The check in and out process was a little long die to single staff member at the desk. The parking for larger vehicles was limited and the basement parking clearance was really low for our truck.

The staff members were incredibly professional and friendly. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and were quick to help with any questions I had. It’s always refreshing to encounter a team that genuinely seems to care about their guests' experience. I was thoroughly impressed with the breakfast! It was delicious and filling, which is exactly what you need to kickstart a day of exploring the city. There were plenty of different options to choose from—whether you want something light or a full hot meal, they’ve got you covered. The room was clean for the most part and felt well-maintained. Most importantly, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including plenty of outlets and a great workspace. Even though Houston is a massive city, the location was not an issue at all. It was easy to get where I needed to go, and I found the area to be convenient for navigating the city. Overall: I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again. Great value for the service and quality provided! Found a long red hair inside one of the towels in the bathroom. The elevator seemed to take quite a while to get to each floor.

Warford (7/5): - The property itself was great but way too close for the loud traffic. The windows apparently are very thin and you can hear everything very loud in the rooms. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise

Parks (4/5): - It my close to my events and made it easier for me. I could hear people walking over head all during the night. I had water pipes in the wall behind the bed I was sleeping in and I could hear water constantly flowing.

Ricky Sue (9/5): - The check in was easy and quick. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice quiet atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again if needed. The parking was a bit cramped but I managed.

Alfredo (3/5): Could’ve been better - It was a great location pretty much everything you need is around it. I like that it has a parking garage and breakfast. I didn’t like that my air-conditioning made noise on two out of the three days. I didn’t like that. He said he was gonna move me, but didn’t move me. I didn’t like when I try to talk to the manager he dismissed me and told me to wait because he was in a meeting. He was in an interview, but I tried to talk to him before the interview started.
