- Vera (8/5): Besonders freundlich und unkompliziert - Wir wurden vorab einmal sehr freundlich kontaktiert und entsprechend bei unserer Ankunft quasi schon erwartet und sehr nett empfangen. Wir konnten noch ein leckeres Frühstück dazu buchen und unsere Fahrräder sicher im Haus unterstellen. Das Zimmer war nett eingerichtet und ruhig, gemütliches Bett, nur ein paar Haken hier und da haben uns gefehlt… Gleich nebenan ist ein kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft, in der Nähe einige Kneipen und Restaurants. Wir waren im “Yemen“ gegenüber und haben sehr gut gegessen.

- Fridolin (6/5): - Altes Gebäude aber passend zum Stil renoviert. Schöner Frühstücksraum. Als erstes den Koffer zwei Stockwerke über die Treppe schleppen ist für ältere Menschen nicht sehr angenehm. Im Raum kein Schrank nur Garderobe ist für kurze Aufenthalte ausreichend. Bad funktional und sauber. Betten allerdings für uns viel zu hart. Großer Minuspunkt ist keine Parkplatzmöglichkeit in Hotelnähe da Wohngebiet. Muss man zubuchen. Das Frühstück hat alles beinhaltet außer Obst, aber nichts besonderes und lieblos nach Aufforderung aufgefüllt. Nicht besonders freundlicher Herr am Morgen an der Rezeption der sich um alles kümmern musste.

- Rüdiger (6/5): - Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Umgebung in der Nähe zum Rhein. Das Haus und die Zimmer machen einen sauberen und ordentlichen Eindruck. Es ist allerdings ein verwinkelter Altbau mit zwei Treppenhäusern. Die Zimmer der 2. Etage können nicht einheitlich über ein Treppenhaus erreicht werden. Insofern ist das Haus nicht unbedingt für eingeschränkte Personen geeignet. Die Beleuchtung in den Treppenhäusern könnte besser sein.

- Matthias (1/5): Kompletter Reinfall und absolut nicht Weiterzuempfehlen. - Absolute Katastrophe das Zimmer hatte lediglich ein kleines Oberlicht und entspricht nicht annähernd den Bildern die man bei der Buchung gesehen haben. Haben das Zimmer direkt wieder verlassen wegen starkem und unangenehmen Geruch im Flur und einfach sehr unangenehmes Ambiente. Unter der Notfallnummer die uns gegeben wurde war über eine Stunde niemand erreichbar und die Rezeption an einem Samstag gar nicht besetzt um eine Lösung zu finden. Miserabler Kundenservice und somit haben wir das Zimmer nicht genutzt und sind nach Hause gefahren. Am nächsten Tag haben wir das bei dem Hotel bemängelt aber keinerlei Kulanz oder Kundenservice. Mussten komplett bezahlen und konnten nicht das Zimmer wechseln, weil keine Rezeption besetzt war samstags um 18:30 und sind wieder nach Hause gefahren. Ambiente, starker unangenehmer Geruch, miserable Ausstattung sah eher aus wie ein Stundenhotel wenn ich das mal so sagen darf. Kein Kundenservice und einfach kaum Tageslicht und das ganze für 110€ pro Nacht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Das Zimmer wäre keine 30€ wert gewesen.

- Heuer (7/5): Gemütliches kleines Hotel - Das Hotel gefällt uns gut. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Es ist dort , von der Gegend eher ruhig. Die Stadtbahn fährt in unmittelbarer Nähe und am Dom ist man in ein Paar Stationen. Das Bad könnte schon etwas überholt werden.

- Larisa (9/5): Wir würden wiederkommen 🙂 - Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt, das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich. Das Einzige was zu bemängeln wäre, ist dass wir nach unserem abendlichen Ausflug unser Auto nicht mehr auf unserem bezahlten und reservierten Parkplatz parken konnten. Dieser war von jemand anderem besetzt.

Das Bad war sehr sauber und frei von irgendwelchen schwarzen Ecken. Die Zimmertür war sehr hellhörig, so dass ich das Kommen und Gehen der Nschbarzimmer unfreiwillig verfolgen musste.
