- Marizane (3/5): Do not recommend - Location was fine and the apartment was spacious Very dirty. Disgustingly dirty. Broken alcohol bottles from previous guests on the balcony, panties left behind. Lots of cockroaches, blood on pillows and no dustbin !! Bathtub we couldn’t use at all because it was broken. We did not receive a key to go through reception at all so we had to walk 2 flight of stairs to get to another garage door where we could go in.
- Wesley (3/5): Poor - We had cockaroaches in the property, we had mould in the main room, the keetle has white stuff all inside it, the over had cockaroaches in the control panel.

- Imraan (5/5): NEVER AGAIN - View was good. The place was not very clean. I've seen cokroges running around. I was charged R920 for cleaning and not once in my 4 day stay was cleaning done. Very Disappointing.
- Kevin (7/5): A spacious apartment in an interesting part of town. The managing agents aren't the most responsive - The apartment is spacious and largely well-appointed. The hassle we had to go through to get two sets of keys was unacceptable.
Manuals for the stove and dishwasher need to be supplied.
Please think about people arriving with nothing - a sponge to wash up with and a drying cloth make a big difference.

- Pragin (8/5): Unit is excellent!, dealing with letting agent was fair and somewhat misleading. - The location is good, central and close to the V&A Waterfront , Unit 1204 is Excellent, very well furnished and neat with fantastic views of Table Mountain & Lions Head! The price for a 4 sleeper was also very good and value for money Keys were not available on time despite me indicating what time I would arrive. I had to wait to get in.
Please also note that the "ZAR 810 Cleaning fee per stay is included. "as received with my booking confirmation is only for cleaning upon your departure, not during your stay. This is misleading by the letting agent. In all my years of using booking.com, this is the first time that departure booking cleaning is advertised separately!
