Venedik adasina kadar götürüyor yine aynı otobusle donebilirsiniz ulaşım kolay. Kalinan yer hint mahallesi gibi herkes hintli ama rahatsiz edici bir durum olmadi. Benim kaldigim yerde otopark mevcuttu. Kısacası param buna yetiyor, pinpirikli biri değilim diyorsanız kalınır. Zaten aksamdan aksama odayi gördüğüm için yatacak yer ve birazda guvenli olması yeterli oldu. Booking sehir vergisi dahil fiyat gösteriyor ancak kartınızdan sadece otel parasını kesiyor bu nedenle otel çalışanı sehir vergisini sizden peşin istiyor bu durumu kartınızdan kontrol edin. Biz önce biraz tartıştık sehir vergisini verdik diye sonra kartimizi kontrol ettigimizde booking şehir vergisini kesmemis bizde elden ödedik
• Olga (5/5): - Value for money. Place was pretty clean. Based on the description place had toilet. But in fact it was shared toilet. It was also not possible to open the window as right below the room was Indian restaurant. And all the smells were inside of the room once you open the window.
• Viktoryia (3/5): - Понравилось наличие балкона в номере, наличие террасы - можно позавтракать и поужинать на свежем воздухе. Район своеобразный, тихо, спокойно, в 20 минутах езды от Венеции. Владелец пошел навстречу и заселил раньше. На кухне можно приготовить завтрак\ужин. Ванная комната общая. Из интересностей - кухня, которая закрывается в 21:00, но по факту не закрывали. Кондиционер - нет. В ванной бегал таракан. Не было инструкций как попасть на место, с кем встречаться. Только по факту Вы прибываете на место и на заборе (в прямом смысле) ищите номер, и то кому писать не ясно.

• Racheal (4/5): Not worth it - The location is not too difficult to get to Venice island. A 15min bus ride, with the bus stop located a short walk away. There are a few bars and food places nearby so it is quite easy to find something to eat or drink without heading too far, and prices in the area are very reasonable. Beds not comfortable, I had a twin room and one of the mattresses was so worn that you could feel the iron bed frame. When I arrived the room had a lot of mosquitoes as the window was open with no netting to stop the bugs from coming in. There were also a few spiders and other insects making their home in the room. Walls were very thin and entire conversations could be heard. Only 1 bathroom for the whole guesthouse with the toilet and shower being in the same room, pray that you don't need to use the toilet when someone is having a shower. Make sure you bring cash for the tourist tax because they don't accept card, which would have been nice to know prior to arrival. Downstairs door has a broken window, with only tape going from corner to corner. Not a very secure or safe location. Definitely a cheap option for the area, but not cheap enough for what you get

• Marius (6/5): Pleasant - Nothing. Disappointing. The rooms had a shared bathroom, although the description mentions that they have their own bathroom. Cleanliness OK but strong sewage smell. I do not recommend for families with children, nor for those who are a bit more demanding.
• Benjamin (7/5): Budget-friendly accommodation for visiting Venice - We particularly enjoyed the location in Marghera with a good connection to Venice by train. The apartment with a shared bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. The option to check-out independently was great, too, because we had to leave early in the morning. Unfortunately, the WiFi network did not work. Plus , several keys must be used for entering the apartment.

• Cristian (5/5): Venice Vacation - -property with potential, in good location, some restaurants nearby, well connected with Venice by public transport -very good insulated windows with plastic frames -good amenities: common area, terrace (very nice for morning coffee), bathroom with shower - existing AC is not working - rooms get very hot (27'C) and humid creating a big disconfort for sleeping - windows do not have insect nets installed, so opening the window for cooling and fresh air during evening /night brings lots of moskitos inside. Can't sleep due to heat, moskitos or both - very old and dated plywood doors, unsuitable for hotels or shared accomodations (rattling when other guest open or close their doors) -There is a TV in the room (did not use it) however you can only see it if you stand across the room - overall some TLC required (ex. window awnings need repair)
• Anonymous (8/5): Overall i really enjoyed the room. Good price and location. There was a city tax, that you had to pay upon arrival in ca - It was in a very good location. The bus stop was a minute away and there was also a food shop (coop) a few minutes away. The bed was comfortable, but we had a bedsheet as a comforter/blanket. We also had a small balcony. There was a lot of dust under the bed, looked like it was dusted under there. In the room there wasn’t a trash can, but in the hallway were. We started to check-out at 4am in the morning and a cockroach ran across the room.

• Desheng (3/5): The information on Booking website is not correct. - I don't know how to say about it. It is a stay for visitor converted from a personal home and managed by the owner. So, when we arrived, we could not find it and could not get in the gate. After a long time waiting, we contacted withe owner with the help of a neiberhood. No private bathroom, no air conditioner, no wifi. Not recommend at all.

• Илья (10/5): Exceptional - the room was spacious and clean. the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. the staff is polite. very convenient location for a trip to the island of Venice. the trip takes 20 minutes. Considering the price, this is the best option to stay. highly recommend.

The location is very good, 20 minute bus ride to Venice. The surrounded area is friendly. Very nice overall, just could be woken up by other guests or people above. Door softeners would do wonders, and addressing the back door issue. But besides that. Really good
