There were polite employees. Enough parking spaces. With a quite wide choice and tasty breakfast. Wasn't the most affordable, but the quality ratio was still decent. Overall ok. The room temperature was perfect, the most comfortable environment of any hotel I have slept. The staff were super friendly. Lorie went above and beyond to make our stay great! My rating score was average because of one major factor. The breakfast buffet. We arrived at 7:30 am, the decaf coffee was empty. I got regular coffee and it was cold. Had a cheese omelet, sausage, diced potatoes. None of the food was hot, on fact it was COLD. Could have been a perfect experience except for the fact the breakfast was inedible cold However, the room , and staff were so great that I am booking a room on my return home. Perfect room and hospitality, I can eat a muffin for breakfast.

I think this may have been a one off. - The staff was really nice and friendly The hot water in the shower of one of our rooms did not work and somebody was fighting or something in the hall early in the morning and the police were called. Didn’t get much sleep.

- Jill (8/5): Very nice. Would stay again. - Most everything was excellent. We are light sensitive sleepers. The light blocking window shades in tracks are a great start. Finding a way to block out all the random lights on plugs, microwaves, TVs and alarm clocks as well as the light leaks around the door would help too. The night light in the bathroom only requires closing the door, but the other lights are quite stark and annoying in a dark room.

- Betsy (9/5): Superb - We loved the location and proximity to the Hard Rock Casino. We could have the Hard Rock shuttle pick us up and that was a huge bonus to staying in this location. This hotel was very noisy on the weekend we stayed due to a lot of families with young kids in town for a baseball tournament. Noise level in the hallway.
