- Iryna (2/5): - No swimming pool, No robe, no slippers. Cockroaches. Old and dirty building and rooms. The area is far from the city. There is no public transport nearby.

The procedure was confusing and I couldn't do anything without being told by whatsapp what to do next. It was very frustrating. I didn't think it was worth the cost of labor.

They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. Expedia thankfully helped us go somewhere else which was so great of them. Thank you Expedia.

- Eila (6/5): - Tiada timbangrasa dengan tuan rumah apabila diminta untuk keluar lewat jam 1 pm walaupun waktu standard jam 12 pm. Permohonan telah dimaklumkan awal dan dijawab dengan ok tetapi dikenakan juga caj lewat 20 sejam. Hotel pun memberi izin hingga jam 1 pm tanpa dikenakan caj sedagnkan penginapan ini tiada langsung budi bicara. Ayat dari owner sedikit mengelirukan tetapi saya anggap ia pengalaman dan tidak akan tinggal lagi disini. Sinki juga berbau apabila kabinet dibuka dan kebersihan hanya 8/10 sahaja kerana lantai bilik air agak melekit, air bertakung apabila mandi, balkoni tidak dikemaskan. Yang lain ok.
