• Samuele (1/5): Buon potenziale, ma gestita in maniera poco professionale! - Posizione, vista sulle colline La struttura non si presenta come le foto presenti su Booking, è sporca e mal tenuta. Abbiamo trovato all’arrivo asciugamani con formiche morte, letto contenitore in tessuto con macchie e ragnatele. Strutture esterne (piscina, lettini, sedie, angolo bar) sporche e per niente curate. Cosa peggiore non abbiamo potuto sfruttare il pernotto, in quanto la nostra stanza era invasa da moscerini (pappataci) i quali pungevano e rendevano la permanenza impossibile. In particolare mia moglie (incinta) è stata punta in diverse parti del corpo e probabilmente per reazione allergica ha iniziato a gonfiarsi. Verso le 24.00 ci siamo rivolti ai gestori della struttura un paio di volte per trovare una soluzione, ma oltre ad averci proposto dello spray repellente e una candela alla citronella, non hanno risolto la problematica. Quindi ci siamo visti costretti a lasciare la struttura alle 2.00 di notte dopo tentativi inutili per cercare di debellarli e senza ricevere ulteriori proposte di cambio camera da parte dei gestori. Abbiamo dovuto pernottare in macchina trovando quindi una soluzione poco sicura. Abbiamo tentato di chiamare telefonicamente (senza risposta) e quindi chiesto via chat di Booking ai gestori la possibilità di ricevere un rimborso anche parziale del mancato pernottamento e per i disagi subiti, l’unica controproposta è stata quella di rimborsarci la colazione (2x9 euro‎ = 18,00 euro) ..Assurdo!!! Inutile anche l’assistenza di Booking per tentare di ricevere un rimborso maggiore. Sconsigliato!!!

• Michela (8/5): C'è margine di miglioramento - Sia arredamento che luogo molto belli, bella piscina e bel paesaggio. Le camere necessiterebbero di un pochino più di manutenzione, la cucina esterna bella idea ma andrebbe pulita meglio e messi a disposizioni tutti i condimenti. Colazione non fenomenale
