It's really nice to see the same staff year after year. Well done!! Please give them a raise for being exceptional. 😉 From the front desk, to housekeeping, and breakfast staff there is nothing but smiling faces. The breakfast could have better choices. It's the usual type of breakfast.

They both came out and spoke to me. They were so friendly. I was there with my sister who is disabled. Kennedy helped me carry some plates out to her.

The hotel is immaculate and in a very safe area, and the rooms are well equipped. The breakfast is amazing and I loved the free laundry room, but what makes this hotel amazing are the people who work there. They are without exception, kind, friendly and professional.

Staff including the cleaning and breakfast staff, was so kind and helpful. I parked my car near the entrance in a regular spot and someone deliberately scratched the entire leftside of the hood and the doors of my car. There were multiple small indentations/marks. Lighting in the bathroom is poor.

• svfleming (8/5): Convenient location and clean, friendly property. - The location of this hotel is great, right off of I-75. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Be aware, because this is an extended stay hotel, there is no maid service until day 4. We stayed three nights, so we had to request clean towels. The hotel has free laundry, detergent can be purchased at the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the staff did their best to keep items refilled. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and towels were provided.

• apolo17 (8/5): Great hotel but could use some maintenance and overhaul of breakfast items. - I would give this 5 stars except the breakfast was horrible and our showerhead sucked. Took 10 min for water to get warm and the water came out with only few trickles. However, the set up of this room was great. We had a 2 bedroom and full kitchen so it was very spacious. The amenities are also great - gym, outdoor pool and area outside to lounge. The beds were ok - I think the King bed could be replaced -it wasn't super comfortable and a bit uneven in places. The hotel is located near Publix and other stores so that was convenient.

• M7630ERangelam (10/5): Awesome! - My boyfriend & I stayed for just one night 12/20-12/21 at the 1/2 way point going home from our trip. The hotel was very nice, clean & beautifully decorated for Christmas. My boyfriend was very sick, and the staff were compassionate, understanding and helpful. I’d like to mention the staff who were awesome: Front Desk (Trinity on 12/20 & LaMesha on 12/21), On the floor (Kevin), and Breakfast Kichen (Helen). Please tell them how much we appreciate them. • louanneb89 (2/5): Not Very Accomodating - Accidently booked the day prior to my planed arrival. They wouldn't give me credit or a discount on my room for the correct night. The front desk person was trying to help but the manager said NO! I know it was my fault but they could have been at least a little accommodating. Bad business.

• Enkhtsag (8/5): - Everything was pretty good. Cleaning only twice a week - I understand its an extended stay hotel but increasing to frequency to 3 times a week is recommended. No beer or alcohol sold in the pantry.

• 145khanhn (10/5): Mrs. Pam....You Rock! - We came here to celebrate 2 birthdays! We stayed at the Staybridge in Gainesville. A big shout out to Mrs. Pam, who works in the kitchen area! She's so warm and welcoming to our family! A very professional, bubbly, and kind individual who makes the best breakfast ever! Thank you so much for the great hospitality, Mrs Pam! Kudos to Staybridge!

• juliecY7693ZX (10/5): Great value - Great hotel- quick drive to UF, clean, friendly staff that went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Big shout out to Pam and Helen- you made our stay extra special! Wonderful pool too. Will return next time we are in town.

Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool.The pool area was both especially beautiful and extremely well kept. The next time we visit Gainesville we plan to stay longer and enjoy all of the amenities.

• Juan (9/5): Comfortable and Relaxing Stay - Beautiful property, very clean and spacious room, clean bathroom, and so on. The mini kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator is definitely an advantage for longer stays. All around a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this place without reservations. There was a little wall-paper damage in the bathroom wall of the room we stayed in. Nothing that cannot be easily fixed. Other than that, no complaints.

This hotel sets the standard for what a hotel should be (other than the breakfast). - The staff friendliness was above and beyond; extremely welcoming behavior. The cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. We never once felt grossed or seen anything unsightly. And last but certainly not least, the rooms handsomely presented aesthetic and spacious volume felt very inviting and a true testament to a fair market value for the price. I want to preface this by saying, by no means does my criticism deter me or anyone I would recommend this hotel to from not bunking up here in the future. I will surely be staying here again and will recommend to anyone I know and care for; that if you’re visiting Gainesville, Florida this is the place to stay. My criticism is: merely not having the take home toiletries often provided by many hotels. The complimentary breakfast was mid.
