Osamah (7/5): Not comfortable due NO A/C - Excellent location, helpful staff and cleanliness A/C NOT Working in the room and we could not turn it ON because Hotel switched off the main A/C. Finally we could not sleep at night during our stay because too hot although we open window. Bed was not Double but they join two single beds and this make room very small and bed was not comfortable. Bad smell in the bathroom.

AMIN (3/5): مخادعة في المواصفات والإطلالة البحرية . - الموقع ممتاز على البحيرة والمطاعم جميعها قريبة والنظافة جيدة .. السعر فيه مخادعة وتضليل . الغرفة 25م بسعر 430ريال مطلة على البحر وشرفة. الغرفة 40م بسعر 560 ومطلة على البحر والجبل وشرفة ومناسبة لذوي الاحتياجات. أخذت الكبيرة وعشان اطلالة البحر والشرفة .. للأسف : ليس هناك أي إطلالة بحرية ولا شرفة ولا أي امتياز ولما ناقشتهم قالوا هذا خطأ من بوكينج واشتكيهم ، قلت أنتم اللي تضعوا المواصفات وليست بوكينج فقالوا ننزلك لغرفة 25م بإطلالة، قلت هذه سعرها المعروض 430 قالوا لا بنفس السعر الغالي لأن حجزك غير قابل للإلغاء فقلت أنتم خالفتم العرض المقدم !! فاضررت أني أقيم ليلة واحدة .

Fahd (8/5): تجربة تحتاج تحسين - موقع رائع سكنت في الدور الرابع وكان هناك ازعاج وموسيقى صاخبه من البار الذي في الدور الخامس الافطار كان منيز الاطلالة ممتازة الطاقم كان جيدا وافضلهم الفريق الذي يتولى مسؤولية صف السيارات كان جدا متعاون وودود جدت حجزت ليلة أخرى وكانت أغلى من بوكنج مزجعين عند الخروج يشددون على خروجك في الوقت المحدد طلبت نصف ساعة فقالت لي موظفة الاستقبال انا في الانتظار مع الفندق غير مزدحم . السرير كان عبارة سريرين فردي تم جمعهك مع بعض والاشكالية أمهم لم يضعوا مرتبة واحدة كبيرة بل ابقوا المرتبتين وهذا خلل لايحسن ان يكون في فنادق تريب ويندهام . كثير ذكرتها بالأعلى

Ailsa (9/5): - Across the road from the sea, close to many lovely restaurants and cafés felt like a very safe area and perfect to walk along the sea front at night. Exceptionally clean hotel, lovely outdoor pool area with loungers. Nothing it was an excellent hotel.

Fatemah (1/5): ما انصح ابدا - لقد واجهت تأخيراً غير مبرر في إجراءات تسجيل الدخول رغم وجود الحجز المسبق، إضافة إلى فرض رسوم لم يتم توضيحها مسبقاً أثناء الحجز. وعند استفساري، لم أتلقَ رداً مهنياً، بل قابلتُ تعاملاً متعجرفاً من الموظفين خاصه الموظف أمير عربي الجنسيه و غير متعاون، مما زاد من سوء التجربة. كما لاحظت أن النظافة في الغرفة والمرافق العامة دون المستوى المتوقع، ولا تتماشى مع التصنيف المعلن للفندق. آمل النظر في هذه الملاحظات واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتحسين مستوى الخدمة، وتعويضي عن الضرر الذي تعرضت له خلال الإقامة. كل شي كان سيء ( موظفين - نظافه غرف )
SHAFIQ (10/5): الجمل الفنادق في ازميت - الفندق نظيف جداً والفرش ممتاز وموقعه حيوي وجميل جداً وعلى البحر مباشرة وهو من اجمل فنادق ازميت وهذه المرة الرابعة اسكن فيه حيث يوجد امامه ممشى راقي على البحر وعلى يمين ويسار الفندق جميع الخدمات من مطاعم ومقاهي والعاب اطفال وفطورهم متنوع.
