Blakus atrodas skaistais Naviglio kvartāls ar kanāliem, kafejnīcām, bāriem, kur sevišķi skaisti ir vakaros, kad viss izgaismots. Tā kā dzīvoklis atradās 2.stāvā, tad ielas trokšņi traucēja naktsmieru. Neatradu šampūnu, bija tikai rokām želeja. Virtuvē neatradu trauku nazgājamo līdzekli. Arī slota būtu noderējusi, bet neatradu.

Photos conformes à la réalité. Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir le quartier des navigli et accès facile au centre de Milan. Il y a avait un balai mais pas de pelle.

El departamento está bien, es chico pero esto ya lo avisan, así que no fue un problema. El baño es bastante cómodo y el agua sale increíble. Los elementos de cocina y departamento en sí estaban dentro de todo limpios. El wifi y la TV funcionan bien también. Considero que es un departamento que está bien para pasar 1 o 2 noches, pero no 4 como pasamos nosotros. No lo digo por el poco espacio, sino por las instalaciones en sí, no es un departamento que esté preparado para ser como lo es, la cocina es diminuta, se hacía imposible poder hacer dos cosas en simultáneo. El colchón se notaba que era viejo y que hace tiempo que no era renovado. Te solicitan que separes la basura (que está perfecto) pero no ponen ninguna comodidad para que esto se haga. No había ni shampoo, ni acondicionador, ni jabón de cortesía. El balcón estaba repleto de cosas y sucio. Abajo del departamento hay un bar, el fin de semana fue muy ruidoso hasta las 2 de la mañana, si querés descansar después de un día largo no es el lugar. Si te dormis con facilidad esto no te va a importar.

The apartment was big and we got a living room with TV, coffee machine, enough cutleris, facilities for cooking, sofa, and a nice cabinet, a table and chairs. The bathroom was also big enough for two of us, there was a washing machine which was so helpful for us. The bed room was massive. Heating was under our control, there was another table and a chair, another desk and a massive wardrobe. Everything we wanted was there. The area. It's actually not up to this apartment it is how I saw all around Milan. As it is a very busy city. But inside this building it was peaceful and nice. But old building.

- Kristina (10/5): - Highly recommend, the neighbourhood is very nice, markets, bakery and pharmacy are near. The metro and tram station are near. The entrance is secure with passcode and keys and it has all the essential utilities, clean sheets and towels.

- Magdalena (10/5): - Bardzo czyste i przestronne mieszkania dwupoziomowe. Bardzo dużym plusem były dwie łazienki 😄 pobudkę robił nam piękny śpiew kosa. Mieszkanie zlokalizowane bardzo blisko części restauracyjno/towarzyskiej Navigli , stacji metra Genova oraz tak naprawdę niezbyt daleko do centrum miasta. W kuchni ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, mikrofalówka, lodówka i piekarnik. W łazience pralka. Polecam z czystym sumieniem Trochę ciemne pomieszczenia, przydałoby się światło w części nad stołem oraz włącznik światła na piętrze do światła w części na górze.
- Theofilos (9/5): - We stayed at this apartment in Milan and overall had a very positive experience. The location is excellent, right in the Navigli area, with a metro station nearby and easy access to everywhere in the city. There are plenty of options for food and drinks around, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Getting around was very easy, both by public transport and on foot. The apartment was comfortable for three people, with a very good bed and pillows, which really makes a difference after a long day. The place was clean and well maintained. It is an older apartment, which shows, and the shower is a bit narrow, but nothing that causes a real issue. Overall, for Milan and especially for the Navigli area, it offers great value for money and is definitely a solid choice.
- Dávid (9/5): Great place to stay if you're in Milano. - The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, and clean enough. We received clear instructions how to get in and other useful informations. The location is perfect: there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and all the popular landmarks are easy to access by metro or tram. You can go for a walk by the canals as well. Sometimes it was a bit cold due to remote heating. The shower cabin is a bit too small.
